Had a great experience with Allenwhile my new Kenwood unit wasbeing installed. He personally give me a lift to my work and came back for me when it was done. Super personal service. 5 stars for products and my buying experience. Highly recommended.Thank you The Stereo Store!********************Back 3 days later for a cell phonemount and another member of their great team spent 25 mins. with me and made multiple trips out to my car to make everything just right. I purchased a new pioneer head unit for my 2007 GMC sierra and the back up camera was glitching after a couple of months when It got cold outside. I took it back in there and they fix it. No questions asked and did it in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend their professionalism and attention to detail.

I breezed in on a Saturday in a rush looking to upgrade the stock system in my new to me truck and add some bass to it.David quickly showed me some great options with no pressure to buy and had a wealth of knowledge.After deciding to go for it a few days later they quickly got me in, only problem was the subwoofer I wanted was gonna take awhile to ship so they lent me one of theirs so I d have a complete system. I thought that was pretty cool and going above and beyond to make me happy.This morning I came in to drop off my truck at 9am after getting the call yesterday that my sub came in. They were going to squeeze me in their already busy day and I was going to be without my truck till noon at least.David saw me texting for a ride and told me to hang on a sec, saying I don t want you to have to come back to pick it up.He jumped in my truck and swapped out the borrowed for the new in minutes because he knows what he s doing, we then listened to it he made some tweaks and I was free to go about my day bumping around town with a big smile. The system sounds perfect, exactly what I wanted it to sound like.These days it s hard to find great customer service and people who know what their doing and take pride in their work.The guys at the stereo store are all about great customer service and doing business with them is a pleasure.David you Rock my Man!!! Thank you

I can t remember a time where Allen or the rest of the team down there hasn t taken care of me. Super friendly, knowledgeable, excellent service. Honestly if I ever need anything car audio related the stereo store is my go to place.

Go see my Buddy Allen Frieze and his guys at the Stereo Store in Eugene. They are super friendly and they know their stuff and will get the job done right the first time. If you are looking for something small or big they can do it all. I would recommend them for any job you are looking for.

What wonderful customer service. I came in with a lower end radio not working that was a few months out of warranty. The guys assessed the equipment, determined it was faulty, and swapped it out at no cost the next day. On top of that, they apologized for the inconvenience. The customer service is impeccable. The guys at the Stereo Store really do care about their customers first and stand behind every product that they sell even if they are in the economy price of the cost spectrum. Thanks guys.

Are we really going to say the bolt wasn t touching the amplifier . Regardless of if the amp was damaged it s bad practice.The sound deadener melted into the crossover. I removed all of it but the crossover was other news I cannot stress this enough Allen. You need to actually apply the CLD. A generous estimate would be 45% of the cld y all put down was actually touching metal. Maybe it s time to invest in some rollers. But really someone just needed to cut around the window motors and humps. I could press anywhere in the middle and all there was behind it was air. If you don t apply it how do you expect it to work. The panel is far from flat but the cld was just stretched evenly from the highest points.The tweeters . They re not even lined up evenly in the hole. I can feel where the grille slopes inward with my finger on the bottom. But at the same time it s flush on the top.Mauko didn t say the same thing to me about your guys install. I asked him to take a listen and within 30 seconds he said these sound like stock speakers and yeah I d take these back Told you about a hissing sound 2 or 3 times and got a different answer every time. That s sure a loud noise floor for such a nice amp. Super disappointed in the quality of work that came out of here on a big install. Everywhere I look I see steps missing and more problems. No speaker tape? Barely any Tessa tape? I fixed the most annoying rattles by taping up the wires. You cut all these corners then expect me to not be able to hear it?Here s this, Allen is super nice and has great customer service, David is knowledgeable and truly a good person. I think the stereo store is still one of the better shops in the Eugene/Springfield area. It takes two to tango and part of this is on me. A bad review isn t all that. It shows the reviews are organic. Hopefully I don t take this one down lol.

I can confidently say this is the best stereo store in town I ve been a long time customer an every job the guys have done for me have been great I can tell them what I want and they get it done perfectly and they do other stuff besides stereos to which is also good the customer service is amazing they go above and beyond to help you I feel like I have another family with them and they never disappoint and I refer everyone to them and I will forever be a customer as long as I can hear Plus the store always smells amazing. I would highlyrecommend them to anyone. I look forward to working with them again soon.

My experience was fantastic and the prices were solid i found as i was looking up specs of a 12 inch sub woofer+box they were 10$ cheaper then online so very competitive pricing anyways the guy was super nice with me and were very frank with what i needed to update my current setup i felt very welcomed and the gentleman that helped me kept me very informed and didnt try to toss me at the "most expensive setup" if anything he took my aproach (ive worked retail for some time) and handed out information and led me to a solid path for my money!I blank on his name but i will be a return customer and will send others your guys way

I asked these guys for a subwoofer and new head unit in my new-to-me, 2012 Subaru Forester. Couldn t be happier. I didn t need anything too powerful and the 8 inch subwoofer works perfectly. Quick install, friendly shop, Highly recommend!!

Very efficient manager and workers at this company. I have took several of my vehicles there one of them to get an automatic start the other one to get my Soundsystem put in my 86 cutlass immaculate work always done well also any questions you have, ask & they will answer with the best options for the type of money you are trying to spend they have everything you need Add more to figure liking all your budget ask for Alan

I needed to upgrade my stereo in my 2019 Toyota Tundra. Allen and team helped me choose a Kenwood with Apple car play. It was installed within a couple days. Now my stereo sounds better and talking on my phone is easier as well. Great local business with quality products in stock.

They take their time and make sure everything is perfect for you when you pick your car up. If you need anything done to your car , speakers, systems, dash cams, automatic starts, I would recommend you take your car here. I also recommend asking for Allen.

Great locally owned shop thats been around since I had lowrider trucks in the 90's, extremely knowledgeable and do great work. In the last few years I've bought a few sets of subs as well as head units and amps for different vehicles from Allen at the Eugene store and have zero complaints.

My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service and quality of the install and system that Alan and his team did for us in our boat.We have been unhappy with our current system purchased through a competitor. INCOMPETENT I have been a customer of the stereo store for ten years without issue until now. I understand mistakes happen, however, when I came in and asked them to fix the mistake, not only did they refuse to fix the issue, which was a simple and quick fix, but the technician I explained the problem to was EXTREMELY condescending and the owner seemed absolutely clueless. Oh, and they also, installed hardware that I did not need without asking me and put a dent in the side of my brand new vehicle ..I gave two stars because they technically did as I asked which was to install an after market system in my rig. I will not be returning for any reason.

I went in to get options to upgrade my stock system in my new '22 Tacoma. It was really a pleasurable experience all the way around, I told the staff what I wanted and they listened to me and gave me the best option at a great price point. I brought my truck in at the designated time and the they installed all the equipment (not to mention it was all in stock)! I asked for no holes to be drilled into the truck and they were able to get all the equipment installed neatly and professionally without any holes. I was also pleasantly surprised how clean both the show floor and shop were- shows they take pride in what they do. I am very picky about wire management and the overall end result of stuff getting installed on my truck, I can honestly say I would take my truck back to this company any day. I have had the equipment installed for a couple months now and after tweaking the sound to match the new speakers and sub and sub amplifier... I am super happy all the way around... I would recommend The Stereo Store any day!
