Israel in the service department was great to work with, the ease of making the appointment, staying informed as the process went on and then having everything explained before I picked up, my car went very smoothly. This is where i will be taking my cadillac moving forward!

Conversation with the service advisor for an oil change.SA: Looks like this is your first serviceMe: yepSA: have you ever had this vehicle in here?Me: nope, this is my first service.Get home and the check engine light comes on. Not thrilled I get to deal with that now. Less than 7500miles on the vehicle.Update:I took my vehicle back and they tried to tell me the parking cameras were the reason my CEL was on and when I left, someone called to ask me about the bad review and started defending the camera diagnosis.I wouldn t trust this place, unless you need some blinker fluid replaced.Alternate dealer took 30 seconds and found the o2 sensor that wasn t responding and got me in to get it fixed.

Auto Town Buick GMC Service is amazing! They got my vehicle in and fixed in less than an hour, from an issue which was caused elsewhere. I needed to drive several thousand miles the next day, and thanks to them I am able to do so. They not only diagnosed and fixed the problem right away, they charged me for the parts only!! Thank you, Mark and Adam and your entire team!! All service departments should be like yours. You are definitely the standard for others to strive for.

Not a very welcoming experience, definitely felt like a transaction not a relationship. When attempting to buy a new GMC a few months ago, couldn t even get sales dept to respond to requests. So I drove to a different state to buy my new GMC, well I guess I ll keep driving to another dealer in a different state even though this dealer is less than two miles from my home or maybe try to Chevy dealer down the road. The only decent experience I have had at Autotown is parts dept.

The service team here is always helpful and patient. Mark was incredibly helpful and informative. I have come here a handful of times and never leave disappointed. They are not pushy like other dealerships I have experienced in the past. Highly recommend!

I came in for my free oil change on my new GMC Sierra diesel truck and when I checked in I asked the service advisor if they can tape piece of trim that s been loose ever since I bought my truck. This would have been warranty repair that would take less then 5 mins. I was told they can t do mechanical repair and I would have to make another appointment. He also said they don t have anybody who could do that work on that day. I live 3 and 1/2 hours away.Otherwise service was fine. Love their coffee machine!!

Very organized, polite, as a first time oil change customer, there was no charge and they found a screw causing a leak in one of my tires and removed it and patched it for free! Nice folks, will definately return!!

Justin was very friendly and personable. I went in for an oil change but was worried I was going to be told they recommended all sorts of other services. Instead, I was told everything else looked great! Such a pleasant surprise.

The only reason I bought 2024 sierra from Auto Town Buick GMC because they had the truck in the color I wanted and it was $10,000. Off. The sales person was not knowledgeable, at all, about the vehicle and really pissed my wife off. Sale went forward the next day anyway. I took it in to have the alignment checked and to have the steering wheel straightened but nothing changed. The steering wheel is still turned to the left after waiting most of the day for it and I don't think it was ever looked at by them. I'm looking at other service departments to have warranty work done from now on.

My basic oil change took 2 hours. At check out they told me it was because they were down mechanics.It would have been nice when they quoted me an hour at check in to know this. It would have been nice for them to check In with me to let me know they were running behind.An employee from parts noticed that I had been there for a while and took it upon himself to check on my car for me.I know times can fluctuate but communication is key.Service: Oil change

Don't ever service your vehicle here. They are not being upfront and honest about what they do. $1331.25 for a 30,000 mile service. We forgot a coupon for 50.00 off and called afterwards and wouldn't even honor that. I would expect better customer service as well as the service advisor not being truthful on what is recommended for the service. Never again will they get my money.Service: Auto maintenance

The SERVICE department went up and beyond to make me SMILE. I am excited to let everyone in the PORTLAND area know, AUTO TOWN BUICK and G.M.C. is the "BEST PLACE" around! I had a regular service and on my pickup. They returned my voicemail to them within a couple hours and was able to schedule the service on the same day. Checkin was easy and the work was performed before it was promised to be complete.

Took my truck in to have a few items fixed from delivery and add a new part, not one of the jobs was done correctly the replacement part was damaged during install, lights we left unplugged and the new part was not installed propertly. Very disappointing.

Pushy and Rude! I wanted to take think about the diagnostic report I was given. The service advisor was pushing for me to complete the work same day and refused to let me schedule an appointment for the next week. Also he didn t offer me a courtesy ride. I will not be returning to this bully service center.

Once again, I had an appointment that I setup 4+ weeks ago to get the airbag recall fixed but this time I called ahead so I didn t waste time & energy coordinating a carpool. They put me on hold for 12 minutes before confusingly answering like they didn t know who I was and what I was holding for. Once again they had me scheduled for an appointment with no part so glad I didn t show up this time! This service department needs a communication upgrade. Don t make an appointment if you know you re not going to have the damn part!!
