The people were SO kind and went out of their way to squeeze me in for a tire rotation. They came out to my car while I was trying to find somewhere else to go and insisted they could make it happen for me. Great people, excellent service.

I had an appointment for alignment, a slow leak repair, and 2 new tires. All done befor the expected time. Woke up the next morning with a flat. I called and spoke to David, he assured me I'd get in and out quickly. Come to find out, I'd gotten a nail in a different tire, random unrelated to my repair work. ..Michael was super quick and friendly to fix it. Appreciate being able to get my kid to practice ontime !Sheri

Never been treated so rudely and was treated like an idiot for making an online appointment to have my truck repaired knowing what I needed done and needed fixed to get back on the road home ended up stranded trying to find somewhere that actually cared and wanting to help me get my vehicle back on the road and not told they can't just fix it I had to have an inspection and make another appointment to have it worked on but they could ask me if I wanted to get a quote for new tires they could do that and get it done. I was asked if I knew what time it was and that they closed in like 2 hours how I expected them to fix it because I would have been able to if I had there shop and tools even not having their supposedly skills could have easily had it done in less. Thanks for your concern as a business towards potential customers that it doesn't matter that they could've helped instead of making it a more stressful being the last option I had without having to wait with nowhere to stay until Monday when someone willing to help me could. That all was the start to the rest of the bad experience not being able to leave because they chose to not help when easily could have but refused to even try to. But business is business and it was too much for them to care. Hope they are in my place and reaching for options and are told it's not their problem and good luck with getting home.

Took one tire in there that just needed a plug fairly simple procedure took it to them because it was free and I live very far from said facility and waited around for Three or four hours tire still wasn t finished, so just went and picked it up and figured I d do it myself. I understand being busy, but a simple procedure You think they just get it done but nope

Just an all around bad experience just needed some simple front end things to tighten up and had an online appointment to take it in was told it's only for a free inspection which I over looked but I didn't need inspection just a service worker to do couple things because I had to work on it wherever I could with minimal tools with me just trying to get it fixed to get back to Montana but it didn't matter the counter person just basically said they wouldn't help or cared that I was needing to get on the road not sure why she was so rude and I was just wasting her time wouldn't even have an shop person or manger at least see what they could do to help me out it cost me having to stay long then i had time for but still tried to sell me tires. It' just was not respectful or cared that I was stranded.

Fast friendly service. If you're in a pinch and need air in your tires they'll always fill you up no questions asked! Plenty of stations and workers staffed to help so you always have someone available you need. Easy location to get to.

My tire was slowly leaking. I tried getting a can of fix a flat to no avail. I booked a appointment assuming I'd need a new tire. I brought the car in and they said they would like to inspect it first. Turns out it was just a faulty inflation tube stem and they replaced it with no charge. Will come back for all my future tire needs.

Took my 2016 gmc denali to this location they quoted me 1300$ to fix an issue my truck was having during the time of fixing they lost my center cap to my hostile rims, after getting the truck back the issue is worse then it was before I brought it in, they don t seem to know what they are doing or maybe they are just more concerned with up selling you parts instead of actually fixing the issues now I have to take my truck back to get a new cap as well as the alignment fixed because my steering wheel is completely off center I d stay away from this place

Wife took her vehicle in to get new tires. We knew the tires were bad and had a spare on. They supposedly attempted to repair a tire but apparently we're unable to. That's fine and all but we did not receive a call stating that they could not fix it. After a day I called back and was told that they could not fix it. Then during fixing them they told my wife that the TPMS were bad and it would be $320 to replace them. Nice try but every single one of them worked when we brought it in. After my wife complained, they magically started working again. Looking at the current negative flood of reviews on here lately, I will never return and neither will any of my family. The Les Schwab off Imbrie in Hillsboro is where it's at.

I came in today to get my tires rotated every 4,000 miles and because I had a bad wobble at high speeds in my front passenger side tire because of an imbalanced tire which they wouldn't admit from 2 months ago when they removed a nail. I know this because I work at a dealership with a tire shop and everything. On top of Les Schwab not rotating my tires "the one tire was too warn to be safe" which kinda is the reason I came in to get it fixed! So I didn't get anything done and on top of that they bent my brand new spare key. The guy said "oh I got it off of the board like this" "I don't know what happened to the key before I got it". He wouldn't admit to having anything to do with messing up my key. For everyone to know the key was on a lanyard. I knew exactly what happened, he stepped on the lanyard while the key was still in the ignition and bent the key. He only offered to try and straighten the key out, but we all know if you do that the key will probably break off in the ignition in the future. Costing a lot of money for a new ignition. I'm so beyond pissed. I live walking distance from this place and I go for convenience. I've been going here for years, and these last few times I've gotten bad service, I will no longer going here, they've lost my business and everyone in my house hold, we own 3 car's.Sincerely,Ex-loyal customer.

Had a set of new tractor tires dismounted so schwabs could powder coat the wheels. Picked up the bare wheels as I was busy at the time and today went on to get the tires remounted. They refused to remount the tires since they didn t sell them to me. Complete waste of my time driving to this location, if you want good service go some place other than Forest Grove Les Schwab.

This place has gone down hill. They used to be polite and professional. Les Schwab the chain? Fantastic! This place not any more. I had four tires put on and had issues with vibration and pulling to the left. Took it back and the guy starts lecturing me about what a bad idea it is to have all four tires two ounces out. Really? No kidding. I told him that would be their fault as I they were the ones who put on the tires. Then it s the guy is new. Ok, got it, maybe it s training issue. Nope. Now he s telling me those machines aren t always accurate. I look at the other people in the counter area and they re looking at him like- the machines aren t accurate? Now I know I ll get a reply about how they ll look into it. Don t bother, I m sure the Les Swab in Hillsboro will appreciate the business.

Had to go back twice for the same issue. First time they found nothing, then they found something fairly obvious. I've never ever been disappointed with Les Schwab before.

Way over priced commercial truck tires by 30%, including light duty truck vehicles. Do not recommend purchasing tires at any Les Schwab dealer/ vendor.

Went in by appointment to get some new tires for my girlfriends car and was met with an estimate of almost $900 for their cheapest all season tires (50k mile warranty) and an alignment. This was after they told me they didn't have my tire size in stock because it was uncommon (205/70r16). I made two phone calls and found Cornelius Tire. They sold me a full set of brand new all season Coopers (80k mile warranty) and an alignment for $675. Don't waste time at Les Schwab for anything more than a patch job.

The staff we're very polite and courteous to my wife and myself, and very helpful. Without an appointment worked us in to have our Car Battery replaced and a fair price for the battery and labor were appropriate also. ( WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE) THANK YOU LES SCHWAB Forest Grove.

The people are very pleasant. BUT I got my truck aligned, and 3 days later went in to have something done on my tires. Woman says: Your truck is out of alignment: would you like to schedule an alignment? A FREE RE-ALIGNMENT YOU MEAN? I asked. I had that done 3 days later and requested the alignment spec sheet: It was even further out of alignment than when it went in according to the sheet. I'm done with this store.

Today I went in to have my tire fixed, I had a nail in it. I appreciated the quick service and friendly customer service. But, this is not the basis of my five star review. My review is to commend the team for their diligence in enforcing face coverings. Customer service is difficult enough and to add enforcing something that not everyone agrees with the icing on top. As a healthcare professional I commend this team they are doing a great job and I will be back!

If I could make this the worst review ever I would. I simply went in to have them bleed my brakes. With brand new breaks on.. when they were done, my brakes barely worked. Also they were squealing very loud. Absolutely unprofessional. I wouldn t recommend anyone to go to this Les Schwab for simple general maintenance.

The Forest Grove store has the worst customer service. When my truck went in it was fine, when it came out, it had a check engine light that wouldn't clear. $850 later for a repair and they refused to cover half of it stating they did not cause the issue. My word against theirs - I can't prove they did anything wrong and they can't prove they didn't. They even asked what I would do if I were them - I said I would cover half and make the customer happy because that is what good customer service is about. For what it is worth this store and the Hillsboro store on 10th are both owned by Gratteri's so if you like Les Schwab there are other stores that don't follow this crummy customer service policy. Use at your own peril - avoid for the sake of your wallet.One more comment as the shop "replied" to my review. They CONTINUE to COMPLETELY miss my point - which is that good customer service is missing at this store. I love how in their response they are sharing details that are nobody else's business AND are erroneous (LOL) - Regardless of the issue my truck had - as a good customer (we spend thousands of dollars with Les Schwab for a trucking business) - they should work WITH me for a win/win situation - not tell me I'm wrong. In any case, I continue to make sure that I highlight to others how the customer service of this store has gone downhill since Ken Graterri is no longer present in managing these stores and to find other stores that are focused on customer service. And many people agree with me - especially about the manager Jason. PLEASE MAKE SURE to BEWARE. This particular instance is not my first problem with the store, simply the final straw and so I want to make sure others know and understand the lack of customer service this store has.

I had a bizarre experience a few days ago. Went in for a tire rotation even though it seemed busy. After waiting for a bit I went up to the counter just to see how much longer it might be. I wasn't in a hurry or anything. While I was up there I saw a guy talking to the manager (I did not catch the manager's name but is a balding man) trying to get a flat repair. They would not repair it because he did not buy the tires at their store. This guy even offered to pay for a repair but the manager refused. When the guy eventually left, I was shocked to see the manager give the guy the middle finger just below the counter as he was walking out! He then told one of the girls at the counter to make sure they added some note to his account so he wouldn't ever get service again. It was just so weird. I would have left right then but they were already taking the tires off my car. Definitely never going back. I can't believe a store manager would treat someone like that behind their back?

Did they even look at my truck? I hate to leave such a negative review but I am very disappointed in my experience. I took my truck in to diagnose why my front tires were wearing down so badly on the inside and if the sounds I am hearing when driving are related to this issue..I was told that my front tires were cupped and that I need my entire suspension replaced.Wanting a second opinion, I took my truck into Meineke in McMinnville and the guys there were great. After just a quick 15 look they saw some very OBVIOUS issues. My front tires were indeed cupped however my entire suspension certainly didn t need replacing. They were kind enough to take me into the shop and show me exactly what they were seeing. It was extremely clear to see that I needed an axel replacement, shock replacement and there were issues with my drive train. I am not even close to a mechanic and I could see some clear issues just on the surface level. It seems to me that they never actually looked at my truck and what the issues may be.

Forest Grove Les Schwab is one of the few shops I know I can trust and by far the best. ****UPDATE 5/7/2021...this shop ,and "all" of the employees, are the absolute best in the business. The really cool part is it has been the same , steady, reliable and high quality shop since i was a kid coming here with my Father more than 40 years ago now. I trust them with all my vehicles and every service they offer. Undeniable the BEST!!! Thank you to the entire crew at Forest Grove Les Schwab. David !! Double Kudos !! The Explorer is set to look so cool!!! Thank you so much for being patient and professional at all times. You guys, and Gals, Totally ROCK !! ****3/23/2022 UPDATE: I very much value the service and dependability that the Forest Grove location offers and have done business here my entire life. I have to say though that the ONLY person I have ever "disliked" here is "JASON" the service manager. No matter how hard I try to be polite with him he consistently treats me with disrespect and a very RUDE attitude....EVERY time !!! I cant figure this guy out. He has also been rude with my wife which was almost a deal breaker until he "VERY RELUCTANTLY" apologized to her . I will continue to do business here simply because "everyone else" makes up for his consistent shortcomings. I have tons of respect for Roman and always enjoyed coming in with my dad when I was a kid. "JASON" taints an otherwise EXELLENT experience....its unfortunate but i cant imagine going anywhere else. My money and my trust are still in F.G. Schwab.
