Steve is the best!!! I wanted to test drive a Sentra but Gladstone was pretty far from where I was and Steve offered to bring the car to me for a test drive! Customer service is amazing here. They are accommodating and very responsive. Steve did well to educate me on all the different features of the car and the warranties they offer. Everyone deserves a car salesman like Steve!

Horrible service. I told them I was only interested in getting an SUV, and they kept bringing out cars to show me. AND they ran my credit twice. That was weeks ago. Then, just today, they called me asking if I wanted to come down and fill out a credit application

I bought my Rogue back in December, had a great experience. The sales guy David was super nice and helpful, he kept the whole experience as stress free as possible. I'll buy all my cars from here for now on.

The salesman was very nice, professional, was able to answer all my questions, was personable, and went the extra mile. I have been building my credit and was confident I d get approved. They first offered me higher payments but I was able to negotiate and remove unneeded warranties to get the payments down to something I could comfortably afford. The process took several hours but at the end I drove out of there with the literal car of my dreams!!! Would recommend

Mostly good experience here (as owners of a used Nissan, buying parts/service only). Labor rates seem fair considering it s a dealership but with a definite up-charge for things like air/cabin filters and light bulbs. The parts and service staff are always prompt and professional yet friendly too. I really appreciate how low-maintenance our 3.5L motor is. My only complaint is that they need the VIN number to order any part, including clips and hose clamps, for example.

Went in to purchase a truck based off the price on their website. Was denied at the door saying it was an error. However, it is the law that they are required to accommodate any pricing that is posted online. They were very rude and disrespectful. We left and went and purchased a Toyota with no issues, thanks for nothing Nissan!

This was my first time buying a car and I couldn t have asked for better service. My previous car stopped running and I needed a new one asap as it was my families only way of transportation. Nick was our salesman and he was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and understood exactly what I needed. We had a couple financial hiccups, but Nick did everything he could to make it possible for us to leave with a new car. If I had to do it again, I d go right back!

I went in with almost nothing to get a car. I didn't have all my documents with me. It's my first time to a dealership. The humble, patient and respectful gentleman name Lawrence went over and beyond in making sure I leave this dealership with a vehicle. With the help of his colleagues. I can see how frustrated he was to sit there for almost 4 hours helping me with so little information I have. If it was me, I'd probably gave up, but he didn't. He made phone calls after phone calls to make sure I got everything I needed to get a vehicle. A honest man and I would go here again if I'm gonna get another car. It was worth the wait and all the time spent in this dealership. The professionalism and honesty and the patience they have was over and beyond. I wanna thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all that you guys did for me. Definitely recommend this place anytime. Merry Christmas to all of you.

Very professional team. Everyone was kind and attentive. Place looks great and waiting lobby was nice. Had snacks and coffee that was a plus. My transmission service made my truck run allot better shifts great now. Would definitely recommend to family and friends 10/10

With the credit I had they worked miracles! Michael Roth (salesperson) and Jason Bacon (in finance) had me in a 2023 Nissan in 4 hours. I would recommend them to everyone. They are the best.

Don t go to this service department. It s a waste of time and money. I was told for 4.5 hours that they were working on a quote when I specified my issues. I finally had to leave and they hadn t even finished the quote or done any work on the car. Also charged me $190 for what they didn t do. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend going there.

They had the car for 3 weeks, which wasn t a problem, because they gave me a loaner car. When I got the car back they forgot to connect gas door cable. I had 30 miles until empty and was not near dealership. Had to rip gas door cover off to put fuel in my car.

Had a couple issues with my 4WD going out, took a little more time to identify and fix the issue than expected, we were without the truck for almost 2 weeks and the lack of communication was a little frustrating, but they issued me an unsolicited 200 credit towards my bill which I really appreciated, overall I m happy.

I went in for a new car with bad to no credit after my old car's transmission went out on me and would of cost more than what I paid for my old car.they helped me get a new car with a small down payment and the next thing that I know I was driving home in a new Volkswagen jetta..highly recommended and they do not pressure you or turn you down in any way.Thank you

Very disorganized dealership. I wanted to book a rental while having service done. I was told to call two days before the appointment. I did. No one knew anything about it. I was told to call the day before my appointment. I did. Still no one knew anything about it and even the lady on the phone asked so who told you to call for a rental? Like I was doing something wrong. Needless to say I didn t show up for my appointment and I went to NoP instead.

I wasn t expecting to buy a car that day but my salesman, Zack, went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and showing me all the different cars. He was so patient and very knowledgeable, the kid even made me laugh. If you need someone who is kind and patient, Zack is your guy. They got me a great deal and I left in a new car I didn t know I needed. My family loves it and Zack is amazing. I d consider him part of my family, he s that amazing!

Came to look at Nissan Leaf advertised at $17132. The dealer tried to mark up the advertised price by $1880 for junk, made up fees.
