Had them install my sub amp and other equipment price was really fair for the great install they did. My install was super clean and I m so happy with my new system! They do great work

Unfortunately, my experience with Car Tunes was extremely disappointing. I had to deal with an employee who mishandled my situation, resulting in the revocation of my driver's license. Despite the fact that the issue stemmed from a defective product, the employee accused me of tampering with their system, which led to severe consequences for me. What's more when asked for clarification, I was told they only sent reports and did not directly communicate with the company. This lack of accountability is deeply concerning and has had significant repercussions for me. I hope that the company addresses these issues and takes steps to prevent similiar situations in the future. I wantto highlight that I informed Car Tunes on three separate occassions about the defective nature of their product, and yet no action was taken to replace it. As a result, I was forced to use a faulty system, which ultimately led to the unjust recovation of my driver's license. This lack of responsiveness and accountability on the part of the company exacerbated an already difficult situation, and I hope that they take steps to improve their customer service and product quality in the future. The ethics of the business are highly questionable. When told their equipment was faulty numerous times and was not taken into consideration. It was automatically assumed it was tampered with. That is not fair or just. Thank you for showing dishonestly by replying and assuming. I have proof I had to get a replacement from somewhere else for it being faulty and defective.

Went here to have my head unit replaced. When I explained what I wanted they didn't seem to really be listening, and when I got the car back it had a terrible low-end radio installed that was nothing like what I was asking for. I asked them to just put the old unit back instead and I'd figure something else out, and they did, but incorrectly: used bolts that were too large and the drawer underneath couldn't close as a result.

Worst shop to go to. They stripped out the bolts to my battery and cut up my vynyl flooring and then refused to accept responsibility calling me a liar. He said "sorry you wasted your time coming here" and walked away from me. Not happy. Will not return and do not recommend. Id rather pay a tweaker to do the job.

Went here to see if they had an amplifier. They seem to do a lot of business as the place was hustle and bustle. I looked around at the stereo components for a while. Very good selection for in-store shopping. A lot of different accessories and wiring solutions, Touchscreen head units, and speakers. It seems to me the prices are on par with other car audio shops. Most major brands are sold here. They ended up selling me a Rockford Fosgate amp for a great price and were patient with my questions. Only wish they were a Sundown Audio dealer but not a big deal. I installed my own amplifier, however, I recommend these guys for installs as well after watching and talking to them. These guys take their job seriously and use quality parts.

Small cramped retail area. Maybe I just keep showing up at wrong times. They need more help. Each time, 2-3 people waiting to be helped and only one person available.

Amazing customer service and are very professional. The work is very good and they finish in a great timely manner as well. I would definitely recommend them for any of your car audio needs or customer work too.

Never again!...Want a professional job don't go here.Had them install same stereo that was stolen, wiring was already there from previous.Failed to hookup mic after I told them twice,Also had them install a sub I bought somewhere else because there stuff too expensive.Then installed they butchered my back seat and rear cab of truck.Hole is rear seat, broken plastic breather plugs from cab to bed of truck and they cut my interior paneling behind seat didn't even call me before they starting cutting into my truck.IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE DONT GO HERE!!I went back the next day showed Alex what his installer did he took pictures agreed that its f#$&ed up!Said the owner would fix it!B.S called a couple times and was blown off.Learn from my mistakes don't go here180.00 to put radio in445.00 to put sub inRidiculous pricing for a butchered system that don't work right!

They did an excellent job and even corrected previous errors with the interior of the car, they even discounted me. They are 100% worth the price. I'm definitely going back in the near future.

I've been going to cartunes for a long time. They know their stuff. The staff ran down a factory amp problem I had and fixed quickly and inexpensively. Highly recommend

Went to have my stereo installed. There are all these possibilities for an install that cost money and one of them is he asked me if I wanted the bluetooth microphone ran under the dash to the front corner and if I did it would cost an extra $25. I said no, just plug it in and leave it hanging inside the dash from the stereo and I will take care of it later. He said he was pretty sure it would be $25 to do that but to be sure he went in the back and confirmed with the owner that it was $25 to literally just plug a microphone that comes with the stereo into the back of the stereo.I promptly cancelled all plans for installation and will pay the gas to drive to Medford to have it done. I could have easily taken the 15 seconds to slide the deck out later and plug it in but its more of the point...to nickel and dime'n me over something that literally takes 5 seconds? bad business decision....just lost over $200 of easy labor, got a bad review and someone who will never recommend your shop.

Great experience with these guys! Made an appt for window tinting, they did exactly what I wanted, Lalo was the installer and his work was flawless! They were all very knowledgable and friendly! I'm very pleased with Car Tunes!

The entire staff was helpful in making the installation of our rear parking sensor a success. They explained each step of the process, took extra special care of our brand new truck during installation, and ensured that the finished product looks as close to factory installed as possible. They also gave us a quick tutorial on how the new system works. They are very knowledgeable, which made us feel confident in using them. I would highly recommend Car Tunes to anyone.

So far, so good. The guys did a great job. Much better sound with new door speakers. They also replaced my original stereo with another OEM radio that I provided. Very reasonable prices. My GMC is a '99, like new, now good sounds like new.Thanks Guys

I went from, " What place, where? " to, " That's the place to go!" in 1 day. Great team work, they know their products and gave very helpful instructions. We got a great price on my remote starter, no more cold winter mornings! We highly recommend Car Tunes!

Super disappointing.10am APPOINTMENT.2 hour job.Finally picked my car up after 4pmCounter guy, super kind and apologetic, the owner... an entirely different attitude! So RUDE!I will never shop here again nor will I recommend them to anyone.*IF you would have taken the time and heard me out..You never offered an apology.A simple phone call telling melt would longer would have sufficed.When you came in you didn't even look up at me, and made it seem like it was my fault. You may have been busy, but you were certainly not considerate of my time.

First off I don't really know we're in going with this when I first went to them a few years back I couldn't ask for a better job or a better service everything was perfect !! So I went back and had my new truck done there it wasn't brand new but it was new to me anyway long story short my alarm don't work right my stereo keeps messing up I bring it back they really don't look at it or they say we're going to trouble shoot it tomorrow well it never comes I'm so flustrated I paid alot of money for it to work the way I wanted to or half the time at all ...I would like it to be repaired or replaced ...but I'm not thinking that's gonna happen ...long story short I'm at a loss ...I don't want to talk bad about them because my experiences wasn't all bad ..but this last one hasn't been the greatest

Good quality components and a professional install. It was for a smart car which had a complicated design, requiring the doors to be dismantled to install speakers.

These guys are the best in gp great service and the equipment that they suggested and I bought is amazing , I recommend going there for all your car audio needs , I have been installing systems for most of my life but didn't have the time , and they did an amazing job.the guy at music shop down the road tried selling me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and was very rude and quite ignorant, he believes he knows more than anyone about car audio , it's not rocket science

We have had several jobs done by these guys. Great work at a reasonable price. They had all the latest gear we wanted.They are local and buying local is important. Very happy with all the stuff they did.

Tuner/amp was smashed and wired weird in my 78 stepside, they said they could try to make it work or install a new sony one and wire it to my 6x9's for less than a couple hundred total. Ended up being only $160 but was $140 after a discount. They were fast, affordable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Great spot to stop to add some knock in a block in your trunk! Nice selection of music enhancements good amps, good face, good speakers, etc. The staff was on point, polite, and particular in detail. Assisted me on my interlock installation so I can give a breath of fresh air to my silverado before I spark life into the engine! Lol

Had a little mess up with my dash kit not getting ordered but they made up for it and I do appreciate that a lot. And because of that I would recommend them. Thank you for getting my stereo in! Sounds great!!
