My first contact with Affordable Truck & RV was with Rick. He s a hell of a guy. Very accommodating and willing to work with you to make a deal happen within your budget. This was my first time buying a truck camper and it went smoothly.I needed tie down mounts installed on my truck, Rick got overtime cleared with management and Rob the tech was able to get it done in about 2 hours on a Saturday. His work was clean, and I m very happy with how the mounts turned out. These guys provided a relaxed place for my family and I to hang while Rob did his thing.Once we got settled in, Brad, the parts and service director gave my wife and I a comprehensive walkthrough of the camper. Guy is super thorough and knows his stuff. He took his time answering all of our newbie questions and was refreshingly straight up with us.I would highly recommend purchasing your next camper with these folks - if you want a great dealership and a great experience, go with Affordable Truck & RV.Also, thanks to Debbie for making the paperwork process quick and pain free! When they welcome you to be a part of their family you definitely feel that through the whole process. They shot me straight and kept everything completely transparent and went above and beyond for my family. Yeah other places had slightly some less expensive options but everything that came at no extra charge was far more valuable to us and even more we felt no pressure to buy at all. We can't even begin to describe how wonderful it was going through adorable truck and and rv, DJ & Cole are amazing!!! They really helped us find the right trailer and displayed the best customer service we have ever experience, they really work with you and for you, you feel like family with how they handle business with you! I purchased my Forest River Surveyor from Affordable Truck and RV in Oregon in 2018. My Travel Trailer has been in storage in Arizona, where I live, for the past couple of years and I had to call them today to ask questions since I could not remember some of the specifications. Doug, the Sales Rep, gave me exceptional service. He spent over 15 minutes on the phone, going over the specs and making recommendations for a second A/C unit since my Travel Trailer is now being moved to Yuma. He did not hesitate to help me and when I apologized for taking up his time, he stated "No problem. Once a customer, always a customer." I highly recommend Affordable Truck and RV! The service was exceptional in 2018, and even now, in 2024, even though I no longer live in the area. A huge THANK YOU to Doug for all of his help today. It was greatly appreciated!

I purchased a used Class C from Will, at Affordable RV and love it! Will is a fantastic salesman, totally honest and will go to ends to get you the best deal! I had to go back after a road trip for a repair, and they got me right in, fixed it no charge, and got me back on the road! I recommend Affordable in GP Oregon!

I had a wonderful experience taking my trailer in. It is an older trailer that has a lot of sentimental value to me.I took in to have the roof sealed and have a good look at. I was given a list of thing that should and could be done.They were very helpful and true to their name very affordable.Thank you very much for not making me feel like a dumb old lady

I made a big mistake with buying a rv from Affordable Truck and RV by buying with only seeing pictures of the rv and beleaving in the salesman saying that it would be cleaned and would repair any and all issues it might have and I would get an rv ready for a trip(never again will I buy without going over it myself before purchase), I even bought it for the listed price because the salesman sounded sincere about looking over and cleaning/repairs would be done.Replaced all four old tires and shocks one shock missing a nut and one shock the bolt was finger tight and the shocks looked like the stock shocks that had never been replaced. Once that was completed I noticed that the springs were not same and the axles were out of alignment so I had to replace springs and shackles. When I looked at the hot water tank the anode was out and just laying there so that wasn't checked. After talking with the salesman he put me in touch with the general manager that said he wanted to make things right but after some back and forth emails that included pictures of a receipt for the tires and the cost of the springs and shocks I didn't receive a response from him and the email's stopped. I don't like leaving bad reviews but thought I had to warn other buyers not to make the same dumb mistake that I made. I left a two star review but maybe I should of changed it to a one star review. I hope I have no more problems with it when we go to use it in the middle of April. But if the general manager gets back to me and makes it right or if I have more issues I will add to this review good or bad.Good luck with your purchase of an rv new or used my purchase was a 2007 Artic Fox and I realized it is a used trailer that had been around for awhile but letting it go out with safety issues is not good practice. I have been to several RV dealerships and have never been treated as well as I have here. Brad, Jim and Robby are AMAZING! They have bent over backwards each time I have been to their service department. If you want to have an amazing experience when your RV breaks down, come see Brad and his team.

Over the years, I've purchased 3 trailers from AFFORDABLE truck and RV !! Each time has been a great experience.!!! :) Sales (thx Larry)and service department(thank you very much, Brad) go above and beyond to accommodate !! !From the sales ,to the finance,(thank you Deb)to the service department and then on to the walk through before delivery(thank you paul ).....everyone is amazing to work with.! Even the ladies behind the counter,I can't tell you how many times when I got my first, trailer that i called with questions on how to do things . They are very knowledgeable and kind, and walked me through whatever I was asking about.Thank you all !! I highly recommend AFFORDABLE truck and RV!!!!!!!

Not sure why our experience wasn t all that great but it wasn t. It took over a month after we purchased it for us to get our trailer... we called a few times to ask about the trailer status but didn t get any answers, so a couple weeks after we purchased it we walked in to the office asking why it was taking so long, and they were able to get us an appointment that day to do a walk through saying the trailer was ready... only to find it was dirty, and things were broken and holes were in the awning. The guy who did our walk through didn t realize we were supposed to get a tv added even though we were told it was already installed (it wasn t), I even made a comment on how dirty it was and he mentioned they just fired the detail guy. So we would ve taken home a dirty trailer that day if everything else was ok. I was told repairs would be made if needed as well as it coming to us clean? Hmmmm. We left the trailer behind for them to fix the issues. We finally got our trailer but it was a couple weeks later. When we arrived to get it no one was willing to go over any of the parts that we had issues with so we had no way of knowing if the issues were ever fixed or not. We got it home to find the parts aren t working still...I will say that when we picked up the trailer it was cleaned and we got a new awning since there were holes in the old one. I m pretty bummed that this was our experience. I really hope this is just a one time thing...

I am so impressed with Affordable Truck and RV! Our sales people, Will and Beth listened to our wants and needs and found us the absolute perfect used fifth wheel at a very reasonable price.I worked with Will, my son with Beth. There was absolutely no high pressure, no used car salesman BS. I first thought I only wanted to by from private owner but buying from Affordable RV turned out to be the best route. Before we brought the rig home it was completely detailed. A few little items that needed attention were all fixed by pick up day. The carpet, appliances everything looked like brand new. Since we didn t know how to hook up a fifth wheel the staff at Affordable RV took care of that plus spending two hours going over every little detail with my son on how to work everything inside and outside the rig. Plus! Affordable gave us a brand new starter kit, including rv toilet paper, water hose, black water hose and some other nice goodies. This has been a wonderful no nonsense EASY purchase. Now I want to sell my airstream and buy a fifth wheel! Thank you so much to Will and Beth. We definitely are HAPPY CAMPERS thank you to Affordable RV for your integrity, honesty and excellent experience. Darren and Amber Applegate

Sneaky! They lied and swindled my grandmother into signing for something she specifically said she would not agree to. The units are WAY overpriced and I don't know if I'll ever get out from under the burden of this. These people only care about money and do not care what happens to people as long as they get it. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Everyone here is wonderful, they go above and beyond with no pressure. We laughed and joked the whole experience, our sales person Steven B. was wonderful and communicated through out the entire time and Rob was amazing during our walk through. The sales mgr Brandon was super helpful when he met up with my husband to get our deposit so we didn t have to drive back up since he was in CP the next morning. They went through and took care of everything we asked and took care of the additional items we requested. My husband and I felt like we are more then just a number compared to other places we looked at, going out of the way was worth it for the customer service and trailer we have been looking for. Thank you for making us feel like family.

Great place to buy a trailer! Good selection! Emerald really helped us get the best trailer to suit our needs. In fact she has helped me several times after the sale resolve some issues, and answer questions, even recently 6 months later! HIGHLY recommend sales person. Our "home by the sea"!

I purchased my first travel trailer from Affordable about 2 weeks ago. My sales person Dave was wonderful and so patient with me being a first time buyer. I ended up going with a 2023 new trailer and totally love it. Jim did the walk through with me to show me how to use everything and so helpful. All the staff were so helpful in all the departments; sales, service, financing, parts. I would highly recommend the business to anyone who is looking for a RV of any type. BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT!After spending just shy of $4,000 on repairs at Affordable RV, my 5th was returned in worse condition than dropped off. Service manager and technician assigned to my job were fired half way through, and the new people gave up very quickly on trying to fix the situation. Here is a summary of what happened:- Paid for roof, slide-outs, doors, and windows to all be checked for leaks and resealed as necessary. When the RV was returned, there were several areas of damage to slide-out's, and a significant water leak that flooded the inside. There were NO leaks before it was dropped off for having it checked for leaks.- The awning fabric was replaced. They did a great job on this I will say, kind of, but the LED lights below the awning shorted out and melted literally the night I brought it home.- The furnace was not operational when brought in for repairs, and that was one thing that was requested to be fixed as well. It worked shortly (4 days) then died again, same EXACT problem.At this point I was at a loss. I contacted the service department manager, Brad, who was brand new because they just fired/got rid of the one that worked there when my job started. I explained the issues in full. On the phone, he admitted that the roof should NOT have been overseen and that was 100% an error on their part. He also admitted that the LED lights were removed to remove the awning assembly, and it was possibly they were "rough handled" (his term), but no offer to fix or replace. At first, Brad seemed like he was actually going to help.After much persuasion, he sent a technician on-site to look at these issues. Vern showed up and made it very clear (5+ times saying it) that he was only their to try and fix my previous negative review. He mentioned several times he was in his own truck using his own gas money to try to make me happy. He begged me to take my negative review down. I unfortunately obliged at first. He made several rude comments about how he hates RV's and how stupid it is to live in one and how I should just rent like everyone else does. He climbed on my roof and told me the whole slide-out was rotten and unrepairable. This blew my mind since they just had this in the shop to find these exact problems before I purchased this unit and they failed to do so. Vern did offer to do this work personally for half price on the side, but failed to see how this was in fact an issue of Affordable RV to begin with. I bared with this dude to try and get heat fixed for my family, which he had it working at 3pm and by 6pm it was not working AGAIN and they were now closed.Next day I called in and talked to Brad. I explained what Vern said on-site. Brad promised resolution for all the issues. He said they would install an slide awning and make all these fixes for free. I made it clear these would need to be fixed immediately. Reluctantly he sent another tech out to fix my issues. The next tech was nicer, didn't try to bash my lifestyle or trailer like Vern did, but still was unable to fix anything.Unfortunately, the furnace stopped working again after the second tech came out and made the 3rd repair. At this point I gave up with these people at Affordable. I was able to spend an evening researching these furnaces and able to order parts and rebuild my unit. Upon disassembly of my furnace, the brand new blower motor they installed was installed incorrectly and the squirrel cage fan collided with the housing and blew to pieces. Only reason for this failure is incorrect parts and/or installation of blower motor.I left several voicemails for Brad. It has been months with no return to my calls. I have been WAY TOO KIND and never got a temper with these folks at all. I only wanted my service to be corrected that they failed to perform, and instead I will be taking them to small claims court.AVOID THIS MESS AT ALL COSTS!!!! Do your own research, try some stuff on your own, and most importantly, NEVER trust these people with your RV.

I went to Affordable Truck and Trailer looking for a toy hauler for my xp1000 razor. I worked with Emerald Burton. She showed me the trailer options I had based on the size of my pickup. She got my trade in paid off and the financing that worked for my budget. She was professional, knowledgeable and really friendly to eowk worth! Her follow through with the final details allowed me to have it parked in my yard before Christmas!

The service department at this dealer is a mess. We had a terrible experience with the service department and the owner. The service does not communicate very well, and at times will not return calls. We purchased a NEW Forest River RV from them and had to take it in twice to get the kitchen faucet fixed (for a leak). It was at the shop for about 6 weeks to get the faucet fixed and the front door repaired/replaced, as it was very hard to close from the inside (children couldn't close the door from the inside). As we waited to get our new RV back on the road, we got excuses like; we are waiting for the warranty company to respond; we are waiting for our warranty lady; our technician quit in the middle of the job; we are shorthanded; the door will be fixed tomorrow; we can t find a problem, we will call you back, etc.We finally had enough of the excuses and decided to pick our RV up, repaired or not. While there, the owner finally got involved and decided to check out our issues. Here refused to acknowledge our concerns (claims there is nothing wrong with the door) and does not care if we return to buy a new RV in the future or not.Finally, I talked to an agent at Forest River RV. After sending him pictures and explaining to him our situation, he sent us up to the Forest River RV factory near Salem OR. Within four hours we got a new upgraded door, new faucet, and a sensor replaced. Now that is customer service. Thank you, Forest River RV!

Calling all Snowbirds and anyone else in need of an RV repair.This awesome business saved our trip down south! From the initial phone call to them to the minute we drove off their lot a few hours later all fixed and on the road again!Brad Strawn, Manager of the Service Department answered our initial desperate phone call. He was immediately calming and obviously an expert in his field. Yes we can fix it, I ll pull my guys off jobs to complete this emergency fix were his words.Our mid back fifth wheel side had hit a huge boulder while turning a corner and ripped open the body and sheared off black and grey water pipe!All employees we encountered with this business were courteous and efficient. Excellent public relation and customer service skills!The price of the fix was very Affordable!Our sincere appreciation for all your efforts you folks at Affordable Truck and RV.Sincerely,Debbie and Vince Poldrugovac

It's not always easy to find good service these days, but these guys have it down. I can't say enough about the team over at Affordable Truck & RV. From the sales reps, finance manager, service folks, all the way up to the GM and even the company owner. Everyone was honest, knowledgeable, reasonable, informative, and greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel like family. I am super stoked about my new toy hauler and look forward to doing business with you all again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a new/new-to-you RV or service.
