I would highly recommend Blue Lake Auto.My RV broke down on Thanksgiving day. It took me a couple days to find anyone that could or would work on my motorhome. I finally called Blue Lake Auto and John jumped right on it. He got all my information and ordered my part right away. He was very friendly and professional. He called me when he said he would.The tech Ron was also very professional and diligent on fixing.Thank goodness for Blue Lake Auto. I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them. They will get you back on the road, no problem!

We had a problem with refrigerator not maintaining temperature. A service technician came the same day diagnosed problem. Worked with our insurance got our approval and ordered parts needed next day they were there doing the work. Technicians were courteous kept things clean and careful not to damage anything. I would highly recommend this company for any of your RV repairs if you re in the area.

Very helpful, Debbie 1.0 and her team are extremely knowledgeable!! They fixed our hot water heater and got us back on the road quickly and reasonably priced. Good on parts too.

Eddie is amazing. I have been going to Eddie for the past three years and have brought many people to see him! He always gets the job done and goes above and beyond any expectations I have. This is not a normal car dealership where they try and sell you on any car in the lot. If you need a new car or want a new car I recommend this place 10 times over.

These guys are amazing and they know their RVs!I have a 2020 keystone Montana high country 334 BH in the slide out cable system failed horribly.As you can imagine, this caused me a lot of stress, and so I began calling every RV place I could, including the place that I bought the RV from. Most places have little to no customer service and all of them. Mockingly told me that it would not be fixed for another two months at this time of the year.Just before I decided to give up getting it fixed this year, I decided to give Blue Lake auto and RV a call they had me in within three days for an appointment.They were absolutely amazing! They called my warranty company and got them to cooperate with covering the repair.They also fix some other things that I had going on that I mentioned in passing.Now, my slide out works better than ever! They also lubricated the other ones as well.Thank you guys, so much! I know where I ll be going next time I have an issue.

Discovered some sort of electrical issue in our motor home. Had little luck getting a response from RV repair people. Then found Blue Lake RV Repair. Quick response back from Brad. He communicated with Spyder Controls in Canada, lead the trouble shooting and stuck with it. He identified a lone wire connection that corroded, shutting everything down. Brad went above and beyond to get us back up and running. Highly recommend Blue Lake RV Repair. Brad is so knowledgeable, honest, fair and a pleasure to work with. Fixed a problem I had for three years in an hour! I am a full time RVer and when I bought my RV my kitchen slide leaked. The water would pool underneath the slide and it left a really nice wet spot right where you stand to cook. I also had a few other leaks that I could never figure out how to fix, even having THREE other maintenance companies look at it. Not only did they fix it in an hour, but it was fairly affordable. As a woman whose husband works a lot during the day, I was worried about inviting anyone into my RV due to prior experiences with unsavory drive to you repair men (I won t name drop, but if you live in this area you probably know the guy I m talking about). The staff for Blue Lake are courteous, friendly, and not creepy in the slightest. I ve used this company on three separate occasions and each time, the service was quality, the technician friendly, and the repairs long lasting. They show up at the time they say they will (not typical of most RV repair places), everyone who works here is friendly, and the peace of mind priceless!

I was traveling through Portland and needed to have my Dometic refrigerator fixed. These guys agreed to squeeze me in between appointments! A very knowledgeable technician took care of the problem in 30 min and only charged me for 1/2 hour of labor. Now I m back on the road with cold food. Thanks!!

We've been taking our RVs to Blue Lake for several years, and will continue to do so! Our motorhome's generator has an intermittent problem, and Blue Lake kept it for over a week trying to catch it failing. They were not successful - and would not allow us to pay them for any of their time! And the work they have done for us in the past has been great as well.

We were traveling through and in a pinch, needing someone to take a look at our alignment. Brad made time for us, and was super helpful to make sure we were back on the road safely in no time. Cannot recommend them enough! They are fair and honest people. Thank you again!!

They were late but they were very nice and apologetic. They fixed up my AC unit and got rid of the wasps that set up home in the unit.

I got a flat going down the freeway and limped my truck to the nearest gas station where I realized my truck didn t have any jack or way to get the spare off from under the truck bed. I seen Brads shop door open (he was closed, but still in the shop) when I asked him if I could use his jack. He had me pull my truck around and he completely helped me out and got me back on the road in no time. This guy saved me hundreds of dollars but wouldn t take my money. Very sincere man with a great attitude who helped me out when he was off work. I m truly grateful for Brads help and I d recommend him every time.Service: Tires

I recently purchased a 2004 Dodge Ram from Eddie. Eddie was easy to work with when it came to signing. I had a couple hiccups with my credit union but he was patient and waited for me until I had everything cleared. Very communicative and was doing everything possible until I left as a satisfied customer. Also, the repair shop was very professional and friendly when I arrived. This review is long overdue. Brad and Deb saved my husband and I, not once, but twice in a matter of two months. Once when our car broke down and once when our RV wouldn t start. Both times the got us in and fixed the problem relatively quickly. Both Brad and Deb are friendly and professional, and Brad put up with my constant stream of questions. I would give them more stars if I could.

5 out of 5 stars for Blue Lake Auto & RV Repair! We broke down on the second leg of our trip and limped into their lot unannounced on the Thursday afternoon before Easter weekend. They greeted us like old friends and treated us like family, going above and beyond to accommodate us and get us back on the road safe and sound. We still can t believe they found all of the parts we needed and coordinated a complete transmission rebuild in less than 4 business days! Even though we live in Port Townsend, WA, we plan on taking our rig down to them for any future repairs. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and definitely the coolest crew of folks we have met on the road. Hats off to Brad, Debbie, Jason, Chuck and the rest of the team at Blue Lake Auto & RV Repair!

In a nutshell: personable, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, professional and affordable.Was told by a large RV dealer my generator was too old, parts not available and not repairable.Went on-line, made two phone calls, had part in 5 days. Went to Blue Lake RV repair, Brad said he didn t think it was the part I brought him but he would put it in. Called me said it wasn t the part, took it back out and put it in original box for me. Tested the generator, ordered and put in another part and it was fixed!! He knew I had a strict timeline and even though he got the part a day late, he got the job done a day early.Charges were very reasonable, especially if you consider I didn t have to buy a new generator. Will definitely be using again as the need arises. Highly recommend!

The other morning, my truck wouldn't start. Blue Lake Auto & RV Repair was recommended. They attended the RV park where I was staying in a very timely manner, and knew within minutes what the problem was. I agreed to the repair and they drove my truck back to their shop. They returned it in a reasonable time, repaired as promised.I also had some RV issues. The parts were available and reasonably priced.The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.I highly recommend Blue Lake Auto & RV Repair!

Our son's car broke down on the way back to school and got towed to this shop. They had the car diagnosed and fixed within a day with very reasonable charges. They listened to us and were respectful of our desires to fix only what was necessary, but checked the vehicle to make sure there were no underlying issues. Car is running great. Highly recommended!

I have used Blue Lake to repair some plumbing issues, fix my furnace, and help me install lights and other accessories in my RV. It is very convenient to have them come to your site. They are professional and willing to explain what is being done. When I have needed parts or questions answered for DIY projects, the employees go above and beyond to help me find what I need. They remember me when I call and are always friendly. Recently, I needed help moving my RV with very little notice and Brad went above and beyond to help me move my rig and get it set up. I will always use Blue Lake Rv for my rv and auto repair needs!

Bought a used RV from an estate sale back in August and it has been a bumpy road. These guys have become my go-to for EVERYTHING rv-related. I've used the shop in person for RV supplies and used the mobile repair service more times than I can even count anymore. These people know their business and are actually nice people too, not just out to make a buck off you. The owner Brad is a really nice dude and Debbie at the desk has helped me a bunch of times to find the right products. Can't say enough great things about the mobile repair guy Dave. He does a great job and will try to save you money whenever possible. Most times they fix you up same day you call, and one notable evening Debbie sent Dave over to help within 15 minutes so I didn't have to limp along without power. I'll be using Blue Lake as long as I'm in the area and highly recommend them to people whenever I get the chance. Edited after months of experience with these folks just to say I still think they are awesome

We are traveling from Nebraska. We stopped at "The Falls" and upon returning to our RV it wouldn't start. Brad not only fixed the problem over the phone but he did it clearly and quickly. He saved our 6 year olds birthday. We would definitely recommend! Grateful for the help!

Took my older class A motorhome to Brad's shop and he fixed the items I requested completely and under budget. There was a secondary issue that occurred after I picked it up, which Brad quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend this place, they are responsive and thorough.

Our RV broke down 50 feet from Blue Lake on a Sunday. Progressive hadn t gotten us a tow by the next morning, so wandered over. They came over, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within a few hours. Strongly recommend.

Had an immediate problem with my trailer and they were able to fix it right away. Very courteous and helpful. Will definitely take my trailer there for any future work I need done on it.

I have stopped here a couple times for consultation and advice, parts and accessories.The owner, Brad, was very personable and forthcoming with helpful advice and positive energy!They have a clean, newer facility with LOADS of replacement parts and traveling tools, faucet fixtures, cabinets??? I didn't get to look at everything, but they have a lot of merchandise neatly arranged in such a modestly sized facility.Labor rate was quoted at $100 hr on big rigs, (a bit less on regular automotive), and he said they also perform mobile calls at your campsite for $75, and perform a full range of services on all systems.It was plain to see that many people are coming to Blue Lake RV looking for help, and the employees here do not make the customer feel like a burden! Yes, I would recommend this business to a friend.

Brad and his team have been very wonderful to me. They have went above and beyond to make buying and services from them an Awesome Experience. I will continue to do business at Bluelake Auto and RV.
