I would highly recommend trifer to anyone looking for window tinting. Their customer service is the best I ve ever experienced in any business. There was a small mishap when removing the rearview mirror that ended up needing a complete windshield replacement and they had a new one on the way before I could even think twice. They quickly replaced it and left my truck looking brand new! I will be returning and I highly recommend this business for their quality, customer service, and speed. Thank you guys!

I would actually give this company a 10 if I could!! I dropped car off yesterday at 12:30 and picked it up at about 4:00 I'm so proud how great my car looks with the tinted windows. The young lady at the front desk was really nice!! They did a fantastic job on.mt windows and the price was really good!! Thank you for doing such a fantastic job on my windows!! I would recommend this place to anyone!! Look how cool my Krypton green car looks with tinted windows!! Also I was told not to roll the windows down for 2 days so the tinting could dry and that within 30 days bubbles may show up and if they do, don't pop them

Excellent work, this is our second vehicle tint here and they never disappoint! The technicians are very friendly and quick, it took maybe 1.5 hours a opposed to the 3 hours quoted on the website. Price is very fair for the workmanship and as a bonus the couch in the office is extremely comfortable if you don't have a ride.Highly recommended for the work, attitude and price!Also: they will go past the legal tint limit, but it's up to you to deal with any legal repercussions if you don't have a medical excuse for it. That said, the legal limit in Oregon is quite transparent, so be aware of that heading in. They have samples, but nothing compares to actual photos.

WARNINGdon't go in there they used to do a good job in customer service. Today one of the owners said to me they don't need customer's . They don't need the community. The must disgusting comments a business owner can say .

Took my 2023 GR86 to Trifer to get tinted. They did an amazing job. Was in and out within 1hr 45. I did a lot of shopping around before deciding to come here and they were the most affordable and great priced tinting place around Eugene and Springfield. I 100% recommend.

2011 jetta came back with a broken rear passenger window switch. Button was shoved inside the trim panel. I took it apart to find the pieces. Nothing. THEY TOOK THEM. Plus at least two of the mount points on the trim panel are broken off. It's also missing the trim screw for the passenger from door. And that trim panel wasn't attached properly.Bubbles in the tint. Not quality. Looks good from 20 feet. I'm not letting them touch my car again. I've always used Darkside, but tried trifer due to price about $80. I learned my lesson.Edit: It has now been two months and the more I look the more unhappy I am. Bubbles everywhere. (Adding pictures) And Trifer has made zero attempt to reach out to me. Tinted my two front windows on a new truck, I think this was the fastest tint job I have had, and they did perfect. Nice couch in the lobby to wait. Online scheduling was easy.

Trifer's does a great job and they are fast. They removed and replaced the lifetime tint on my rear window under warranty and installed tinting on my new truck on the same day. Between the 2 vehicles it took about 45 minutes.

They purposefully installed different tint than I asked for when I confronted them about putting the wrong tint on they said they knew they did and they also broke multiple trim pieces on my passenger side door and clips on the door panel itself very unprofessional and don t show care for the customer or their stuffService: Sun control window tintingService: Sun control window tinting

Showed up to my appointment and hour early, the crew was able to get my truck in early, work done in under 40 minutes. Friendly, professional and great service! They are great. I was only in town for a couple days and they got me right in and did a wonderful job. I am light sensitive and the sun makes it hard to drive, i live in Brookings 4 1/2 hrs away. This is the first time i have been able to see comfortably. I wish i would have got it done along time ago. I want to thank these guys for their service.Good job!

They tried to overcharge me $45 because my VW Beetle apparently isn't a standard 2-door car?? The tint is very nice, they did good work, but when I got home I noticed they didn't put my door panels back on correctly and left black smudges on my cream leather seats and door panels. Just wish they would have treated my car a bit better.Trifer called me the day after writing the review and went above and beyond my expectations to make my experience great! I'm very impressed with how seriously they take customer service

I drive an electric car so I went here to get my windows tinted. This should keep my car a lot cooler and using the air conditioner less will save me volts and get me more mileage :) They did a great job. And I was surprised they offer a lifetime warranty.

Tint on the 4 windows looks great. However, there is some bubbling on the rear windshield. Went and talked to them today and was pushed back 14 days because of scheduling i guess...Good customer service and quality tint! Besides the lil errors mentioned above my experience with this shop has been great. I ll be sure to update once the job is complete!Service: Privacy window films

I made a appointment with them about a month ago...unfortunately I had to cancel on them. I was told that I would have to pay a fee since they had to order and ship my windshield. I mentioned that I would be calling soon to reschedule and had no issue paying my fee on top of installation.Long story short, I made an appointment recently and they waived the fee for me. My windshield looks great and they finished the job quicker than anticipated which was a lovely surprise.Great people & service.You won't be dissapointed.

I brought my car into Trifer to get my windows tinted. In less than a month a bubble on my driver's window popped. I call to have them repair it with in their 30 day warranty period. The guy looks at it makes up an excuse that my seat belt must have damaged it. Which is impossible because with the door shut my steering wheel would be in the way and with the door open even he couldn't pull my seat belt out far enough to reach the spot. In the end he wanted to charge me for their poor quality and terrible workmanship. I would not trust them with another vehicle ever. 0/10 recommendation. I would spend more somewhere else just for the better quality and workmanship. I wish I saved my money instead of wasting it on their scamming business.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I was really hoping after going back multiple times for bubbles that they would fix it. And every window but one, still have many bubbles. I was able to get into a different place on a cancellation and called to get refunded and was told they d have to remove the tint and they re two weeks out. Even after all Of the times I went back and sat there for hours I was surprised that was the response. By the owner. They make the rules. So I know they could of made it right. People who say they re tint is amazing. I encourage you to go really look. I ve bet you ve got bubbles. I guess the saying you get what you pay for is correct. Cheaper than the other big name in town. Ultimately my car looks good, but I did have to go back and have them redo a couple of windows that had bubbles. The owner told me that I wouldn't need an appointment for getting my windows redone (even though I called two weeks in advance to make said appointment). When I got there it turned out that I did need an appointment. It was an admittedly minor inconvenience, however a completely unnecessary one.When I have another car to tint, I'll probably pay a little extra and go to a more professional shop so I can just go there once instead of three times.Trifer isn't a bad choice, just not my choice.

Trifer tint did an EXCELLENT job on my '09 Tacoma. I had the two front windows tinted to match the rear, and they did a perfect match. They were very friendly and helpful and got me scheduled right away. I also had multiple questions about other things to have done to my truck, and they were very helpful. I definitely will use them again and highly recommend them!

Great staff and low prices! My situation was a little different since I originally asked for a 20% tint but I changed my mind last minute. The employee that was working on my car had already started cutting the tint. I was prepared to pay an additional fee for the tint that was wasted but they did not charge me for it. 5 stars from me for being quick, having great quality of work, and for being flexible and understanding of my indecisiveness.

So after calling around the various window tinting locations on Eugene, I settled on Trifer. Not only could they get me in the same day, but they were the most reasonably priced as well. I had a great experience at their location. When I went in, I explained that I just wanted to two front windows of my 2011 Dodge Ram tinted. They explained the differences between tints and tinted them to the "maximum" legal limit. My truck looks great and the tint job is awesome! Anytime one of my buddies asks where I got my windows tinted, I point them in the direction of Trifer. Next time I need some tinting done, I know where I'm heading.

Trifer was amazing. I had an appointment for 11:00 a.m but ended up getting there 15 minutes late. They were super busy but totally worked with me even though I was late to my appointment. They had my vehicle out of there in 2 hours and did fantastic work. I have had my windows tinted in other states and I have always felt like the customer service was sub-par. These guys understand how to treat customers as well as tint windows. I will be back for my next vehicle.

You guys are awesome! Down to the minute you said it would be ready and it was. Great job and great service! I would recommend you to anyone wanting tinting. You carefully explained the law and what was legal for my vehicle. I have received numerous compliments on how professional my vehicle looks. I always tell them where I got such great service!

I took my Honda in here today to get tinted. The staff was very friendly and the work was fantastic. I have had my vehicles tinted here before, but they have really taken it up a notch. The facility was very comfortable and clean and the atmosphere was all around great. I would highly recommend these guys if your looking at getting your vehicle tinted.
