They were quick to get my car into be diagnosed. Once it was diagnosed Rick explained the diagnoses in detail,answered any questions and gave me a very reasonable qoute for the work that needed to be done. Absolutely recommend this auto shop they are fair and knowledgeable!

I just took my truck in to get looked at for a terrible smell that came out of nowhere. My coworker recommended AutoPro so I gave them a call. The gal, Ashley, told me to come on in and they'd have a look. Toyota wasn't going to be able to see it until next week. The gentleman working (I think he was the owner) looked at it and told me he couldn't find anything wrong, no leaks or anything, so it's possibly just a rat that got into the dash and left something behind. He then told me there was no charge!! He didn't even charge me for his time, which as a mechanic is very valuable. I am really grateful to AutoPro and this gentleman for his honesty and kindness!!

I've been using Auto Pro for all my automotive needs. Great Mechanic, His daughter, who works the front desk, is great too. They are reasonably priced. I stopped going to Jim Siegal for my 2011 Chevy HHR.I definitely recommend Auto Pro.

Rick is a really hard working good honest guy & that's hard to find today. His business is family run and though I only got to meet his son he was a very respectful and a friendly young man, I'm sure the rest of the bunch are great too I absolutely cannot give enough stars or kudo's to him and his business Thanks Rick for everything & stay blessed Stay safe everyone

Rick, Jason and Ashley are the kindest most honest people in the industry I know. I have taken multiple vehicles there for repairs due to not trusting anyone else. There honesty and efficiency is the reason why. Lower prices then most and job is ALWAYS done correctly. Thank you guys for all of your hard work and just being real. Recommend them to anyone for anything!

This is a great shop to get your brakes done. Friendly people, fast service, and a pretty good price to boot! They got my old mercury back on the road in no time.I will be bringing all my future brake and suspension worries here.Service: Brakes

Visiting from out of town and had terrible pulling and vibrating from my vehicle on the highway. they helped me out last minute and let me throw the car on the alignment rack. They were able to find out my issue super fast! Great guys, Jason and Rick thank you so much for your help. Highly recommend for any work needed.

Amazing folks run this place and put their own elbow grease into everything. Before I made it to Auto Pro I was misdiagnosed and quoted an arm and a leg for things I didn't need by Les Schwab. The Auto Pro saved me with a quick turnaround and to the point, NO BS fix. Instead of replacing the entire suspension assembly they actually put back in the torsion bar that Les Schwab guys missed entirely. The service was priced very reasonably as well. I was recommended to this shop by the folks at Tehama Tire in GP. They no longer have a mechanic on-duty so I chose Auto Pro for my brake job and alignment. I am very happy I did. The work was excellent (they saved the old parts and showed them to me as well) and very fair pricing! I will recommend this shop to all my friends! A welcome "surprise".....a fair and honest mechanic!!!

I was in need to get my windshield wipers fixed on my pickup. I called several shops and they told me that it wood be a week before they could even look at them. So I called AUTOPRO and was told to bring it in and they would work it in. Less than 2 hrs.they called and told me that my switch was bad then told me how much it would cost. And had it done the next morning.Great service and good prices. Definitely going give them all my business

After waiting 3 weeks and 1/2 the day I was told that my part that I needed was not available. I thought the part would be waiting there since I scheduled the appointment. He may be a great mechanic but he could use a shop manager.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
