We were in an accident that ended up totaling our car and aplands treated us with respect and were very helpful through the whole process. They were recommended by another local business and we will definitely be spreading the word on how nice they were and communication between us, them and our insurance was a breeze.

Very disappointed!! Be careful, no pride in ownership, lacks standards.1) I was told 4-5 business days to fix my truck, 11 business days later I get my truck back.2) Repaired rear of truck from separate estimate without authorization. Isaac and Jodi stated it was a miss communication. A $1,522 miss communication.3) Filthy! Oil and dirt on my interior door, seat, side panels, and even seat belt. Isaac stated "it was like that, a lot of people say that"..... My truck is immaculate, nice try.4) Isaac also stated that my truck was cleaned, interesting what clean means to some.5) Brush guard installed crooked. Wow! Thanks... now I have to go without my truck again to have DNA Performance fix it. Aplands will never touch my truck again!!I could not even enjoy the fact that I finally had my truck back after two weeks or that my front bumper was repaired. I hope it holds up!?!Service: Painting

Many kudos to your very helpful employee, Keith, who not only came out to our car to assess dent damage but went so far as to scour some of the area to make it not so stark visible until we could have it repaired. We'd recommend Apland's Auto Body in a heartbeat!

If there was a higher rating than 5 stars, I would give it. This is the best place in town, and they are SO kind and good at what they do. Every time I have taken my truck here for repairs, they have gone above and BEYOND what anyone else would have done. The first time, I needed my bumper fixed after hitting a deer, and they gave me a super inexpensive quote. Not only did they stick to that quote down to the penny, but they fixed an ADDITIONAL problem they found, free of charge. When I got my truck back, they had even vacuumed the inside.. I was so amazed. The second time I brought it in, they fixed my door handle within minutes, without appointment, on the spot. I have told everyone I know to go here. They are the best, hands down.

What a nightmare this place was to deal with! I brought my vehicle in for some body work and to have the wrap get finished after the paint was cured. First off they did a lousy job painting the car. I had a paint run and a spot that never even got touched up. I was told to wait a month for the paint to cure before they could have the wrap re-installed. Rather then make the appointment with the wrap shop immediately they decided to wait till the paint cured then make the appointment from there which set the whole process back almost two more weeks. They then were going to have my car wrap installed at a shop with the worst rating in town when the most reputable shop is a block from their business. They didn't even tell the wrap shop the color and manufacturer of the wrap which I gave them up front so they then had to order the wrap which was going to take almost a month extra. I then found out they drove my car wrecklessly to the wrap shop to get the original quote. My insurance agent ended up paying me out up front so I could handle it myself and had me no longer use Aplands because of all the trouble I had been through with them. They are rude, reckless, do poor work, and have no care for customer needs or quality. Never have I had a worse body shop experience!

Nice people. Communication is fairly good while car is there but lacking when inquiry of other work. Got car back dirty with oily/greasy hand/fingerprints but outside was clean. Work seems good so far. Would recommend and have recommended to family.

I had repair work done on my 2021 Buick after I was backed into. They did an incredible job repairing my bumper, and they even washed and detailed the inside of my car, which was such a wonderful surprise. I returned the next day because I thought there was a dried, hard clear coat on my paint and it turned out to dried sap from months and months that I never noticed until I had the work done. Keith went above and beyond and scrubbed the sap off and when it left a stain, he had their buffer come and buff it out. It looks brand new again! I d highly recommend Aplands to anyone needing body/paint repair. They are as professional as it gets.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and recommended by industry professionals. In fact, a local RV dealer told me this is where they would take their personal vehicle. The estimate I got, even though an insurance estimate, was far below what I had expected and we'll within reason had it been out of pocket. Will update after the repair but I have no doubt it will be positive based on my experience to date.

After a tree jumped out and hit my bumper I went to Aplands for an estimate. They worked with my insurance, gave me a day and actually beat that day. Work was done 3 days after adjuster okayed estimate. And they kept in touch all the way. The repair was beautifully done, as if by an artist (according to the gentleman who helped me). I had a total five star experience with the staff and the exceptional service they provided at Apland's in Grants Pass. They certainly lived up to their awesome reputation. Jonathan took charge of my needs and superseded my expectations, making getting my vehicle repaired expedient, excellent, and easy. He was incredibly courteous, informative, and helpful. I will always choose and recommend Apland's for any future auto body needs. Thank you, all (especially Jonathan!)! They are extremely nice and professional. I have Esurance for car insurance and Apland's is an E-star company, they guarantee the work through my insurance. If there are ever (for the time I own the vehicle) any issues with the repairs, they fix it for free!!! You can't beat that with an ugly stick and make that ugly!! It was an awesome experience!!! No stress, no mess!!!

Just picked up our Daughters car from Apland's. Finished ahead of schedule, and the work is flawless!! It looked like to me that it was going to be a challenging fix, but they did an incredible job! Looks amazing! Can't tell at all that it was ever damaged. Now that I know how great their work is I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Funny, they were recommended to me by a close friend, and Aplands treated me like a close friend.Jonathan took me inside the shop and taught me everything I needed to know about r/r, and a very important concept of floor panel buckling, which was causing poor tire alignment.Some Insurance companies will low-ball their initial cash value amount of a car so they can total it. Now your either stuck with losing your car or soliciting repairs that never solve every future car problem.He showed the appraisal program on his computer.I mean, how honest and helpful can a person be !He even went so far, as to make sure my truck lid closed properly ! !

This place is great! Not only did they do a beautiful job on fixing my car, but they also detailed it inside and out when they were finished. Any time something popped up they called me, they kept me up to date on everything and did it all in a timely manner. Shout out to Brian, he has to be my absolute favorite employee there. I call him any time I have an auto question because I trust him and this businesses opinion/advice/referrals over anyone else s in town now.Highly recommend!!

I love Aplands! I have had several repairs completed by them and they have always taken care of me with incredible advice and service. They worked on my vehicle after an accident, took care of the rental for me and worked with my insurance company. I couldn't have been more pleased! I just bought another car and there is a problem with the paint and I am taking to them..Why? Because I know their quality of work and customer care...You guys Rock!!

Isaac and his team did an amazing job on my 4runner! Isaac was very patient with me and very kind. Thank you all who worked on my vehicle. The paint matches the original paint color to my naked eye and the body work is perfect. I am very pleased with it.

They replaced a door which has had ongoing rubbing issues. At first they eagerly tried to adjust it encouraging me to come back if it persisted. Early on it was taken in again and seemed to be better. Again encouraged me to return if it happened again.The car is garaged and seldom driven and rarely use the affected door. Recently discovered it is rubbing again so returned it and was disappointed in the attitude of the person who served me.After a difficult conversation he physically pushed and shoved on the door and said it was better but it was still rubbing when I tried it. He rudely told me to give him my keys then drove it back to the shop. Within 20 - 30 minutes drove it back to the front door parked sideways leaving the motor oncame inside to tell me it was ready. When I tried the door it was a little difficult but not rubbng as much. Drove it homegaraged it. A week later opened the door...same rubbing and difficult open. It needs to be adjusted and I'm not looking forward to receiving poor service again for guaranteed work. The other 3 doors do not have this problem.I will be requesting further service for this issue and will post an updated review later.OK here's the update: Today I returned to the shop with the car bypassing the front desk. I recalled in the beginning the guys in the shop had told me to go straight to them with the rubbing issue... that I need not stop at the front desk. One guy approached me as I got out of the car asking what the problem was. He opened the door and discovered the moulding on top of the door had inched toward the opening causing the rub. He adjusted it with his thumb and in 5 minutes I was happily on my way home. AMAZING!!!

I have used Apland's for several of my vehicles in the last few years, and I wouldn't go anyplace else. They are dedicated to doing the job right, on time, and communicates well with my insurance company. Jodi is a delight, and knows her stuff. She takes great care of her customers. I will always refer anyone to Apland's Auto Body for their car repair needs.

After a deer ran out on the freeway and hit the front of my wife's 2013 ford escape. We had to take it here. Never dealt or heard anything about this body shop.But insurance picks where it goes. So I got worried regarding reviews.Now the time came to pick it up. I asked why no one had brought up the window do to it being cracked.It my not have been part of the accident but it is a safety issue and you would think as a repair shop they would have pointed it out.Then we go to the car where I noticed most of the body lines are off. The window seal has lifted away from the body and one of the brand NEW lights where out. Was told they needed to remove the new front bumper to replace it.Never herd from them again. Insurance said take it back. I asked why would I take it to someone who couldn't do it right the first time?

We were on a long road trip when we discovered a broken skid plate that needed to be cut out. Apland's took a look at our car right away and got us back on the road very quickly. They were a great bunch of guys and they took excellent care of us and our car!

I had them fix a bad scratch on my 2014 Honda Camry a little over a month ago. They did great work,. I can't see where the dent was fixed and painted. Everyone that I had dealings with at their shop were courteous and very helpfull. The job was done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend their shop.

Apland s in Grants Pass is awesome! The people were super nice and worked with me through insurance, even though that was more of a hassle for everyone than it should have been. When I brought the car to them and they realized I intended on riding the bus home with my 1 year old, they let me drive myself home in my own car, accompanied by an employee who drove it back to the shop for me. That alone to me was going above and beyond. I told them the day I needed my body work done by and they did it. My car, which looked pretty horrendous from the front, came back looking brand new. I seemed to have even gotten a small free detailing to boot! Would definitely recommend, and I will be using them for any and all auto body needs from now on!!!

I would like to give a huge thankful appreciation to the staff at aplands. A few weeks ago I was in a pretty bad car crash and my car was totaled. The staff made sure all of my belongings were safely put away in a box and not thrown away with the car. After reviewing the items in the box I realized that everything was there. My expensive items were all accounted for. Aplands didn't get any money from me and still showed me amazing customer service. Thank you for making sure my things were okay, and my privacy protected. I recommend this body shop to any one needing service done. They care!

Aplands has the nicest people working there! Johnathan is always so kind and the repairs are done quickly and beautifully, our 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 has been in twice for dents because people let their carts smash into it and each time my truck has looked brand new with no sign it was ever damaged.

I got nothing but negative things to say about this place. This auto shop took nearly a month to fix a minor fender bender. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Every week for a month I would call to see if my car is ready and they would say it would be done the following week just for them to say the same thing again and push it for another week. Also whoever Jodie is, she is incompetent and does NOT know how to run an auto shop professionally. This place is a joke!!!

I did not post this one star review. and how it got here we do not know. However, my sports car is in their shop right now because it was recently hit by a deer. I have total faith that when returned it will be in like brand new condition. Mike, Jodi and Jim Glenn have always been great to work with and any issues should be brought to the owners and not posted.
