Thank you for taking care of my mom s Prius! After calling around and having a diagnostic from Kendall Toyota I was discouraged with the customer service and prices I was quoted to replace the main hybrid battery. After speaking to Jamie on two separate occasions I knew I wanted to take her car there. They price fairly and do a stellar job. Jamie was helpful, informative and did not pressure us. Please consider taking your car here for work as you won t be disappointed. Big thanks to the team at Small World Auto!

Been coming back here for 3+ months with my car issues. Jamie and the team here are very communicative and work really hard to keep this girl on the road! Highly recommend for any car service!

I moved to Eugene in late August to attend University of Oregon and unfortunately in that time my starter failed. I didn t want to go to the dealership because it s such a hassle, and would be literally an all day affair, which I simply did not have. Jamie and his staff were able to take care of it in under two hours the following day, which was just amazing. A local business that I would recommend to absolutely anyone and everyone. I will never take my car elsewhere

Jamie and crew again did a wonderful job on my car ......! When you are through fooling around with the so called experts in auto repair. May I suggest the real pros Small World Auto repair. Outstanding job, professionalism, honesty, communication, knowledge, service, and price! Jamie and crew were nothing short of amazing. Nobody plans on a breakdown and you fear the worst and this auto repair does great work plus is more than fair and generous. I am 110% satisfied and look forward to working with these experts again! They will overcharge you at every turn. Something that takes an hour worth of work will cost you around 2 grand when the part alone costs only $100. Dont get scammed by this company.

Small World's crew were prompt and patient, explaining to me the work my van needed in a couple of different ways since I am essentially clueless about how cars work. Once I understood and approved the work (minor stuff: break fluid flush, power steering flush), they got to it and had my car back to me in a few hours. Prices were reasonable and they were also flexible when I couldn't get my car to them at the agreed upon time. I had an amazing first time experience at Small World! My coworker referred me to them after always taking her vehicle with positive experiences. I normally would go to the dealership and after the last report, I needed a lot of items done on my car. I decided to go somewhere local instead and I have no regrets. From the first phone call to set up an appointment, to picking it up - my experience was perfect! They re friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was confident leaving my car in their hands! :)

Went in for milestone fluid maintenance as well as an inspection due to road noise on Chevy Cruze. Jamie was extremely helpful and found the issue right away. Prompt contact and scheduling overall! He was happy to discuss and offer extra info and even informed me the fluids (original request) were not in need of changing just yet! I have had great experiences with Small World. I have taken my vehicles there several times over the last 5 years and always had a great experience. The one time I went somewhere else (to save a few $) it bit me. They are always fair, reasonable, and do good work. I really appreciate that they communicate well, explain your options, and help you prioritize issues.

I would prefer to not have problems with my truck, but things like that happen with the best of vehicles and I must say that my experience at Small World Auto made the ordeal much more tolerable than it might have otherwise been. The people there are great, the shop is amazingly clean and obviously efficient, and the prices they charge seemed very fair. Marty (a very personable owner) explained everything very patiently and clearly and was attentive throughout the time I was there. When it became clear that my truck would need to spend the night there (for parts ordered), Marty gave me a ride home. All work was done the following day and my truck is working well once again. Overall a very pleasant outcome for an unexpected situation.

Going to this shop is the best experience I've ever had with auto work/repairs. I've gone here a handful of times and every time the staff is kind, knowledgeable, & professional. I always feel like they are doing the right thing by me and it feels great to be able to trust the person working on your car. I will continue to go here for all my car work.Note: I drive a Subaru Forester. My check engine light has bern on forever. They called me and said it needed a new solenoid for $500, I said ok, and then they said I needed a new water pump for $700. The check engine light was on before I even got home. They didn't even fix it. It cost $500. An employee named Jaime did call and text and said I could bring it back in and that it was under warranty, but I live an hour away and cannot be without my car. I wish they would have fixed it the first time. I won't go back.

I took my 06 Forester here with a broken exhaust pipe and other engine problems. I worked with Julian, Lawrence, and Jamie. This ended up being a big project since I decided to practically rebuild my car instead of replacing it with a newer one. Long story short, the staff at the small world and I dealt with a worst-case scenario dealing with manufacturer errors and an expensive bill without a reliable vehicle. I can't express the amount of respect I have for Jaime and his team to be willing to fix this problem. Jaime stood up for his crew while navigating serving the customer which demonstrated admirable leadership skills. Their technicians do great work. I even noticed a lot of extra work that wasn't quoted or charged that showed attention to detail and effort. I'd trust this shop.

Small World Auto was excellent. I had a pretty good idea of the problems I was having with my Toyota. However, I had run out of time to do the work myself and went looking around. They responded quickly and got me in the que. Their staff confirmed my observations and promptly took care of the issues. My little truck is running great. Thanks to everyone on the crew.

Had a water pump and gasket valve issue and had prompt and extraordinary service and repairs after almost being scammed by another shop. Glad to have a good local shop that can be trusted to deliver exceptional service. I've had very good experiences with them since the '90s and they haven't changed their commitment to quality. I can totally recommend S,W, to provide honest service at a fair price.
