This company was assigned to me through roadside assistance. Received a message saying they would arrive in 30 minutes, called the number provided to confirm all the details was advised everything was good to go and informed was still a 30 minute eta. Four hours later they still hadn't shown up. Tried to call and text and no response, no answer, asked a friend to call for me as I was in a bad reception area, they never answered their phone. Called my roadside assistance company back to ask for an eta update only to be told Green Acres had already called them to say the tow was completed and to request payment for services rendered.I was stuck overnight on the highway as I wasn't willing to risk leaving my 27 foot travel trailer unattended and by the time my roadside assistance company became aware that I hadn't been towed they were closing up for the night and unable to set up a new tow service until the following morning.Avoid this company as they will try to take payment for services never rendered and potentially leave you stranded thinking you have assistance coming.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! This place will take your money and not give you any service. Do NOT call them!

Was suppose to pick up a vehicle last night and never showed. Vehicle was still out there this morning. Just tried calling and it rang and rang, then got message mailbox is full and can not accept messages. Got someone else to tow the vehicle.
