Great experience! Leonard was super nice and while we picked our new toy!Cody was amazing at the walkthrough and showed us each and everything about all the buttons and bells and whistles! And answered allof our questions!So excited for our new to us toy!Highly recommend!

I can t say enough about our experience with the great people at Sutton RV. I ll start with our salesman, Leonard. He is everything a salesman should be. He was friendly, extremely helpful, and was incredible with our 2 year old. He actually did everything he could to get us the best deal possible. And he did, with the help of Karen in financing. (I hope I spelt her name right. And remembered the right name. If not, I apologize. Haha) And Cody, my walk through specialist, gave me all the information I needed and was a joy to work with. I could write a small novel but people might stop reading. So I ll just say if you re in the market for a travel trailer, stop by Sutton RV in Eugene! I know we will when it s time for another trailer. Thank you all!!!

Sutton RV was amazing to work with. They were fast, efficient and not pushy at all (which is huge for us). Our salesman was Leonard. We had a 2 pm appointment and they moved the trailer upfront for us to see- we checked it out w/ a couple others & ended up walking away 1 hour later as Owners. We came back 1 week later (because of our schedule- not theirs) to pick it up. They were knowledgeable & answered all the questions we had on the walk through, the loan papers & in general. Leonard was right there with us the entire time! We had to bring our toddler with us and they all did so amazing with him (which a lot of salesman will not). It was so nice to feel welcomed, to feel no pressure & walk away with exactly what we wanted. The entire staff were friendly & has smiles on their faces-I would 10/10 recommend them to everyone! :)

We couldn't be happier with Sutton RV! As first time camper buyers we had a lot of questions. They not only answered every question, but they went the extra mile to accommodate us and make sure our needs were met. The process was very smooth. Extra shout outs to Leonard, Jerry and Ung. Our purchase of this luxurious 5th wheel, the new 2023 Riverstone Legacy 39RKFB," was met with apprehension given the substantial investment in a depreciating asset; however, we are elated that we made this purchase.Sutton RV has surpassed the constraints imposed by the manufactures warranty process and fulfilled all of their obligations to us over the past year.With our warranty nearing expiration, I am confident that Sutton RV will continue to offer us exceptional support. We ended up in a bind over Thanksgiving when our trailer broke a leaf spring. Even though the service center was booked solid, Sutton RV let us bring our trailer and park it until they could get to it. Overall, they kept the trailer nearly six weeks before we could come back to get it. When I asked how much for the storage, they said no charge!Their work looks to be very good, and it's great that they were responsive to a traveler in a bind. Thanks!

I had a very good experience purchasing from Sutton RV. Sales was low pressure (thanks JD) and they honored our initial deal over the several weeks it took me to decide. The paperwork was efficient without a hard press for extended warranties. I had a great walk-thru with an experienced RV er who showed me how everything worked and threw in some great pro tips (thanks Kim). Kinda wish I lived closer to be able to buy supplies at their store.

We couldn t be happier with the purchase of our new Airstream from Sutton RV. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout the process. Thank you Kim for knowing the answer to literally every question we threw at you during our walkthrough. And thank you to our technician Jerry, who was able to install two Battleborn batteries, our Smartshunt, and our Anderson Hitch while we waited. Great service, great people. We are very happy we choose Sutton RV.

We just got our new little camper there and it was all so smooth. The process was so easy and quick. Overall great experience. We wanted something tiny that basically just had a bed and a place to stay warm when we sleep and they had the perfect one for us. All the people we spoke through were incredibly nice and easy to work with on budget and the whole buying process. Would definitely recommend them.

I think they lack customer service and expertise on their products. It took so many of them and they did not even know how to put on an awning while they were doing the demo walk through before buying it. You would think they know how to show us a product that we are dropping 26k dollars. We did not feel cared for or appreciated. We needed to buy the product so we just left after signing the papers. It took us 4 hours there to do walk through and sign the papers. Also, signing the papers tipped us over since we called and they said we could use our credit cards and they said yes. We went got there, they said there is a limit. We drove from seattle to eugene so they kinda knew we wanted it. We had to write a check and paid with cash. Wish they would have told us about the limit. We feel a little misled. Also, most RV places would offer drinks or snacks. This place is so cheap, we had to ask for it and we had to get it for ourselves. Definitely dont feel like a customer at all and I'm not sure if I would recommend this place. Some of the staff are nice like mark but the manager there. Not so much.

Dealer was friendly and helpful. We inquired about a 5th Wheel and they didn t pressure us in to buying. They answered questions and even let us talk to finance without constantly asking when we were coming in. The 5th wheel was really nice, but based on the conversation, just to far outside our budget at the price they have it listed. I appreciated the customer service.

We purchased our first camper trailer, an Airstream, through Sutton RV in Eugene. The staff were knowledgeable, easy to work with, friendly, and made the whole process enjoyable. I worked with JD and he was straight up honest and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend anyone in the market for an RV to check him out at Sutton first because they have all been very kind and a pleasure to work with no games or nonsense. I also worked with Karen and Unjum who also showed a lot of concern and took care of me 100%

Been in a real pickle stumbling through some bad luck until the folks at Sutton RV help me out. Greatly appreciate all the time invested and attention to detail. Kelly and Lisa are very helpful Curt did an amazing job with all the work and I appreciate the extra care Jordan took in swapping out a switch. So far I am blown away with the extra power from the 6V upgrade. Living on the road for nearly 10 years and the extra care taken by this company has made a world of difference in my life experience.

I purchased a new Northern Lite truck camper. Sutton RV did a excellent job preparing my truck (installing air shocks. tie-downs, and extended trailer hitch). Since I live in Bend, OR, the service dept. staff stayed late to finish preparing my truck so I would not have to stay the night in a hotel. I highly recommend Sutton RV for both sales and service.

Sutton RV has given us with some of the best customer service that I can remember. We bought a used trailer that definitely needed tweaking before it left the lot. I have come to expect the run around from dealership sales staff because the repairs are coming directly out of their pocket. But the whole crew at Sutton took absolutely great care of us from start to finish, if im ever in need I will be back because I have seen that they truly put the customer first. So refreshing! Thanks for everything guys!

JD at Sutton RV was more knowledgeable than the sales help at four other RV lots.He answered questions for me no one else was able to.He clued me in on some scemes and scams in the industry.I give him my highest recommendation.

Great communication and friendly staff. Tyler was great!!! I highly recommending asking for him. We had a little hiccup that happened just down the street. They were there right away helping us out. The whole management team was great to work with. Love our 2019 Escapade!!!

Great experience with the sales person, the sales manager, the finance person, and Calvin who explained everything on our trailer and did the inspection. Would recommend this trailer buying experience to everyone! Kind people and easy buying process.

The we just purchased a used T.T, it was a rough start the trailer had issues. But after all the issues were addressed and replaced or repaired I would highly recommend Sutton RV. Thanks to all the staff and to Louis and Joseph the techs that really did give 100%. Thanks also to Don for his patience with me calling alot! And the new Sales guy who first showed me the unit. Sorry forgot your name. The whole team is AWESOMENESS

The fine people at Sutton RV could not have been no more responsive and professional. From sales, finance, walkthrough, to service. They took the time to answer any and all of our questions. I would recommend Sutton RV to anyone considering purchasing an Airstream or another RV.

If you are looking for an RV, you should definitely go to Sutton RV. Our salesman, Devin, was great to work with both times we have bought an RV. But I especially want to give high praise to Karen Tangle in the office. I am a little bit wary of sales people even though I m in sales myself. I have found Karen to be nothing but honest, fair, transparent, kind, communicative and just great to work with all around. I would highly recommend buying an RV from them!

We purchased our Redwood 5th wheel this year from Sutton s and they have been wonderful to work with in all ways. The purchase was easy. They made sure the RV was clean and ready to go and are willing to take care now of several concerns we discovered using it the first time on a trip.

We picked our 2007 Airstream Bambi up today after a 35 day stay at Sutton RV for a new subfloor, new laminate and an annual inspection. Service Advisor Jordan was easy to work with, got us an estimate quickly and provided regular status updates, both by phone and by email. The technicians work is craftsman-level and we enjoyed meeting them during pick up. Thanks to the whole team for a beautiful job!

Sutton RV is great! I'd been shopping for the perfect camper for about 6 months. I finally decided on what I wanted-- a Sunset Park Sunray 149 Sport offroad, and these guys got one in that was perfect, right when I was ready to make the plunge!Bruce was wonderful to work with. Gave me a great price, added all the extras I requested, and held onto it until I could make the trip across the state to pick it up.When I arrived it was freshly cleaned and sealed, inside and out, sparkling and gorgeous! Jake walked me through all the ins and outs and was patient and knowledgeable about the camper.The purchase paperwork was quick and easy. An all around wonderful experience!Wirth the 6 hour drive to do business with these folks.I love my new camper!

My wife and I just bought an R-Pod 202 and Devin was our sales person. He is the best kind of sales person. He doesn t sell you on anything he helps guide you through the presses as well as answers what questions you have and is absolutely zero pressure. He will always be my RV guy. My parents have bought at Sutton and had a amazing experience. My moms boss just bought the other 202 from Devin and had an amazing experience. Our experience with Sutton and the amazing customer service and sales staff have been over the top!!! I will always go buy my future trailers from Sutton and Devin.

I feel bad saying this about a family business with some nice people working there but I did not have a good experience at Sutton RV. I was shown a used trailer that looked perfect for my family. I told the salesman I was interested in it and specified the down payment and monthly payments I could make which he said would work. When I was ready to move forward with it he told me that used trailers are hard to finance and that I would have to pay way more as a down payment and monthly payments (and then suddenly started pushing a new trailer that was out of my price range). None of which he ever mentioned before. It was frustrating because I wasted weeks getting ready for the trailer (including going to the lot and measuring it to make sure it would fit in our space) and stopped looking at other options because it seemed like the right, affordable trailer. If it s hard to finance a used trailer then this should have been said in the beginning instead of misleading me and wasting my time. It all felt kinda sketchy and like I was strung along. I hope they make some changes soon so they don t lose more business but I will not be going back.
