I bought a Ranger pickup here in 2007. It's 2024 as I write this. Johnston has been servicing my truck all these years and I'm not ready to trade it in yet. Count me as an extremely satisfied Johnston Ford customer. The Johnston family founded the business in 1939 and still run it. Imagine that in this day and age...

In a true blue FORD truck die hard enthusiast, so my review will be biased obviously..... BUT I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE REGULAR FORD EMBLEM SNAP BACKS. My uncle Bruce Allred also a true blue FORD truck man would always get a free hat from every Ford dealership he walked into and I thought I could follow suit but no Ford hats......

These guys are amazing! As RV travellers we have to rely on local business to service our vehicle. We needed a simple tire pressure check and our 29 trailer was attached. They were so welcoming and friendly and had more than enough room to fit us in. They helped us fill our tires to proper pressure and even gave us some tips and places to visit along our travellers. The service manager and mechanic main man Mike were so helpful! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Amazing service manager! Awesome, very timely service appointment! We do not live locally, but if we are ever back in town I would DEFINITELY use Johnston for any service for my F250. Fabulous experience! A++++

Bought my minivan here. I got a great price and Dan was right on the ball. He had everything ready to sign when I was ready to buy it.Large selection of new and used vehicles, great folks working there. I'm very happy with this business.

Was very nice got a good deal on a truck very thoroughly and quickly, we needed this truck, got a good trade in on our old one that was very respectful of all the parts and labor that we had put in to the old truck. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to have a good deal with outstanding customer service and care.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from them. The sales team and everyone involved right down to the service department has been amazing and are very nice people, whether it s business or personal. They re never too busy to hear a concern and address it with top results. I ve enjoyed the professionalism and treatment so much that I went to work for them. It s nice being a part of such an awesome group knowing they treat customers and employees with complete respect and honesty.

I travelled four and a half hours for the professionalism and fair pricing. The employees were helpful and did not pressure me into a sale. They have since been helpful with additional questions I had regarding my vehicle and others. I would highly recommend this dealership. I had an excellent overall experience!

My wife and I found our Dream Vintage Cruiser trailer just by chance at Johnston Ford. Our salesperson Rich was SUPER AWESOME and when we came back a few days later to pick up the trailer, the OWNER came out and laid on the ground to hitch us up.Who does that ???These guys are old school cool.Thank you so much for a great experience all around. Very disappointing experience. They said they would hold a car for us to purchase, we checked with them to make arrangements to come down and purchase the car. They did not hold it like they said they would they sold it out from under us.

Was told my repairs would take 3-4 days. Got a nice rental car from them. Repairs took 2.5 days, look great. Pat is a wonderful man to deal with. Great customer service!

We looked at a used car, the salesman claimed to have bought it from the second owner, who owned the car for several years, and was down sizing, and didn't need the car. The Carfax showed the car had been sold a few times in the last couple of months. Contradicting the salesman history of the car. The Carfax showed the odometer mileage had been rolled back and there were several services for the same issues in a months period of time. The salesman said you couldn't trust the data on the Carfax due to sloppy employees who entered the information. We left without buying the car or looking at anything else they had.

I traveled to Florence in a company vehicle and broke down in the fast lane of Hwy 101 in a complete downpour. After receiving a push from a State Trooper over to Johnston Motors, I went in and spoke to the service department. They sent their crew out in the pouring rain to test my battery and then pushed the vehicle into the shop. After learning we were 50 miles from home, they pushed us to the front of the line. When it looked like they would need it over night, they drove us to our Florence office. 30 minutes later we received a call that the vehicle was fixed and they only charged us a half hour of labor. They were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend their service department.

Very off putting experience. If it s your first time in the market I highly recommend going elsewhere. They are not helpful at all and will make you feel unwelcome.

Best, easiest, most honest dealership I have ever dealt with. They also have an excellent service shop and body shop that will repair most any make of vehicle. Can't say enough good stuff about them!

Horrible service writers, rude staff, would not do a Ford recall on my car due to a branded title without being threatened by another dealership in Eugene and NHTSA who said they would do it but I cannot be declined warranty work by an authorized dealership regardless of title status.Car was rebuilt by another Ford bodyshop in Salem so had no structural damage to even tip the dealership off to the branded title.They let me drop it off and called me the next day to get it as they wouldn't touch it after running the vin number telling me I brought it 40 miles each way from home, for fun, then I had Kendall Ford talk to them.Took it 40 miles the opposite direction today to Tower Ford in Coos Bay to get the other airbag replaced and got treated awesome!

Been in there twice, once for my remote start when i bought the truck. My horn and remote start wouldn't work, my manual says that the remote start will honk the horn once for a dead battery... Twice for dead battery in key fob and so on. Up to for beeps to help trouble shoot. The manager says, in a demeaning manner, it's not like the truck wakes up in the morning and the horn tells the remote start not to work. Thanks i guess. Needless to say thanks Kendall Ford of Eugene for fixing it.Second time i started to get the timing chain rattle in my f150 eb. went in to inquire and told me they don't do timing chains, no one in the place qualified to do so. Uhhhh thanks for your honesty i guess.Now i have another issue and will try again, because running to Eugene isn't very convenient and I like support local.

NO pressure! As a matter of fact if you are in a hurry you might have to go get them, big points with me. Friendly and down home. They gave me the best deal upfront, no haggling, chaos or confusion.
