They charged me $2.50 PER FOOT for some 3/8 I'd clear tubing that tru value has for .59 cents per foot but tru value didn't have enough for my project sooo got screwed by napa

Not only is this place incredibly more expensive than all the other Auto Parts, their services very rude. They won't help you unless you're a good old boy.

I brought my battery in thinking it needed to be replaced.....They checked it and we're very honest.... Said it just needs a good charge.I'll definitely go back to them again if I need anything.

Napa Florence oregonBought a fan belt there they charged me $76.49 . When I got home and looked it up . Online if you ordered and picked it up at the napa store $57.99 . The same belt a O'Reilly $44.99 , Amazon $35.23 . Last month bought a longer belt same make from napa and paid the napa online price which was much less than the shorter belt I purchased today . Now after going through my past records I noticed a pattern if a certain employee rings up your purchase it will cost you more .

Pushy clerk. Poor service when recommended item went bad. Cost over $300. Go to any other parts store. Run. Dont buy from this NAPA.
