I've had my truck tires changed at Wyatt's Tire Co. several times. However, today I just asked them to check my air pressure, which they do for free. The technician was friendly and curious. He pointed out some uneven wear to keep my eye on. Always happy with the service.

Josh helped us find the perfect tires for our van. Wyatt s has been helping us for years but for our van we had a special request. We wanted all-terrain tires that looked good and supported the weight of our travel van. He advised us to wait until he could find something safe as well as the look we liked. He called as soon as he saw a van a day after work that had everything we needed. He did the research for us to make sure they were the safest we could buy. After he installed our tires he went through all the things we should have in the van for long travels. A better Jack because of the weight and the proper tools. He even told us the place to go that would be the most budget Friendly. Oh did I mention Wyatt s prices are the best we found ! We couldn t have wanted better service.

Nothing short of amazing here! In a sea of folks trying to take your money there lies Josh and his great crew whom are dedicated to service, honesty and integrity at a fair price. Highly recommend Wyatt s for tires. Customer for life.

Needed to get a valve stem extension kit installed on the inside 2 tires of our motor home. Called around to several local RV dealerships and one of the more well-know local tire company chains and was told either they couldn't do it or that a kit didn't exist for that application. Finally, a dealership recommended Wyatt's. I called them and they knew exactly what I wanted and had a kit lined up in no time. Scheduled the installation and it was done quickly and professionally. I was impressed with the results and the price was reasonable. The staff at Wyatt's is friendly and seem very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Wyatt's to anyone for their tire needs.

Heading out of town and noticed we had low air pressure/flat starting. Called around and got Josh at Wyatts. We fixed it in 20 minutes !! Great customer service. Off now to the wedding!The dog got a nice walk as well while we waited

Arlan and Josh are awesome! I own a business here in town that operates with commercial vehicles. We got a piece of metal in our tire, and they both took my vehicle in 30 minutes before opening so that we could be on the road for our first appointment. Friendly and professional! Would recommend Wyatt's Tire to anyone!

I had a terrific experience with Wyatt s, a local company with almost 100 years of history. We needed winter tires for Volvo XC60, and Arlen helped find a set at a very fair competitive price. Installation was fast and smooth, including reset of the TPMS. Thanks to Arlen, Josh, and Julie!

Absolutely brilliant. First time I went in they got me a good deal on a new pair of tires. Second time I went in i had a leak in a tire. I came in asap, which was 30 minutes before they were set to close. They patched me up in 20 and sent me on my way, free of charge! They ve definitely made a life-long customer out of me.

I was heading on a long road trip and popped my tire in the first 10 mins. I called places around and these guys could take me in right away. Everyone was really nice and helpful, but Josh went above and beyond to help me. He talked to me about all of my options and helped me save a good chunk of cash. I was in and out pretty fast too. I will definitely be coming back here if I have anymore tire problems!

Wyatt's Tire Company was such an Amazing company from the ladies in the office to all of the service people. They took such great care of my Corvette and Arlin was a life saver. Thank you so much and I highly recommend them.

I experienced a flat tire on a long distance route between California and Washington. Wyatt's Tire was the only tire shop in Eugene that was responsive to my need for immediate service. They got a new tire on quickly and I was back on my way. Great service and reasonable price!

Wow! Gotta 5 Star these guys! Randy the manager was great at getting me what I needed for a tire upgrade and took my less than 100 miles used tires in for a fair credit towards the new tires. Josh in the service department was top notch as well . He worked with the other tech who was also totally on the ball, ( sorry didn't get name) to get me set up in a timely manner and explained all the specs and capabilities of the tires I was getting. Then when it was all done, he goes oh, there's a rebate on those and got me set up with that thus making an excellent deal and experience even better! Thanks guys I will be back and will be spreading the word. Competent friendly fair customer service is rare these days and I for one am very appreciative!

Went here to get 4 new tires. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Another mechanic pointed out the possibility of an issue and the folks at Wyatts said things looked fine. When I was there I saw lots of commercial vehicles vans for painters, cleaners and other contractors, and what looked like a municipal agency vehicle! Seeing they were getting work done here was a big confidence boost.

Les Schwab is great, but Wyatt's is greater. Fixed my doughnut tire when others won't touch them ... and they did it fast and with graciousness. Kudos to Josh and the team.

Called ahead this last Monday to bring in a set of studded snow tires I've had for sale for over a month. Brought them in and was offered $200. I felt like that was a bit low and wanted to continue shopping around for a better price, to which the manager said was fine. After having another potential private sale fall through, I decided that enough was enough and that I would just settle for this price. Went back in today and another manager only offered me $120. After telling them that I was just offered $200 by the office manager. They took one of my tires inside and talked to the manager I spoke with previously. After a few minutes they come back outside and tell me they want to pass. Mind you, the manager from Monday said that it was fine if I go shop and around and try to get a better price. It seemed like he was willing to hold that offer if my other options fell through. Obviously not. I would not be writing this review if my family's holidays weren't at stake but these guys had absolutely zero compassion for my situation or the previous expectation they had set. I find this to be a fairly shady business practice and I hope that this may help someone else make a decision about which local tire company they give their business to.

I'm torn with this experience. I bought tires off the internet, and Wyatt's was listed as a nearby installer. I had the tires sent there and they arrived on time. They informed me the cost to install 4 tires would be $318! Per tire cost breakdown: $25 to dismount old tire, $25 to mount new tire, $25 to balance the tire, and $18 for TPMS and any incidentals. That's a total of $93 per tire! Expensive as hell! So I passed on the install and just picked up my tires. The staff person was friendly, courteous, professional-a nice guy. I was treated very well, which is the part I was surprised at. If their service costs were reasonable, I would have no problem recommending them. As is, shop elsewhere!

I live really close by, and after shopping all day at other shops I thought, why not I'll swing by and see what they have to offer. I was on a budget, and they instantly gave me an option that was a better deal with a very decent set of tires. Let me also state I was in an out within half an hour. They were not busy so that was in my favor, but took away the stress of making an appointment or having to go somewhere else. Super cool people, and extremely friendly.

Got new boots on the MoHo . These guys are great.. I was two days early.. no problem, had me outa there in 3 hrs eight new tires and even repaired the spare tire on my Toad . This place is top shelf

The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent, a great experience. I came in with a flat repair, but while servicing the tire the technician noticed that the nail didn't puncture the tire. He checked it for leaks then remounted the tire and didn't charge me anything. I was shocked and grateful with the generosity that they showed to me. They definitely care about their customers and aren't looking to rip you off. I would highly recommend going here for all your tire needs.

These are great guys. I got my all-weather tires here for my light truck, and they've been perfect - also a good value. Today Wyatt's fixed a tire with a nail in it quickly, and for free. There is a reason Wyatt's has such loyal customers. Thanks, Wyatt's!

We were traveling and got a flat tire at 4pm on a Friday. The old tire was destroyed and could not be fixed. The flat tire put us behind, we had 2 hours to get to our destination over 100 miles away. I didn't get their names but the 3 guys working went above and beyond to find us tires and had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. We made it with time to spare. Definitely impressed!

I will never go anywhere else for tires in the Eugene area. They carry Michelins, which are the best. More importantly, their service is top notch. Go see Josh at Wyatt's. You will not regret it.

I was headed from Oregon to California recently... then the tire pressure light came on within the first hour of driving- a nail in my already worn tire. We called around to a few places to see if we could get in asap to avoid delaying an already long drive and Arlen from Wyatt's Tire Co answered. As soon as I drove up, Arlen came right out and got me in. He was very helpful, professional and fast! He replaced my tires (they needed it anyway and even helped with a rebate) and got me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend these guys - Arlen is the best!
