Excellent service and very knowledgeable! I made an appointment for my daughter's car to have an oil change. Being from another state, you have challenges on who to trust. I feel we found a great place! I recommend them to help your college kiddo! Thank you Nick!

My buddy bought a Victory Boardwalk from these guys yesterday and it was easily the best buying experience we ve ever had. Nick and Heather were awesome and they don t pressure you like a lot of other dealers will they let me go on a test ride with my buddy on another bike knowing I wasn t planning on buying so he could have a better experience riding also. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a car or motorcycle.

I just bought a Polaris RZR side by side from Brookwood, the staff was great, I feel through some negotiating I received and great deal, plus support from knowledgeable owner and staff. I would recommend family and friends anytime to see BW for ATV and auto needs!

I purchases truck several months ago. Took my truck in to see what needed to be fixed because I knew at least I needed new glow plugs. Turns out the oil pan was cracked, but not just a cracked oil pan. Someone covered it up with JB Weld to hide the leak. Now I have seen the service department and it s spotless and well maintained. So how does someone with that much attention to detail miss a huge blunder like that. I m only speculating, what if they covered it up? I call and spoke to one of the owners and he assured me they would make this right and I needed to speak to the other owner. I since then have called several times and left messages and nothing. No call back. Always gone. I know it s an old truck, but the engine had pine needles and rust inside. Fuel tanks had moss and the fuel system that they replaced had to be replaced. This truck never should have been on a lot. So if you think you are getting a good deal. Think about going somewhere else. Because once you make that purchase. You don t exist to them.You DB welded an oil pan to not have to fix it yourself.I was told you would fix that by one of the owners, the other owner would not return my phone calls or talk to me about it. Does that sound like someone that is responsible? Or trust worthy. I can respect a person that returns my call and tells me to go F myself. But to hide and not ever return my call? NO SPINE.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I have never had such an awesome experience with a used car dealer. They are the real deal! Honest and professional. Went above and beyond for me when I purchased a car from them. Such a great team of people. I love my little Beetle!

I had been looking for a car for a while with no luck. Several people suggested I looked at Brookwood Auto. Now I know why. Yesterday, I went to Brookwood Auto to look at a car. The staff is incredibly friendly. I never once felt pressured to buy anything. I honestly know nothing about cars. Michael took the time to walk me through everything, showing me how it all worked and what I should be looking for. There were issues with my bank and Heather was incredibly helpful and patient. I had my 4 year old daughter with me. Even she fell in love with the staff there, following them around. This was the most enjoyable, pain free car buying experience I have ever had, and I am so grateful that places like this exist. They went out of their way to help me find the perfect car for my family and I couldn't be any more grateful. I know now why people in Portland suggested I drive out to Forest Grove, and told me it would be well worth the drive. 10/10, I would highly recommend Brookwood Auto. If you want a pain free, honest car buying experience, this is your place. Oh, and once you buy a car from them, you get a discount at their awesome shop on parts and labor. They even give little gift baskets that welcome you to the "family" full of things for you car. This place goes above and beyond what you would expect from any car dealership and I will forever be thankful for them.

Recently started looking for a diesel pickup. Found the truck I liked on an auto website. Messaged Brookwood through the website, Nick contacted me within the hour of sending the message. Worked with Nate(owner) and Heather a couple days later, they made the process seamless. Gave me fair trade-in value for my car. If you're looking for a great small dealer in the Forest Grove area, I'd HIGHLY recommend going to Brookwood, great people, stock and prices.

I had the best shopping and buying experience imaginable at Brookwood Auto!! There was zero pressure, and no stress. The owner Micheal was so nice and so helpful. I got a tour of the new shop. I loved all the new features of sitting in a comfy room and being able to shop on their computer at my own leisure. In the end, I feel I got a way better car than I thought I was going to get. Its been a couple of months and it is running great.. feels brand new to me! I feel they are so honest and trustworthy. I really cant say enough good things about how much I really enjoyed buying from them. When our daughter is ready for her first car we will definitely be back! Thank you everyone at Brookwood Auto!

Wow these guys were absolutely amazing!! The communication was outstanding and customer service was great!! They saved me thousands by Being honest with what needed to be done. Boy am I so glad I got a second opinion from Brookwood. So nice to have a trustworthy place to take my car. Thank you all for your amazing help.

I recently inquired (via text on Dec 5th) about a Victory motorcycle they were selling, on a Tuesday, saying I d get down there on Saturday, the 8th. Their last words in text were Great, we ll see you then. I showed up that Saturday at about 10:30am and walked over to the bike, it s dewy and dirty, but no big deal seeing as it s December. I greet the folks inside and spend a few minutes talking with the sales guy. He tells me the adjoining shop is a full service Victory repair shop . He goes back inside to get the keys to fire the bike up . And the battery s dead. We make some more small talk for 10-15 mins after plugging the battery tender in. He tries again, lights come on this time but not even a click from the starter. So he excused himself to get the jumper pack. I m keeping myself distracted, looking at the other bikes while he takes parts off to access the battery. Now it s cranking over but still won t start without giving it throttle. The bike s now sputtering and popping and all I can smell is unburnt fuel, and it finally roars to life but dies as soon as he lets off the throttle. He tells me Battery s shot. I ve got no problem throwing a battery at it, but you probably want to hold off until after that right? . Now, he was a nice guy, and felt sincerely apologetic, but I drove three hours one way to look at that bike. They knew on Tuesday I was coming down from Seattle. They had three full days to check that bike out and make sure it was clean and charged up. I had a trailer reserved with U-Haul, I had cash in my pocket, but I walked away. No follow up phone call, no nothing, and less than a week later the bike s price online was raised by $2k. I spent an entire Saturday, and about $80 in fuel to be completely disappointed. One star is being generous.

I had a week of terrible experiences car shopping. By Friday when I dejectedly walked into Brookwood Auto I was completely down on all car dealers. I was immediately greeted by canine car ambassador Bailey and melted. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had and I haven t stopped talking about these great people (and fur-person). Andy and Heather were awesome, got me into my new wheels smoothly, and I ve been smiling ever since. Next time I m in the market for a car this is my dealer, and I won t consider anywhere else. Great team!!!

Tim & the Brookwood team truly made all the difference when our car broke down on the way to the coast. The customer service and kindness we received in a very stressful situation meant the world. We had our dog with us and Tim made us feel safe and welcome for a couple of hours as we made plans and found a hotel room for the night. Our car was fixed by 11am the next day and we are deeply grateful and impressed with this business. My best to y all!

I give this place a one star just because they ppl there are liars. Nate the owner is liar as well . Got a vehicle there had issues with it ever since . Paid for a part that didn t need get fixed and for it to still have the same issue. I showed pics of where there issue was and they totally ignored the issues . This place is definitely a lemon lot for cars trucks suv s and motorcycles. I highly suggest not go there unless you wanna get ripped and got lemon for a vehicle. For today for today babe or Tuesday yeah that s coming for today cause today s Tuesday night plus for later today this is for what? Yeah I put that one outgoing mail because it wasn t ours the Stacy one and then put back in. I ll will continue to leave bad reviews so ppl know the truth about this place .

Like many of you, I have been to many dealerships and experiencing the stress and strain of pushy sales people with the lack of expertise looking out for their commission rather than the customers needs.At Brookwood, my experience was the entire opposite. The folks there are patient, flexible and very helpful. I got a great deal on a wonderful truck and I didn't feel pushed, if anything I was welcomed to browse without sales chasing you around. We highly recommend!

So I never post reviews... but this is overdue and a long time coming!! I was the Drew brother customer at Brookwood Auto, it has taken this long some weeks later simply because I have been absolutely thrilled nonstop with my purchase. These guys are combining great experience and beginning this auto group and faced two choices; to be blunt become sharks or be human...without a doubt a stellar group of humans! My search for a diesel truck began six months ago for a three-quarter or one ton truck for heavy-duty towing power. They had a very well cared for 2008 F350 6.4L with an immaculate car fax. Heather and Nick gave me a fair deal. Cari was there too via messenger on marketplace from day one. Tool box and 5th wheel hitch was on the Lariat as well. Free first oil change, lifetime 10% off service, and a gift "basket" of buffing and maintenance goodies. May this truck and I go the distance together

I have purchased 2 older 1993 and 1999 Ford trucks from Brookwood and I have to say I am really satisfied with both trucks and the experience I had purchasing them. I am roughly 2000 miles away so I bought these trucks sight unseen other than photos. The sales staff are friendly and very accommodating as I would ask for more pictures than what they had on the website and they would send them within a few minutes. The business end of the sale was easy with no hassles or delays. Heather in the office was always helpful with my questions as this was my first experience buying a vehicle on line. They were also very helpful with the transportation I had hired to deliver the vehicles. When they arrived I was quite pleased with the condition as they matched the photos and description that were given to me over the phone and emails. Keep in mind they are 20+ years old and all the accessories worked and they were very clean inside and out. I am very satisfied with my purchases.

I m not one to normally leave a review. Especially about a dealership. That being said. This place is awesome. I saw a truck they had, just listed. Couldn t get down for a couple days from Washington. They held the truck for me and it was a no hassle buying experience. While we were doing paperwork and looking at another potential vehicle for my wife, the staff kept my kids entertained and didn t mind when they got a little rowdy. If you are in the market for a good vehicle, that comes with a good experience, I would say this is the place. It was well worth the drive.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Brookwood Auto Group. Both of my purchasing experiences have been very positive. Michael got me into my first car on the spot and was able to get me financed even with not-so-good credit. After one year, I wanted to upgrade and have lower payments. Again, Michael made the process simple, stress-free and quick. I am now in a better car with a better finance rate and lower payments! Thank you so much Brookwood Auto Group! You guys are awesome!

My 16 year son and I searched for weeks to find a car for him we could both agree on. My son found many 328i x drives but they all major problems or a branded tile. When he found this one we were very happy with the condition and transparency of the vehicle s history. Abraham treated my son with respect and didn t treat him like he was a dumb kid. When I called about the vehicle Abraham went out the car and took additional pictures. They sent me an inspection report from their shop with the repairs they had done. They even replaced the serpentine belt before listing it for sale. The owner handled all the Financing in a timely manner and took the time to explain it each document to my son and I. They also offer us a free oil change and a coupon for any future maintenance and repairs for as long as we own the car. They also gave us a gift basket filled with cleaning supplies and a tiny garbage can. I have been in the car industry for 14 years and I ve never seen this kind of service. They get a five star rating from our family and much respect for staying after hours. We could not be happier with this business.

Very fast and very friendly service. They went above and beyond. I came in the morning looking for a truck and I needed to get to a meeting at 1 pm. They were very flexible. We got some of the paperwork done before the meeting. The owner of the dealership actually drove me to my meeting so I'd be on time since I was without a vehicle. When I got done with my meeting I went back to the dealership and finished the rest of the paperwork and drove the vehicle off the lot. They even gave me a gift basket for the car and a rose for my wife. They got me an amazing interest rate of 5.4%. They were nice to my 4 year old son. Honest and high integrity. The owner actually gave money to help a poor man on the sidewalk who needed money for his brother's medical operation. Customer focused. They offer mechanical services and auto repairs as well. Great team, great company, you won't regret going there for a purchase of a used vehicle.

Super helpful, honest, and friendly staff! My partner and I have had our fair share of bad luck with cars, but Brookwood made the whole experience feel like a breath of fresh air. We felt like both the sales side and service center had our best interests in mind, and they made sure everything in our vehicle was in excellent condition before we signed. Now we are the proud new owners of a Honda Odyssey :)Roger and Alec are personable and helpful salesmen, Heather is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and Michael is caring and full of integrity. My names Spencer and lemme just say This place is the abolute best expereince ive had in my whole life. Id been searching for a car for about two and half weeks tried all sorts of dealerships some had what i liked but werent being honest or straight forward about condition of the vehicles or pricing along with alot of hopeless bargaining. I finally found the people at brookwood wich they had a 2008 chevy avalanche i was interested in so i went to check it out lemme just say its one of the few lots ive never been pressured to rush an inspection of my own or imediatly go for a test drive on they were patient let me check it out inside and out and then i went on my test drive with Kary. Drive was smooth the car ran and cold started great everything on it was great. Then came time to make a decision wich of course i bought it, but the process took a while, again they were very patient while i got in contact with my bank swapped details and processed all my down payment stuff. My only small sliver of a complaint is i had to add brand new tires to the cost of the car but hey no big deal it was either have them do it in what turned out to be less then an hour or wait on a different tire place to book me in and make me sit for three hours. i may have payed extra but the service and speed made up for it. concluding my review and shout outs to Kary Heather and Nate for being rockstars with everything and the follow up phone calls from kary to see if i liked my car. should i ever need a new car in the future or even a dirt bike or side by side you guys will be the first place i look and call thank you again for such an awesome experience. 10/10 would absolutely recomend this place for an automotive choice. PS. there 10k plus gold warranty packages are awesome best warranty package ive ever seen and a sound investment.

Had a nice talk with Sam. I was just looking for information and knowledge about motorcycles and he had a wealth of it. I never felt pressured to buy. Very comfortable experience, would be happy to buy from in the future.
