We had a tire go flat, but it was also time to replace. We called and they had 2 types of trailer tires in stock. We got to them and they changed all 4 and had us back on the road in under an hour!!Very knowledgeable and friendly too!!!Woooo Hoooo!!!

After the local tire shop in our town of Waldport failed to fix our tire, we took it to these true professionals. In a half hour all was fixed and we were on our way. The service team was cheerful and helpful. We couldn't ask for more and we will be buying all our tires here from now on. Thank you Les Schwab Florence

Wonderful service. I drove in 8 min to closing with a flat tire that had us all but stranded on a compact spare. They got us in immediately and we were out the door 18min later.

Made an appointment for 10:00 am, was registered by 09:55 and work begun shortly after 10, impressive. Excellent work on rotation and alignment. I am very pleased. Customer experience is top notch.

The only place I would take our vehicle to for brakes and suspension work ( prefer costco for car tires ... limited selection but better pricing, free hazard warranty, and free bal and rotate for life), trailer tires, batteries.... fair prices, terrific employees and policies to offer above average service. Our travel trailer suffered an accident while on a camp trip just outside Florence and they worked hard without change to get us back on the road ... unfortunately it was not repairable. They then worked to source the difficult to find axle and did the repair for a fair price, securely holding our travel trailer for over a month while the part was manufactured and shipped. Reasonably good communication and best in industry quality work. Very highly recommended.

Going thru town and low pressure light came on. Drove in and was helped immediately by the nicest young man. He solved the problem and I was back on the road in five minutes. I can't say enough about what a nice experience it was. I apologize that I didn't get his name. I was driving a black Honda CRV.

Called in the morning for a leaky tire, told to come in same day. They troubleshot the issue to a cracked rim after replacing the valve stem. Put on my spare tire and were very awesome to deal with. No charge either which blew my mind. Fantastic shop and service. 5 star rating all day long. Won t hesitate to go back again next time I need tires or have a tire issue. Thank you!!

Amazing service here in Florence. Had a tire blow out which we fixed at the roadside but came in for a spare replacement and ended up leaving with a whole new set, as the tires that were on my new trialer were inadequate to say the least. They rotated and balanced my 4runner tires. Replaced three camper tires and also packed and provided seals for the axle all in 30 minutes! Brodie had exceptional customer service and the team was cohesive. I will drive with confidence knowing I am towing safely down the road! Amazing and grateful for all they did for me!

Fast and friendly.I stopped at Taco Bell across the street and realized the passenger back tire was flat. Very convenient that Les Schwab was just on the other side.They took me right away and the car was ready within 15 minutes.Drove back to Eugene with no problem and they also gave me a tire rotation.Great service!

I had a screw in my tire on the wall and they replaced the tire no charge. That's the benefits of using les schwab.

Thanks for making a hiccup in our travels easy! We had a tire loosing pressure on our road trip. They got us in and out with a patch in 30 min. Great customer service and pricing too!

Just a bunch of washed up florence kids that didn t have any skills to do anything with their life so they came here and now have some odd sense of entitlement at 40k a yr, and think they re pro mechanics

Horrible customer service and high prices. Their quote for tires and service was 15% to 20% higher than most other shops I visited. The techs were abrupt and rude. I gave them a second chance in case my first experience was just a fluke, but that was wishful thinking.Do yourself a favor and save some money and avoid a headache by going somewhere else.

Driving cross country and needed my brakes checked. Not only did Les Schwab get me in quickly and thoroughly checked my brakes. They also didn't charge me under their brake inspection policy. My experience with these policies is usually bad. Not here, they cleaned the rotors and sanded a bit of rust off to prevent the grinding metal sounds. I even tried to give a gratuity as I was ecstatic my brakes were fine and they graciously refused. Hands down, if I lived in Florence, Les Schwab would get all of my automotive work. Friendly counter staff who were knowledgeable and polite. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

My tires were each down 10#! The Florence Les Schwab serviceman went right to work! He even added onto the tubes...new-to-me missing caps! No charge! Les Schwab focuses on friendliness.Their staff is helpful &RESPECTFUL. I immediately saw my PTM turn off! Relief! I drove home [ yet another 2 hours] with serenity!Thanks Les Schwab! You Rock!

I greatly appreciate this shop, they have helped me so many times, tires, batteries, bicycles & even helped me when I put the cart tire on backwards. Lol they have saved me so much money, time & stress. I'm so thankful for them, they're friendly, knowledgeable & very nice to my kids also.

My girlfriend and I were driving down the coast from Canada when I took a sharp right on some gravel to stop at a viewpoint. This led to some strange, squeaky noises while driving and especially while turning right. We decided to stop at the next city to get the car checked for any problems. Just as we were driving into Florence, the squeaking stopped but we still wanted to get everything checked by a professional. We walked into this tire center feeling unsure of how the rest of our trip would play out. Luckily, we were met with exceptional customer service at this location. They were able to see us right away without an appointment, and we waited no longer than 10 minutes for them to check our car. Since the noise went away and they weren't able to see anything wrong with the car, they let us go without having to pay.Thank you to the staff, especially Dominic, for being so helpful and kind! It sucks to have car trouble in an unfamiliar area, but the Les Schwab Tire Center in Florence made the experience a whole lot better! Thank you!

Pulled into Florence Les Schwab to have tire pressure checked due to warning light. Within three minutes Dominic had all pressures checked and filled. We were back on the road. Thanks, Dominic, for great service.

I cannot praise these people highly enough. They found and repaired 3 leaks in my vehicle's air bag leveling system in less than 30 minutes. The leaks had been caused by another shop's (NOT Les Schwab) incompetent installation. I found them to be helpful, competent, and honest. Refreshing!

These guys are just awesome! The only reason they don't get 5 stars would be the occasional lack of a product I'm looking for.The service is outstanding! They check everything and will let you know when you're getting close to needing something (so I can budget) or when something is dangerous and needs to be replaced. Thanks crew, I don't want to be a dangerous driver!After purchasing tires, pretty much all servicing is free. I like to drop in before any out of town trips to get my tires filled up and a quick check up.You know what? I'm going to give them that last star simply because they are the best in town.
