You know, I've done a bit of business at O'Reilly's since they've come to Florence and have had excellent service. Unfortunately my wife was sent down there to get her battery tested yesterday and got laughed at and belittled because she doesn't know anything about cars and didn't answer (the guy behind the counter) Brian's questions properly.Now my wife's a tough woman and I can tell you personally it takes a lot to get to her, but this experience nearly brought her to tears. You've lost my business for life!Great place to send your wife gentlemen if you want to see her get belittled and laughed at.Don't worry, Thanks Dan, at Les Schwab, for helping my wife while I'm working out of town.......Update......A generic automated message here with a link to your website isn't going to, as you say, "make the mark"!If you really want to make it up have Brian reach out to my wife and personally apologize. We are not hard to find on social media. The whole community knows us. That will be the only way. I doubt you will though.

Anthony and Dustin were exceedingly helpful when our van broke down. They helped us get everything running so our family could continue our road trip. It's scary being broken down so far from home, but the staff here were very friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Excellent service from Lu and all. Had an alternator go out on our 2003 F250. ORileys had all the parts and made great suggestions too. Had extra tools that missed our tool box. Thank you for helping us out!!

If I could, I'd give this place 100 stars! I was stuck in Florence on a Saturday afternoon 75 miles north of home when a serpentine belt shredded. Chris at this store got permission from the manager to give us a hand. Believe it or not, he replaced the belt and had us on our way within an hour. What a great guy, and what a great store!

Today, Monday at 930am, I went in to get an air filter and washer fluid. Brought my things to the counter and stood there like I was invisible. I said Hello? a couple times. I could see two people working in the shelves who could very likely see me, but did not address me whatsoever. Then finally a guy came up, gave me no eye contact or greeting whatsoever. The only words he spoke to me was my total, and asked if I needed a receipt. I was not thanked or given any sort of pleasantry. Made me feel like I was bothering them. What a bummer.

This is the auto parts store to get the quality part you need fast. It's been my experience every time. I order parts and the parts are in store the business day in most instances.

I needed new head lights. Ran into O'Reilly's not having a clue what I was looking for. Lu helped me get all parts needed AND replaced the light bulbs. Amazing customer service!!! For all our car needs, we're going here

Very friendly, helpful staff. I had a good experience with them when I bought a car battery several months ago. And, when I locked my keys in the car today, they kindly let me use their phone and wait inside, even though I was not actually a customer this time.

Has to be the worst auto parts store their is. At least for customer service. I walked in to a empty store and started talking to the guy behind the counter. A second later the phone on the counter rang and the guy I was talking to told me to hold on and he answered the phone. Well after about 2 minutes of him being on the phone he started looking something up on the computer for the person on the phone. I was their first, and he just ignored me and continued to help the phone call. I finally said thanks and just walked out. Will NEVER go back to that store!!

Some employees don't seem very knowledgeable about automotive parts. It is hit or miss, so don't assume they do, and be sure to watch what they order because they have a tendency to order the wrong parts. They will also give you the wrong part from inventory and insist it is the correct one -- and rather rudely. One guy was argumentative with me about the right EMCV for my car after I told him the part he handed me was the wrong one. He insisted the computer said otherwise and I was wrong -- I had to insist that he get a different part, which he did while telling me it was my screw up (it wasn't).The quality of their parts is also a little hit and miss, make sure what you are buying isn't going to be defective and/or pose a safety issue if you use it on your vehicle.Basically pay attention, don't let employees try to bully you into buying the wrong thing, or assume they are knowledgeable (even if they say they are), and review parts closely to ensure they aren't damaged before leaving the store.

Great place for auto parts and availability/networking checks. Knowledgeable staff who are also honest about their knowledge limits and what they recommend. Only drawback is the same thing affecting all of Florence: understaffing. Be patient and they will get you the right parts with a courteous attitude.

We went to get new wiper blades for a 1997 Mercedes. Devon and Joseph spent quite a bit of time on it, were very professional and did a great job for us. Congrats on two good employees.

O Reilys in Florence Oregon is awesome! Gentlemen named Paul helped me put diesel exhaust fluid in my rig. I just lost my husband and they are so helpful!Thank you!!

To begin with the store was immaculate and the customer service was amazing. I was passing through and needed a few things and the service reps and manager Bud helped me find everything I wanted and found the best cost. My family constantly goes through Florence for our summer sand dune trips and I will be back just to shop from his store. The parts I needed had a 1 day turnaround and the manager offered to ship them from the store to my location in Washington which still was a better deal than any shop around. Thanks everyone at the Florence Oregon Oreileys auto store. I will be using you all in the future and will recomend your store to everyone I know. This is a true 5 star store and don't let any other reviews tell you other wise. Thanks everyone.-David

These guys were excellent. Left a tab open for me while I threw a reman alternator in my 4Runner in the parking lot with tools they let me borrow. Great service.

Lost the alternator in my truck and they were the closest. Gave me a great price and I forgot my tools so they let me use tools right there to change it.Great customer service and price.

Went in 4 air filter & wiper blades. 1st guy helping me looked up filter then other guy pulled him away to talk on phone about something he wasn't familiar with & he showed me wiper blades. I told him no on blades but I will take the filter. He said he deleted filter off screen so he will help next person while other guy was still on phone. WTF. I left empty handed & will NEVER GO BACK

the store is great...unless you have to deal with Brandon. it's such a pain for him to do his job. he sighed so much I was like dude, I'll go somewhere else...pos....this was on two different occasions...I have a friend as well that goes to knechts cuz of Brandon lousy attitude and service..

Horrible guest service wife called with a request for something as simply as a body clip/fastener and the counterman/RSS simply said no to every question an made no effort to find product.. grab a catalog look in the system do something vs just saying no.. O'Reilly Auto parts not suppose to have no in their vocabulary...
