Excellent customer service. The service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The mechanic (Victor) was willing to speak with me & answer all of my questions, and explain every thing so that I could understand. He was very thorough in his work (and found a few safety issues that I was unaware of), very knowledgeable, and detail oriented. The garage was tidy and I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time for a decent price. I was so impressed that I took a second car to him that another, local shop couldn't solve a problem after ten days in their shop. Victor fixed the issue right away. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else now.

I came in with one flat tire, and was able to be seen right away! Victor came out in the rain to fill up not only one, but all four of my tires. Great business! Would recommend.

Staff at Bridge Street Auto have been wonderful both times I ve had to bring my car in. On both occasions they dealt with my car quickly and I got it back much sooner than predicted. I m so appreciative of the work they put in and their thorough inspections.

Guy was not professional with his work left metal shavings in my engine from work he did.also said he set distributor at zero when I checked distributor was actually advanced truck runs bad very unhappy with service the truck that I took to them is valued at $24,000 very unhappy I do not recommend you take your vehicle to this place I do not find them to be honest or have quality work. price was good but then again you get what you pay forServices: Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

I had a brake light go out and Bridge Street Auto took care of the problem in a timely and very caring fashion. Mike and his crew are a blessing to work with. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car in because it needed some welding done, they did a full inspection and told me that in addition to the welding there was some urgent work that needed to be done, including replacing the spark plugs and coil and some other minor work. It was $1,000 in total, so I told them to do all of their recommended tasks. They demanded half of the bill UP FRONT which is ridiculous, and no other mechanic has ever requested even though I've had bills much higher than that. $1,000 later, not only did they NOT fix the misfire, but just a few weeks later my brakes failed completely at a busy intersection!! These people are operating at a DANGEROUS level of incompetence and I'm lucky to be alive.

My son took his chevy cruze in. He told me to scrap the car because bridge street auto handed him an estimate for $3100 worth of work. I took the car to my mechanic and the water pump wasn't even broke, but just needed a new coolant hose. I had all the repairs, as it needed some other work, done by Curtis at Ray Houk Automotive for $1271. Looks like my son found a new mechanic. Mine.

We highly recommend their services! We had a gas leak when fueling our RV. I was unable to find anyone to repair timely until I contacted Bridge auto repair! They were efficient, very timely and quickly had our repairs done! The staff were all very friendly and pleasant! We will definitely use them again as needed!

My son was passing through from Seattle to Sacramento and in the middle of the night the alternator went out on his old school Honda Accord. AAA came through...towed the car to Bridge Street. They started a diagnostic and communicated with us the whole way through. They were friendly, professional and so flexible given the circumstances. We needed him back on the road so he could get to work on time. They got him repaired and on his way! My son had no problems with the car on his 7/8 hour journey home. They did a great job! I hope they know they are much appreciated!Services: Engine repair, Battery

I just have to give a HUGE shout out to Bridge Street Auto!I came home for a visit to Grants Pass, OR and ended up stuck here due to some family issues.I have three young children that I have to support and I didn t have anything besides 400$ in my bank account.They fixed up one of my sisters old cars for me within a week so that I could get a job and have reliable transportation.They also charged me VERY little compared to the prices that other shops would have charged in this area.They were patient with me, understanding, and did their absolute best to help me in any way they could.Thank you SO much Bridge Street Auto!You didn t just help me get out of a sticky situation, you helped my daughters as well.We are so incredibly thankful!

We broke down in my parents 90's Itasca RV in Grants Pass on a Sunday around 4:30pm. Mike Dunbar (the owner) was able to fit us into their schedule first thing on Monday morning and had us on the road by 9am. Thankfully he had the right kind of fuel filter we needed to get back on the road to CA. We were able to get the RV back to CA and into my parents local shop. Price was right and we couldnt have been happier with their professionalism and speedy assessment of the ole girl. Thanks again Mike!

On the road experiencing an electrical issue with our Class C RV. After taking it two other places, including a dealership, we finally arrived at Bridge Street Auto. Mike and the team were understanding about our situation and did everything they could to get us back on the road as soon as possible. They even have power and water hookups in a reserved space (in case we needed to stay overnight). Not needed though as Mike was able to diagnose and repair the issue in the time it took us to have lunch. So appreciated ~ especially since we had dropped in on a moments notice. You guys were great and we couldn't recommend this repair shop enough for any automotive needs you might have. Thanks again, God Bless.

Great place to go! I'm from out of town and they were recommended as good honest people who do great work. This was all true. I was provided an invoice of recommended services along with cost for each service. The work was done in a timely manner. What's more important, I was not given bad information or cost of things that were not needed. They worked on my jeep and RV and I will return to them for all my vehicle services!

Great place, great customer service and follow up. They had our class c rv's oil change done in no time. Despite the scary Jesus literature in the lobby (rapture stuff) they were very friendly to us and our dogs while we waited.

I am happy to say Bridge Street Auto Repair is honest, reliable and affordable. They have done major and minor work on my Volvo with equal professionalism and integrity. I have been surprised more than once at what I thought was a major repair turned out to be a minor one. The staff is friendly, personable and everything is clearly explained.

Super kind, nice people who just really want to help! Didn't even charge me a dime for a quick diagnostic & coolant top-off although I'd already signed the papers. Friends and family have had similarly great experiences. Trustworthy and clearly have years of knowledge.

One of the most honest and hard working shops I've ever felt with. They did everything they could to get my car back in shape to drive across the country all in the afternoon dropped off. If I didn't live in NC this would be a regular shop for me!

We were very pleased with the outstanding customer service. Making an appointment was easy and the courtesy rides were very helpful. The shop is well run and they did what they could to save us money by spending the extra time to accurately assess mechanical issues.

Fast service, very freindly. Good communication. Did great work.I decided to come to this place because it was the only one in Grants Pass that had mostly positive reviews online. Now it'll be my go-to shop. Would recommend.Probably not the most inexpensive place in the world, but they're great.

My car died on the freeway. I was towed here by AAA. The service was great. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and installed them in record time. They got me back on the road fast. Thank you!

I've come to expect consistently great service and friendly people.Once again, my expectations have been met.P.S.---That picture on this site really doesn't make a very positive impression.Perhaps an interior shot in the reception area, or one of your clean,well organized shop would do you more justice.

Be skeptical of some of the reviews here. This repair shop is running basic scams that are common. They put a girl at the front counter who isnt knowledgeable about cars but is awesome at telling customers things like "well the flobnobbin round thing needs replacing". I sat and watched her talk nonsense and whenever the customer asked a question of course she had no idea and had to go ask. FINALLY the customer gave up questioning the high bill.I had a rough quote and an appointment. But when I arrived I was told they needed to do an inspection "AND WOULD BE TOLD EXACTLY THE PRICE SO I COULD APPROVE IT BEFORE STARTING". I called in 45 min after my set appointment time and asked how things were going. The girl sounded frustrated, said the estimate wasnt ready and hung up on me.I headed for the repair shop immediately.I sat there waiting in the lobby for 2 hours. It didnt occur to me what was about to happen. I just figured they were busy. Finally she began telling me about how my washer fluid was low, atandard stuff that Jiffy Lube does to upsell. When she told me what the price for an alignment was it was double what I was rough quoted on the phone.I told her no and I had that was absurd. She then tried telling me I owed her 50 bucks for checking my fluids and trying to upsell me.Well I was allowed to leave without paying this but my truck was now skating all over the highway when before it only had a slight shinny at 65. My truck had been aligned 3 months ago and was perfect up until 2 days ago when I hit a curb really hard.I dont have proof but I believe the reason they took 2 hours to do the estimate was they actually messed up the alignment so they could get as bad a print out as possible so they could quote me an "expensive" alignment.They are high priced and try to use the charged estimate to keep people from getting a 2nd opinion.BASIC REPAIR SHOP BS.

These guys are super friendly and eager to please! They got us in last minute and back on the road by the next day. The mechanics were professional and communicative. Loved our experience and was happy we were recommended to them.

Mounted and balanced tires I bought for less than schwab, and no appointment. Even called me a week later to check in.Simple action, but worth everything.Thanks guys.In the words of the honorable Arnold Schwarzenegger... I'll be back! dont say it... i already know.

Breaking down or spending money on maintenance is never a great thing. Finding people who are honest, capable and willing to go the extra mile is. The owner will come out and talk to you if need be, not because he has to, but because he wants to make sure you are understanding and involved in every step. Each of the mechanics will do the same. Integrity is not common place in our world anymore, but every once in a great while, you will find it. Bridge Street Auto and RV is the one and only place i will go. Whether an oil change or an overhaul, these are the folks i trust.
