Friendly service. Prices a little high. Paid $10 for a lifter for jeep. Went to O'Reilly's in Brookings and got the same lifter for $5.

Very helpful staff. The man behind the counter went above and beyond to help us get the parts we needed and the tools to fix it. We own a shop in Grants Pass and just happen to be losing a wheel bearing on a trip we were on. We were thrilled to find everything we needed with awesome service! Thank you! My family and I were on vacation when we had a check engine light go on. I was absolutely amazed at how above and be on Justin and his coworkers did at helping get our Problems taken care of. They went above and beyond and were very honest in their dealings I would highly recommend!!

This Carquest Auto Parts is the BEST AUTO SHOP EVER.Our van broke down while on vacation, so we were stranded and all the garages were closed for miles.We got to this store not expecting them to have the part or to be able to help us, but we were pleasantly surprised to find and they had everything we needed to get back on the road! The manager Dave was extremely helpful and unbelievably kind. Dave was very knowledgeable, helped us get everything we needed, and we were back on the road in record time. This Carquest store, the manager Dave, and the kindness of the people of Gold Beach completely saved our vacation.

I go to carquest for everything! The guys down there are so helpful and sweet. Just. Changed my wipers and Jay just changed my battery a month ago. Not to mention the me always helps me get the best deal on great products!

I have worked with the manager Dave and I have known him for many years. He will get to the root of any issue and do the research needed. He is an excellent automotive parts person.

The only auto place in gold beach I go to. The staff here is so helpful specially if you are like me and know nothing about cars. Also when my car broke down they helped me find a great mechanic I would recommend 100%

Lost business today. As a person over 60 with underlying conditions I felt very unsafe with customers and store personnel not taking necessary precautions for the safety of others.
