Place is under new management!!!Eli (main manager) got a really solid team working for this location. They all seem to care about the customers and minimum waiting around. Dustin (vice manager) did a great job ordering specific snow tire chains I wanted for my truck, and they arrived in a timely manner as promised for an upcoming trip I was stressing about.The chains came super tangled up from the manufacturer and after struggling for hrs at home and thinking it much be just the way they were made, I called the store back, and was told they would help make things right for me.Thankfully, Eli had the skill and patience to teach me how to detangle them and install.Aside from management, the rest of the employees were super friendly and easy going to talk to and answer other random questions I had.Thank you all for the 5 star service!

It was my first time visiting this place, and for sure, not the last.Very friendly staff, always willing to go extra mile with new customers I am surprised with this place, since I quit shopping at Hillsboro napa store long time ago because of their customersservice, but this new place has nothing to compare with Hillsboro store, there is a huge difference between the two places with a totally different customer service.I highly recommend this place for all autparts needs.

They are always very helpful. I had my rotors turned and they did a fantastic job. I also needed filters and they only had one so he offered to order the other one for me, hang onto the one they did have and call when it came in. Great service and workmanship.

Napa auto parts Open at 7am- 7pm Mon tru fri, today is 12/7/23 around 7:38am,and is not Open i have to get something urgent.

They sold me a 3 year old dead battery and then refused to give me a refund or replacement even though I only bought it a week ago. Take your money somewhere better, I know I will. There's an orileys right down the street with better prices.

Mark Fiaher and every employee at work on September 18th when my boyfriend and I got stranded in our vintage Nova were AMAZING!! We were about an hour and a half from home on the way back from a Rod Run and our Nova was a mess. Mark and company did so much to help us including spending his break to help us find tools we could use and make sure multiple times we had what we needed and were getting back on the road! After going to Oreilleys down the way who were of no help this was a blessing! Well done !!! Thank you thank you

Great customer service!! Went out of their way to help us and make sure we had everything we could need or want. Breaking down on a family trip and a long way from home couldn't have gone better! We were able to park behind their building, with our camper (& 3 small kids), in full shade on a 97� day to replace our alternator.

I use to buy alot of paint from this store. was all ways treated good and good service. I even started buying pizza for them once a month. After they moved locations not only did one of the employees try to start trouble he also double charges my coworker. They lost my business. I actually rate less then one star.

I used to really enjoy Napa and their products. Unfortunately, it seems that lately they have lost a lot of intelligence and will to help the customers. On 4 different occasions I have had bad experiences. Sometimes waiting as long as an hour for them to find me the correct part. One occasion a lady working here finally got fed up with trying to find lug bolts for my 04 Pilot and told me that they cant get it. Not again, Satan. Ill take my business to O'Reilly's.

They were fantastic! A wheel fell off my trailer on my way to go crabbing at the coast, so I was stranded and 2 hours from home. They not only sold me all the parts I needed, but re-packed the axle side of the wheel, and showed me how to finish the job on the side of the road. Thank you!

The person who helped me was able to find the part I needed quickly and even helped explain how to replace it on my vehicle. He was also incredibly courteous and very helpful. Definitely will be going back for any other parts needs I might have.

Slowest parts store I have ever been toBesides that they barely have anything in stock. Took me half an hour of waiting to find out they don't have anything I need. 2 stars because at least the staff was friendly and tried to help

The widow next door had car battery trouble. I helped her take the old NAPA battery to the NAPA store in Forest Grove OR to get it tested. It was bad but still had some warranty time. She didn't know where her deceased husband put the receipt for the old NAPA battery. The kind store manager approved the prorated credit for the old battery anyway. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Friendly staff. They took the time to try to help me locate some hard to find trailer parts. They were open late before the 4th of July holiday, which was a big plus.

They ordered the incorrect part. It took over two weeks to arrive and then they wanted to charge me for the shipping. Then they refused to give me my money back. Won't be going back. From here on out I will be going to Autozone

Went the extra effort to find the right sealant. The manufacturer should have a guide sheet to zero in on applications.
