Oregon Collision Center came recommended to me by a family friend after my first accident. I had ZERO experience on the process of getting my car fixed. Carlos saw me for a pre-estimate the day after I called (other shops were weeks out just to take a look). He gave me information on how to make my car as safe as possible to drive in the time before they were able to get me in to fix. Patience made the experience even more wonderful with her frequent email updates on the status of the body work. Absolutely WONDERFUL crew. Will be recommending this shop to any and EVERYONE in the future.

My husband and I could not be happier with the excellent job that was done to repair our Chevy Blazer that needed two doors repaired and painted. You would never know the car had been damaged, it was so well repaired. Thank you, Carlos and team for your awesome customer service! It took awhile to get in to this shop for repairs but it was well worth the wait! These guys replaced my cracked bumper in 3 days and returned my vehicle looking brand new. Went above and beyond to clean my car inside and out upon return. Such a happy surprise! I had a great overall experience working with Oregon Collision Center and I highly recommend them.

They fixed damage to my car after hitting a deer. They were great! Worked with my insurance company easily, and the repair is great. But more importantly, they went out of their way to help me--outstanding service. For example, they replaced lightbulbs in headlights while the bumper was off (normally something I do at home but it's tricky bc access is super tight), using bulbs I provided. They also came in on Saturday on a holiday weekend to finish up when a part problem slowed things down, because I needed the car to pick up my kid out of town the next day. My husband and I recently got our Mazda done there. These guys are amazing! They go above and beyond, and I recommend them to anyone. Great price, quick and excellent service. When it comes to auto body and paint, they have our business from here on out!

Carlos and his crew did an excellent job. They got us back on the road in less then 2 weeks, so we wouldn't miss our family trip. They are amazing and I would absolutely recommend them!

I just picked up SUV from Oregon Collision Center today. What a pleasant surprise...the inside of my car was totally detailed. I brought it in to have a small dent in the side panel repaired. They also fixed/covered some chips in the front grill area for no charge. I am so happy.I have brought some other cars here over the years and have always been extremely happy with their work. Thanks so much Carlos and your great team

Super impressed with the customer service, level of professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail paid to my car after hitting a deer and doing a number to the front of my Subaru Forester. Unfortunately, a collision center isn't the kind of place you want to frequent, but if I ever get in another accident, you can bet I'll be taking my car back here. Because the final bill was less than I thought, I'm using the money saved to have the inside detailed so it looks as amazing as the outside, and even the detailer was impressed by the quality of work. Carlos and his team were amazing; never once did I worry. Thank you for your honest and transparent process!

My front bumper needed repaired. It was hanging off on the driver side. I brought it in, they gave me a honest timeline and cost of the repair. The repair looks great and I will definitely be using them again for any repairs I need A+++++++Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Was in a road rage accident last October, I was able too bring my car in the same day! After constant updates and 1 month n 13 days later. My beautiful 18 Optima SXL Turbo was restored back to how it was before the wreck like nothing ever happened!!. This place stands by their work/word and doesn t use any cheap products, all OEM or better products, I will be returning to them as they re helping customizing my turbo. THANKS OREGON COLLISION CENTER!

OK, here goes. 7 AM on June 30 I was planning to leave on a trip. Part business, part leisure, with my son and daughter-in-law and two grandkids. Reservations had been made and I was literally heading home to pack the car when around 4:30 pm the night before I was rear ended by an suv who was doing 25 mph and did not apply his breaks at all. The damage was extensive. My car was brand new, 9 months off the lot. Less than 10,000 miles. To say I was bummed is an understatement. 10,000 worth of damage when all was said and done. I was literally at the rental agency 15 minutes before they closed finalizing a car rental for the early morning trip. So I asked them if they knew a really good auto body shop. They recommended OCC, which is less than a mile from my house. With few options at 6:15 pm, and OCC being closed I dropped the car off and slipped the keys through the key slot. While I was driving the next day I called and let them know what had happened. It was a downer to hear they were two weeks out. What to do? My insurance company was already in the process of cutting a check. Fast, yea, so what the hell.Bottom line, it took a lot longer than I expected it for the work to get done. I was in a rental for two months while they put it back together. It was frustrating, but then, what do I know? I have no idea how much work it takes to put a car back together after the damage that was done. To their credit, they waived the deductible and helped me with my rental over what the insurance didn't cover. Carlos was an understanding guy and professional. When I got my car back I was amazed at how it looked! It was like it had been just driven off the lot. No aftermarket parts, immaculate paint job and everything was done perfectly! In the end, due to how new my car was and the damage that was done, I am very happy with how it turned out!I give Carlos and Patience an A+, very happy with the results!

I would avoid this place if at all possible. My girlfriend was in an accident after which her car was sent to Oregon Collision for repair/replacement of several front end components. Upon return of her car, we found a fairly nasty small dent on the roof (???) that did not exist previously (through the paint, beginning to rust now), loose screws and bolts in several places, and suddenly her horn does not work, because it does not exist! That's right, they buttoned up the car and gave it back without putting the horn back in. I had to install an aftermarket horn for her own safety afterwards - not an easy task, given the original placement of the horn. They also buffed the paint and left white residue all over the place. From all appearances, it was just plain lazy, in-a-hurry, get-it-out-the-door work. I used to detail cars, so I know what it looks like. I would avoid this place if at all possible, they seem to do work in a haphazard manner and don't particularly care about their resultant image.

At first I was sure this was the shop I wanted to work with, Then Carlos found out I had the lawyer to handle my injury and property damage issues, and no longer wanted to honor the quote he originally called fair and said he was "more than happy to honor". I decided to go to another shop because I felt i could not trust Carlos. Best choice I have ever made!
