ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Is what I have to say about Kramers. They are the nicest and easiest company to work with. They did amazing with our stereo install and when we had an issue they took care of it so quickly. So glad that we have chosen them to repair our vehicle as well. These guys have helped us out when we thought we had to give up and if it wasn t for them we would be without a car. If I could do more than 5 stars I would!

First time there talking with the guys. Great bunch! Hope to be getting some work done there soon On 4-22-21 had remote start installed along with some VisionX lights. Big shout out to Chris, Nate, Victor, and the rest of the gang for the warmth and professional job that they did and all the help they were to me. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The list of things that they can do is endless. I'll be back for more!!!

The team at Kramer's did an awesome job repairing my Honda Fit. All of the staff members were very well versed mechanics, informative about my vehicle status, and proactive about asking questions towards what I wanted done repair wise.I had a passenger side impact that essentially totaled my back door, rear wheel well + rim, and the panel running from the back of the car all the way to the front passenger door. The repair work and paint job are indistinguishable if not better than before the accident occured.Courtesy 5/5Timeliness 5/5Quality 6/5 ( no joke)Also LGBTQ+ friendly to boot which is very pleasant.

We sent my Daughters Lexus IS250 here after it was hit while parked in front of our home. Kramer's took care of us and did a phenomenal job on the Car while working with the painful insurance company on our behalf. They're great to work with and very polite. Nope.Learn to read the negative reviews first. Get an idea of the problems people have.Took my very expensive, very detailed vehicle here for a minor accident repair and talk about stereo equipment. During the estimate, they promised to wash the vehicle blah blah this and that. When I got my vehicle back I noticed the replaced parts with wrecking yard garbage parts in wayyyy less than perfect condition and with writing on them. The vehicle wasn't washed. Oh and the stereo convo was a dud as their prices are outrageous.I seriously question the validity of their reviews.

By far the best experience I ve ever had at any car audio store anywhere. I came in expecting to spend some money on at the very least new speakers & walked out with probably the best customer service experience I ve ever had. If you re going anywhere else for car audio you re wasting your time. I won t use anyone else again. The gentleman behind the counter asked to take a look at my setup & within seconds starting adjusting it to where it needed to be & had me amazed at how my system sounded after some adjustments. He was friendly, patient & went above and beyond in customer service. Well done Kramers, you ve got a customer for life!!!!

I went to Kramer s today to see about getting my car stereo installed or at the very least getting the parts to install myself. The young gentlemen Brendon, was so incredibly helpful! He went above and beyond to helping me! I am so grateful for his help and guidance. He really knew what he was talking about and made sure I had all the correct parts to get the job done correctly.The shop was clean and every person I spoke to was very nice. Over all I am very impressed and I will be a return customer for life! Thank you so much Kramer s and Brendon for the amazing guidance and help today! You guys are top notch in my book!

This is the ONLY place I will go for my stereo or anything related to any of my automobiles. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable... those words do not express how awesome these guys are. They make you feel like you have your own personal expert. I cannot say enough how great the customer service is. One call and they go out of their way to help you out. The best in the pacific north west. PERIOD.

Been blown away by these folks. Chris and Nate have done a couple of projects for me and a couple for a friend of mine and each time has been superb. Clear comms and advice, very competitive pricing and the results have been phenomenal. It is refreshing to work with a company that stands by their work and products. I have them working on another quote as I write this in fact!

They have always been our go to place in Forest Grove. Chris very helpful. If they can't fix it, he knows where to go. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend, we are long time customers.

Love these guys! I brought my truck in and these guys are the best hands down. Super honest and dont try and sell you things you dont need like other stereo places, I wont mention names. I will always return here for all my steroe equipment purchases...

Five stars with only five reviews. Are these even real?First if I may, I just want to establish my own credibility. Not because I want to discuss how great I am, but so that you will listen to my review and consider.I personally have owned countless vehicles - they are a hobby of mine. That being said, years ago I obtained my ASE certification, continued on working in engineering, and have countless friends in the auto industry and specifically. These guys are near me, so I thought I would give them a try.I went to this shop and spoke to Chris, who I assume is the owner. It was hard to miss, since every employee he spoke to he treated with incredible disrespect in front of me, the customer. I found him to be very condescending to employees and to me, without even attempting to ascertain any knowledge about me and my background. I visited Chris twice, but after the first visit I had already decided I would probably go somewhere else, but wanted to see what happened. So I went back a second time since I told him I would bring the vehicle buy - he kept dodging even a ballpark quote despite describing the vehicle to him thoroughly.I took in an old 1999 Chevy S10 truck with nearly 200k miles on it. Despite hinting several times that I only wanted a presentable job a step above Maaco ( they were even discussed ), he quoted me 6000 to paint it. Yes, 6k, 3 times what the truck is worth. This is a tactic known as extreme bidding when you don't want to do the job. Then he started telling me how I could paint the vehicle with plasti-dip spray cans. Sure I could, but I thought I had come to a professional because I wanted better than that. He even stated at one point that trim for the truck might be difficult to obtain. Available brand new right now from the dealer and LMC truck. In fact, it's one of the most commonly available trims out there. Do you own research - enough said about that.I gave up on that and started talking to him about stereos. This was also a lost cause. All of his audio systems are marked up at least 50%. Again, without ascertaining any knowledge of what I might already know about audio ( the customer ), the conversation focused on his interests rather than mine. His sales tactics are horrible.These previous reviews, one saying that the shop did a good job fixing a dent... I wonder if those employees are even still at the shop? Just a thought. I would imagine the turnover is high.As for me, I am going someplace else. Good luck my friends. This place makes me wonder about small business. Is it really this easy to start a small business when zero skill in customer service is required? Definitely and interesting discussion.

Love to support local businesses. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Same work can be done for less but again, if local support matters. Kramer's is the place!

The guys at kramer installed a top of the line jvc stereo in my work van...actually they fixed what i started to install but got in a bit over my head. Their service is fast and friendly...I highly recommend Kramers!

Great guys. I bought my coasttocoast metal carport through them. Pretty happy. Also got a trailer hitch installed for my pickup here. Professional folks.

I paid 2600 or 2700 for a box two subs and amp as well as install after leaving and driving a bit I opened my trunk to show someone the box had slid to the back against the trunk causing rubbing against the trunk I went and talked to the shop guy or owner and asked why the box wasn t secured for that amount of money and also explained that that s going to damage the subs he said they could secure it right before I m walking out of the shop he informs me that it would be an additional cost for that amount of money they should t be sliding around to where they can be damaged what a joke guess I should of went to car toys instead atleast I could of financed it and would of got a better install
