I purchased a part and come to find out I did not need it. I brought it back to return. No questions asked him, gave them my phone number, and they looked it up and handed me the cash, very simple and easy

Very helpful employees!! Had my 94 Civic Ex blow its brake line, and everybody was on and tight! If they weren't helping me find a piece that i needed, they were checking up on me to see how it was going. Overall best experience i had in a long time!

Amber and Maurie helped me find the right windshield wiper right away! Amazing service, awesome attitudes, and even installed it for me for free! I was SO impressed with their knowledge and customer service skills...WILL BE RECOMMENDING!!!

Josh, maurie and James were extremely helpful in getting us back on the road for our trip from Chehalis WA to Sprague River Oregon! They didn't have the part we needed, but James went to their other sister store in town and got it for us since we were literally on foot until we fixed our truck (with cattle trailer attached)! Thank you for savings us from that walk to the other store!

I called the store about a reoccurring problem. I was extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I explained the situation and asked questions. Hunter asked clarifying questions in return, did a little research, and was able to get the ball rolling so that the part would be here and available for the only day we have to work on the car.Thank you, Hunter!And thank you, Amber, for the follow up!

I reckon I go there most often for my auto supply needs. Always met by friendly helpful folks, willing to aid and inform you in getting your needs and want's met. Can't say I've ever went away disgruntled or disappointed. I go to the place on 7th street. Grants Pass.

Incredible customer service by Amber!! After advising me on two products that she said could buff out a long scratch on my car, she offered to test out both products to see which worked best. She grabbed a couple of towels and put a small dab of product on each, and then we tried each one on the scratch to see which got a better result (Meguiar's Ultimate Compound was the winner). I purchased the bottle and left, fully confident that what I had bought was going to work.Amber was cheerful and friendly, and I appreciated her going "above and beyond" to help me.Truly, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Auto Zone for your auto-related products!

I recently stopped to replace my windshield wiper blades. The young man who helped me was very helpful, offered me several options, gave me his opinion on which might be the best, then picked them out for me and then carefully installed them so I could safely drive on my way. I really appreciate this high level of customer service!

Visited this store on my way up to Seattle to get tire chains as a precaution but didn t end up using them. Of course I lost the receipt and was not able to stop by this same store to return the chains. Now back in Cali I called and lovely Amber from this store was able to find my transaction number and help me return my purchase with no problems at a different store in Cali! Amazing service and could not have done it without her.

Amber and Carl was amazing and let me know the system was down and orders cannot be processed. This was the day after Christmas and chains were required to drive on I5.My wife was able to call and put a set of snow chains and cords on hold for when the system goes back online.After grabbing breakfast I decided to ask if we can pay in cash and Amber was able to accommodate this!Amazing store and Amber and her team were awesome to be able to accommodate this with so much going on that day.

Wow Grant's Pass, yet another wonderful experience. My mother and I were traveling through the area en route to southern California. A headlight on my car blew out and we stopped here to see if they could help us install a new one. Young man behind the counter was very friendly and changed out both my headlights no problem. Please remember to show these folks your gratitude for their time and effort.

AuotZone is a good place to go if you've kind of got an idea what you need but aren't sure. I like shopping here for maintenance and repair parts; even if they dont have what I need they can help me figure out what it is and they'll order it for me. Today I bought rotors and pads to change my brakes. The person behind the counter was helpful, kind and professional. They helped me choose the type I needed and fetched them for me. Employees at the two locations in Grants Pass are consistently masked and the counters are marked off with social distancing indicators as well as plexiglass to protect workers and the public from spreading COVID.My only critique is the rewards system is cheap. It gives you 1 point when you spend $20 or more. If you spend $20 or $2000 you get one point. If you have a big purchase and want to get the most points possible, you gotta come back every 2-3 hours once the system resets your account. I spent $200 today and would've had to make 4 separate trips to maximize my rewards points (given what I was buying). If this rewards system was actually rewarding I'd give autozone 5 stars. As it stands, here's and earnest and hefty 4 stars.

The store s manager Amber was extremely helpful and kind when she was assisting us! She was patient with our situation and knowledgeable as she replaced our dead battery. Extremely grateful for her.

Started with battery test at NE 6 location. Carefully parked my RV around side of building so not in the way. It was early Sunday morning and clerk was alone. She had me move my motor home so she could keep an eye on my door. And I took up 4 parking spots. As she was testing the battery she kept hitting the device like it wasn't working. She said the battery was fine. I asked her to test the alternator. That was fine. She seemed tired and annoyed and I wasn't sure if the machine was working so I went to the other auto zone on Williams highway. The clerk that help me there was excellent as was the manager who had to come out and remove a bracket to get the new battery in. Their test showed I needed a battery! They lose a star for my experience at the 1st store.

I at times feel it would be best to shop on Amazon, unless I am unable to wait I do wish they carried liqui Molly and K&N oil filters!
