This weekend I ventured out to Florence, I realized my tire pressure was low on just one tire. Everything was closed because it was a Sunday, but I noticed the AutoZone was open. Thank goodness!Kyle P. was the person who helped me. He was able to fill my flat, added more pressure, and got us back on the road. I am thankful for Kyle's patience and kindness that day. He went above and beyond for us!

Very Knowledgeable staff . Can count on them to find the right parts the first time. They have helped to get my vehicle's back to nearly new. The store is close to home and is always well stocked. Dependable, and high quality, made in N.America manufacturing.Service Station style help.....nice people.

Just left the store after being helped by the manager Kevin .He spent approx. 1/2 hour helping me resolve a turn signal and brake light issue on my Gmc 2500 pickup , they even had a new tail light circuit board in stock and at a fair price .This is the second time in a month that someone in this store has helped me resolve a problem with my truck .I think that the store is fortunate to have someone like Keven working for them . Keep him he is knowledgeable and really will try to help you , thank you AutoZone

My birthday party for my son and his friends almost took a left turn when our serpentine broke. Kyle said come on in and I'll throw it on for you which he did and Joe gave me a bunch of advice. I'm getting my black plastic looking good again. Anytime I'm in Florence and I need anything I'll come back to you guys hundred percent.

High quality of customer service ! I was in unknown territory when my car had issues.They tested my vehicle system for free : Starter and battery ok it was my alternator that failed.They recommended I take the new alternator to Tony's Garage.The entire staff @ Auto Zone were genuine about my needs and provided me with parts and repairs.One employee even assisted me ( a granny @ 65 ) in using the Google Pay so I could use my virtual credit card.I highly recommend this Auto Zone in Florence, Oregon !

I would like to say that there's a gentleman that works at the store his name is Ken and he absolutely went above and beyond out of his way to help me and my two children so we could get back to Eugene. This man needs a raise! Because of Ken I will always go to AutoZone for my auto needs.

I bought windshield wipers at their Eugene store & they kept coming loose on my drive to Florence. Even though I didn't have my receipt the helpful gentlemen at the Florence store on Sunday took the time to fix them for us so we could safely continue our drive to Gold Beach. Great customer service, thank you! Highly recommended.

If you re buying AutoZone your life s already down and I feel bad because they re lifetime warranty is evidently only good for one exchange and since everybody knows AutoZone parts last about six months it means it s a six month warranty. I went to replace my starter for the second time in a year and a half and they said warranty expires when it s been exchanged once. Could just be Florence Oregon autozone.

I went into Autozone yesterday, ( 4/11/21. 11am ish ) because my 2018 Subaru decided to die without warning 7 hours from home. The two guys working there were absolutely awesome.( I believe one was named Joe and I didn't catch the other gentleman's name. ) They tested my battery for me, explained the answers to ALL my questions, helped me pick out the right battery and installed it. Even though I think the mask mandatory is ridiculous, they wore theirs the whole time ( so if that your thing, they have literally got you covered. ) I was stressed out and they made me feel a ton better and got us back on the road. Phenomenal customer service, Thank you guys!!

I bought a catalytic converter for my car and they said it would be there in a week. A week and a half later, don t hear from them. We call them and someone there said that the fires were slowing things down, which we found out was a lie because we talked with Fed Ex. So we wait a few more days and still nothing. We go into the store and ask about our catalytic converter. After at least an hour they find out the order was canceled and that the shipping company canceled the order and did not charge them for it, but they were quick to charge me $461.99. So they say they will give us a refund. At least a week later there is no credit on my card. I call them up and they tell me to call my bank because it shows they credited my card. I call my bank and the bank says they see the charge, but don t see any credit. So I call Auto Zone again and they say they have to have their manger take care of it. So I wait all day for a call and nothing. I call them again and they said their manager didn t even come in today! Didn t even bother to call me to tell me this. It should not take this much time and effort for me to get my money back! This is terrible customer service. We have had good luck with them in the past so we wanted to support them and buy from them. Never again! The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

I drove to Florence with my dog to see sunset and have a run from Creswell 1.5 hr away about. My car started getting hot and I suspected a thermostat. It was getting dark. The guys At Florence Auto were all very nice, loaned me some tools. When I couldn t get job done before dark. Offered to let me leave it parked there for night. I got a room and went back in AM Kevin loaned me all the tools needed. Handled all my questions and didn t laugh at me when I fumbled with repair, then found the actual problem.He helped. Thank you all. I made it home safe

I walk in looking to buy a few cv joints with my buddy. One thing I really got annoyed by was every time my buddy trying to explain something about the parts both guys look each other in the eyes and laugh about like well loved couple.. they did that at least 3 plus times... really annoying

this morning, 3 gentlemen at autozone were so kind to help us with our prius. it was 10 AM and our car died in the parking lot, they ran a diagnosis and multiple things came up. they took the time to call mechanics, try to figure out a solution and even ran to the store to get our car gas! so very kind, and we re able to help us get our car running again (:

We like auto zone my engine light came on the guys at AutoZone hooked up the meter an told me I can make it safely back home and they did price checks an found us parts thank you auto zone in Florence
