I stayed at this park for about 6 months. It was great at the beginning, but became progressively more bizarre. The owners started playing power games with the amenities; changing the hours randomly, leaving rude, poorly written notes in common areas and treating guests like they were doing us a favor by letting us use the bathrooms and laundry room. The last straw was when they closed the women's bathroom, except during office hours (10am-3pm), making it impossible for those of us working to shower or do laundry(the main door was broken for over a month). The only staff member with any manners was Brian. The woman who lives upstairs is particularly unpleasant.

There's nothing fancy about this campground but for the area it is a nice campground. The sites are separated by bushes and plants so it doesn't feel as small or close to your neighbors. The sites are all concrete and level. In fact it looks like it at one time long ago it was a parking lot that they cut the concrete to put in the plant dividers between the sites. The staff are all very friendly and professional. From what I have seen in the other private campgrounds in this area, this is a great central place to stay and the rates are reasonable as well. We have been able to explore nearly the entire Oregon coast from south to north while staying here.

Very clean RV park, nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Need to lift the "age limit" from the pool table my 10 year old son couldn't play with his 45 year old dad per worker, pretty silly. A couple of the people actually living there need to seriously slow down in their cars bc kids do ride their bikes and people walk their dogs, we actually had someone who was a long time stayer say something about the fact our kids were riding their bikes as if they shouldn't be. It is open to an aray of people not just long time staying and I think some people need to be made aware of this.We did enjoy our stay and do recommend but needs to be more kid friendly.

The staff and management were very friendly and helpful. They stepped up in my time of need when I showed up into town and the reservation at another park did not work out. The staff member moved a couple of things around and were able to accommodate me without interfering with other reservations. The park is conveniently located just a half a block off of 101 on the north end of Florence. It s a short drive to old town or out to the sand dunes and other nearby sites. The park is well-maintained and there is ample room between spaces. The 50 amp hook ups allow you to run your two air conditioners and dishwashers and whatever. I would definitely stay here again if I have the occasion to be in Florence in the future.

I stayed at Pacific pines over the weekend at it was great. The park was quiet and the showers were very clean. Hosts were friendly. I streamed videos on the Wifi at night without any service interruptions.My days were spent at the jetty, and I used the park to have a safe place to rest at night. A perfect RV weekend.I will definitely stay here again when I return to Florence!

This is a nice park. Good Sam rated. Sites are a little small but clean level and paved. Very well maintained. Facilities are very clean. Puts you in short drive from every thing Florence Oregon area had to offer.

We stayed here May 22, 2020 as a last minuet booking while driving up the coast on the 101 during a family road trip. It was a one night stay and we were not disappointed. The grounds are clean, as was the dog walk area. It was also well lit at night, so it made it easy to take the dogs out in the dark. The spots are cement and level with full hook ups.It is also in a great location for some sight seeing; such as Thor's Well and the Sea Lion Caves. Would recommend and will stay here again if we have the chance.

Bathrooms and showers were immaculately clean. Nice lounge area with books, movies, tv, pool table, sewing machine, coin operated laundry. Outside is all concrete, no picnic tables or fire pits in the pull through spaces. Very much a park and sit in your camper type of place. We got there just after they closed and the lady noticed and came back and was very kind, got us a space, told us where a nice beach for toddlers was, and gave a quick tour of the lounge area. Very accommodating and kind, especially since she could have easily went home instead since we were late.

Great location, Tons of room for my 15 foot trailer lol.. Staff is helpful and trustworthy. Don't count on using the washer and dryer it's a popular past time here.

Great place to park your RV and use it as a base of operations to explore the Oregon Central coast. The property is clean and well maintained with hot showers, a rec room and laundry room. Reservations are recommended as they are full all summer and well into September.Highly recommended; this is our seventh year staying here. Park staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

nice place for long or short stays in beautiful Florence. we stayed just a night but felt right at home. great explanation at check in, prompt friendly service, and a quiet atmosphere. hot coffee in the AM and a hot shower gets a great start to the day. will be back.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Love that there is a dog run. Also enjoy the rec room and coin laundry room. The bathrooms are very pretty, well maintained and clean. Great water pressure in the showers.

We went there in May 2018 and the staff were wonderful. Very nice RV Park. We loved it there. So I called few days ago to make reservation for next month. There was a coupon that is good until May 31 but was told that it is old which it is not. Said it is good until May 15. I was trying to ask her a question but was told that they are new owners and she was very rude to me on the phone then cut me off. The other person who was with me was very angry at her attitude and said she should be courtesy to the customers but she wasn't. So we will go elsewhere rather than going there.

It's unusual to see a storage combined with an RV park, but here it is. And it works well! The large area for the RV park is well paved,. Each space has concrete base and full amenities. Neatly arranged trees and flowers fill the landscape and shield neighbors from each other, not exceptionally well, but enough to give privacy. Having cameras and s gated entrance give a great feeling of security for those that don't know the area. And finally, the price is right.

We called for an RV spot for the same night. I told the owner that I would call back. I called back after confirming with my husband. I left a message and they called right back and confirmed we could have two nights. We were still in Eugene and had a1.5 hour drive still to get there. They closed at 4pm. She said to just give her a call and she would come over and check us in. Got there at 5:30 pm. Gave us an explanation of all they offered. Was fantastic. Everything is very clean and in great condition. We will definitely stay again and recommend.

The price is reasonable. The pull thrus are very roomy. The facilities are all very clean. The attendants are helpful and friendly. We have stayed many times over the past 10 years and have found it the same each time.There is an old review of the park that I believe was entered in error and probably intended for some other establishment.

The RV spaces are concrete, level, and very large. The spaces are divided with plantings of rhododendrons, which were in magnificent bloom while we were here. Water pressure is excellent, both 30 and 50 amp power supplies, nice hookups. Office staff is very friendly and we will definitely be back.

This used to be a great RV park. However, new ownership May 2019 does not seem to understand that buying a successful business, but treating customers like dirt is NOT the way to success. We were going to book new reservations but had a question about a coupon they offered. We were told it had expired. When we mentioned that the date printed on the coupon was past the date they said it had expired, they rudely responded that they were the new owners .... and slammed down the phone. What a way to win the hearts of your customer. Ugh.

We arrived with no reservation and they were so accommodating! The park is beautiful and clean! Love the rec room and all its amenities. Staff is wonderful and super friendly. Thank you PP!

Great place to stay. Friendly staff and very clean. Laundry facilities and extremely clean showers and bathroom. Highly recommended.

This is purely pedestrian RV park. No view, no fire ring, etc. Almost no park visitors sitting outside. The worst part of the park for me is that its Wifi was terrible. No real security. We had a laundry cart stolen. On the positive side, the park (including the bathrooms) were clean.

The owners are going to give you the best service .The park is clean and quiet. There is a dog run, rec room pool table, showers, washer dryers.close to shopping. Lots of room for your RV.

I have been very happy. The park is clean and all facilities are always top grade. The staff is very efficient and ready to assist in anyway they can. Try it for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

We were turned away at 10:48 from a 3 day pre-paid rental at another camp ground due to quiet time starting at 10 PM. Who has a checkin curfew at 10 PM on a Friday night?? These guys took us in immediately...We're Staying here now

Thus place has amazing remodeled showers. Clean laundry facilities and nicely located. Reasonable rates with gated access.
