Everything is very good in terms of customer service, in terms of helping the client to save it is poor or at least in my case the help was poor, of course it also depends on each situation in my case it was the first time buying with credit, and my A very particular case that I understand is very personal, being in a country where the official language is English, there was not much of a person to explain everything to me and resolve my doubts clearly. But the staff is very friendly and is greatly appreciated.

They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here for being my first time I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. They were willing to work with me on giving me the best satisfaction anyone could ever have. I am truly grateful! I will definitely be coming back and will refer people to come here! Such wonderful service.

The team here is amazing! I was able to explain what i needed and they got it done very fast! Michael helped me through the whole process and i couldnt be happier. He got me into a vehicle better then i was expecting. The rest of the team finished up the paper work and i was out the door. Total peace of mind. Highly recommend coming here.

Being a first time buyer I was nervous, my past driving record on top of bad life choices made my credit score very low. The people working at this dealership made me feel like I was right at home, they did everything they could to make sure I left with a car. Best experience I ve ever had buying a car I came from Vancouver wa to trade in my car and purchase a new one, the sales manager RJ was amazing through the whole process he was super helpful and just amazing I will definitely recommend all family and friends over to him and will definitely be back in the future

The whole experience from the time I got there was excellent. I was greeted by Jacob who helped me throughout the rest of then evening. I explained to him what I was looking for, and it was nice that I wasn't pressured into buying something I didn't want. It's like he knew what kind or car I was looking for... the first car he took me to after telling him I was something sporty, a 2 door coupe... was an 2013 Audi S5. Test drove... and loved it from the start. He worked with me through the whole process from start to finish, and it made me feel comfortable there. I left with a good car... and I thank you guys for making the experience understandable and smooth.

Credit score isn't the best but wanted 30 percent interest on a 20000 dollar car. But yet can't get me in a car for 10000.

This place is such a rip off. My son went in about a year or so ago never had financed a car so didn t have good credit. They stuck him with a loan with 24.99% interest. Oh don t worry you can come back and trade in for a different car and refinance. He has no idea how these things work and it s disgusting that they take advantage of someone with no experience. He was told the finance company would refinance as well. That is a big no. They also made an impression on him that he had to have a warranty which is a horrible deal. 2800 bucks for 2 years or 24k miles. That s a lot of money for such short coverage. So now the loan is several thousand too high for me to assist him in refinancing and of course the interest is so astronomical he s barely made a dent in the principal. Just run run run unless you have pristine credit. If you don t know what you re doing don t go here or take someone who understands. I don t know how these people live with themselves!

The dealership was very unethical in the sales approach. They refused to stick to my budget and insisted on playing games like bringing me my credit report after pre-qualification and already bringing me "a car in my budget" and pointing to the report as a reason for payments almost double what I told them I was able to do. Michael the sales person I dealt with was incredibly condescending the entirety of the interaction when he wasn't busy in his cell phone. He got me in contact with an "insurance buddy" of his that quoted me more than double the rates I had already found online. It also appears they do not delete cookies and store customer information on the computer they allow customers to use (including first/last names, addresses, passwords). Beyond the potential legal infractions they definitely do NOT "believe in nice" and are the epitome of sleazy used car sales people. I highly recommend anyone with rough credit instead visit CARMAX, I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised.

From start to finish, totally great experience. No pressure attitude, David Cowing was great to work with. We really did enjoy talking to him about his/our pets (dogs and dog-cats). Very personal, human- level experience.

Highly recommend coming here. They are more than willing to work with you regardless of your financial and credit situation. Everyone I talked to was very welcoming and nice. Lukes was especially super friendly and easy to talk to. Never thought buying a car would be this easy.

Lukes and Lance are truly great individuals. We worked to find the vehicle I wanted at an affordable price for me and made sure I wasn t settling for something I wouldn t love. Mike, Lance and Angelina all worked together to make our car buying experience quite painless. In their inventory, they located a car that met all of our requirements and also has so many extra perks. Mike was super easy to talk to and did his best to ensure that the process was seamless. Lance worked his magic and got us to the payment we wanted. Angelina was in training, but did a phenomenal job getting all of the paperwork ready so we could sign and drive off in our new (to us) car. I cannot thank these three enough.

The customer service was amazing! Husband had no credit, and I had a problem with fraud in the last year. All of our cars had broken down, so we started looking around on what we could do. Not feeling hopeful, Angelina and the finance manager did everything they could to get us approved! And we left with an amazing car!

I had Nick Larson helping me out with my transaction and it was by far the best experience I ve had. This was the first time buying from a dealership and had no prior knowledge of how the process worked. He was patient and explained everything I had asked with great detail.
