After 20+ years in the Marine Industry now out of it 15 years I found myself in the Eugene area in need of a GO TO MARINA. After many phone calls to the local Eugene dealers 2 to choose from attempting to spend $3,500 on a bow mount trolling motor NOT ONE of the 2 called me back I guess $3500 plus Rigging was not enough for the local dealers to return my 4 phone calls for a Quote. So Called the Folks at Y Marina in Coos Bay North bend area. I was told everyone was busy and someone would call me back ("RIGHT HEARD THAT BEFORE") 15 min later Jeremiah called me back and went to work to find me the Rip Tide I pilot T motor. 2 days later he called me back he located one and it was on its way. CRAZY SERVICE! Same day rigging and the TEAM at Y Marina were at the gate waiting for me. As we waited for the work to be completed I saw the owner out hooking up boats moving boats working his tail off to talk to everyone that came in the dealership. I thank the Team Jeremiah, Buzz,Tom,Isaiah Scott and YEP Even the gal that took my money Jessie was very professional and thankful for my business. The one thing i would like to pass on is if you live in the VALLEY AND YOU ARE READY TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND HAVE SERVICE THAT IS 5 STAR GO SEE THE TEAM AT Y MARINA. I could not be happier to drive from Eugene to Coos bay to get all of my service work done. I will be sending all of my contacts to see these folks! Ask for Bubba to help you find your next boat! I can't say enough good things. As a noobie to boating he took the time to go over everything on my boat including driving, docking and trailering. I still have a lot to learn but I know I can call him. I've bought houses, cars and other toys and never have I ever had someone make me feel comfortable, safe and share all info transparently as he did.

Where do I start!2019 21 North River I purchased in 2020. Nice boat and got a good price.Paid top dollar on labor and substandard part!!!No Manuel s or keys for the storage areas until I called Owner 6 months laterShoddy work on installing 9.9 Kicker w/ controls. Left metal shaving inside Transom on and around batteries. Large scratches where drill bit Jumped as they attempted to drill hole for control cables. No sleeve on jagged hole or on cable to motor.Failed to turn in paperwork for boat license until I called Owner when my Temps expired. Found paperwork on a desk.My Trailer was licensed to another guy whose trailer was one number different. Even DMV missed that one.Y Marine always blamed Covid .Failed to bolt Kicker to transom, an industry standard and put a substandard steering bar on motors that rusted badly!You can t make this stuff up!Best part of all, keep calling me to come in for routine Maintenance!!!!!!There s more, but I think I made my point!

Fantastic experience with YMarina. George Pagel was my sales rep and Ilet him know what I was looking for. He worked and worked until he found just the right boat.
