Got an alignment a month prior to bringing it in for a belt change, all of a sudden got it back and it completely pulls to the right?? & my steering wheel is shaking at a certain speed which the alignment had solved previously. Additionally, they left a HUGE grease stain on the roof of my car. Will never be coming back here again, very careless and didn t want to fix the issues that came after they had worked on it.

This is the second card my wife and I have purchased from this Dealer. They have not failed to deliver on service and great deal. Jay was very friendly, polite and professional. He provided excellent customer service and made us feel very welcomed. Also, Tyler did not fall short one bit and provided an outstanding purchase experience. Had an awesome experience working with the Sheppard Motors team from 1900+ miles away!! Specifically Tyler and Dominic....thanks again fellas!I searched long and hard for my now "classic dream car" that I couldn't afford as a young kid but was hoping to now in my 40s. Finally came across the one I had been searching for, specific options, color, condition and pricing. Of course being so far away this was a very nerve-racking deal to get thru, not being able to actually test drive or inspect the vehicle in person! But that's where these guys really shined! They answered all of my concerns, took all the pictures and videos that I requested and were patient with me as I worked the finances and transport for the vehicle across the country safely. They helped tremendously by also working with the enclosed carrier company of my choosing, staying late after work for pick-up, taking pics and detailing the vehicle to ensure it left their property in good condition. Shout out to AG AutonTransport as well and Paul/Vlad for turning a 1900+ mile trip into a 60hr trip all while protecting my beautiful 35th anniversary SS! Thanks again Sheppard Motors and Merry Christmas!!

Another great experience at Sheppard. I bought my last Volvo at Sheppard and had a fantastic experience, so when I decided to upgrade to the new all electric c40, I felt confident about coming back. Val was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn t feel any pressure to buy or to push my time frame. He really let me guide the process and the pace, which I liked. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and it was even faster and easier than I expected. The finance manager was personable and low key. It was just a smooth, easy, successful process. I ll be back in a few years!

Traveling around the country my vehicle developed a shake from a brake rotor so I called Sheppards Hyundai and talked with Marlie and told me to bring it in. They found the issue serviced my car and now I'm ready for another 5000 miles. Marlie took great care to make sure my vehicle was ready for the road. Thanks Marlie

Great experience buying our car at Sheppard. No hard pressure sales. Reasonable negotiation. Paperwork was simple and fairly quick. Nice job of explaining the car s features and their services efficiently and getting us back on the road. Didn t feel like we were being held hostage for the day. Felt like we were just doing business with real and normal people.

Bought my new to me highlander yesterday, worked with Val and he was amazing! So kind, never pushy and answered any questions we had. Also went out of his way to make sure we got a good deal on our trade in. Will be reccomending all family and friends to work with him. Only giving 4 stars as we asked them to wash the vehicle prior to leaving and they took it back and when we went to get in and leave realized they only cleaned the windshield. But thank you Val for your hard work and kindness!

I purchased a vehicle from them and they delivered it with just one key and battery went dead on day 2. The worst though, is they scam you for $450 for some theft deterant etching of vin number on frame. Papers even state this isn't required to purchase or lease the vehicle. They will not remove the $450 charge saying its on all their vehicles. My advice at this point. Run away! Ask dealers if they have the same money grabbing scheme on their cars. If they do, keep moving.

We bought new Hyundai's last year. I have to say I'm not happy. A fuel injector went bad last month. Now another has gone bad. The Service Company should have told me that I have the option of replacing one or all of them I'm going to save money in the long run by replacing all of them and I don't have to worry about it this happening in the future. At this point I cannot recommend Shepherd Motors.

Bought my new (to me) TDI here today and was absolutely blown away by the incredible sales/finance/service departments!Val let the car sell itself, absolutely NO pressure and very easy to chat with!Mark helped me find the best financing option for my situation and made the never ending paperwork fly by!Casey was, as always, a super stellar guy and got me booked for my next service appointment right away!Overall, the team at Sheppard Motors made buying a car enjoyable, which is super rare. I really appreciate the improvements the company has made. When I first became a customer about 5 years ago, I was done with the place because I was constantly being upcharged. I had taken a hiatus and came back to amazing treatment. They took very good care of me and my car. They told me some things to look into to maintain my car but didn't try to push it. Keep up the good work!

SEE UPDATE BELOW. Three calls before I finally got through to Hyundai service. Service could not tell me if I should bring my 2022 Santa Fe in the first service at 6, 7 or 8k miles. So we finally decided to bring in my Santa Fe for its first service which includes oil, oil filter, multi point inspection and tire rotation. Supposed to be a two hour job. No one called to say the car was done, so I called and they said oh it is done . I pick up the car I go home. I check and make sure that the oil was changed. the oil checked out clean. So then I checked to see if they had rotated the tires. I know that my front left rim has a tiny bit of road rash on it. What do you think I found. The tires had not been rotated. Front left rim still has the same little bit of road rash on it. How is one supposed to trust that a dealer properly services a car? I m really disappointed that the service wasn t completed as it was supposed to be. It s just instills more distrust in the dealers and that they don t service the vehicles properly.UPDATE:It is now Oct of 2022. My wife's 2022 Kona has been in for regular service and Sheppard Hyundai again DID NOT rotate the tires. Why do they not rotate tires, when it is part of the regular service.The front rotors on my 2022 Santa Fe failed. Some folks call them warped rotors. After a bit of haggling and a phone call to Hyundai, Sheppard motors replaced the front rotors under the 12month/12K mile warranty. My Santa Fe has 10K miles on it.While my car was in for the brake repair, Sheppard Hyundai managed to destroy the front passenger tire and put a big gouge in the same rim. REALLY? Sheppard Hyundai indicated the damage was done while driving the car onto the lift. I only found out when I called to check on my Santa Fe. They had to order a new tire and bring in a wheel repair guy. I think they should have just replace the rim (it was their screwup). Now I have a droning sound coming from the front end that starts around 35mph. It just never ends with Sheppard Hyundai Service. If there was another Hyundai service department close, I would go there.Finally and this is some good news. The Santa Fe (2.5t 8speed WDCT) shifting was just horrible. 2 to 1 downshifting send a shudder through the car. Shifting from 1 to 2 resulted in a very strong surge in acceleration. Sifting into reverse was always followed by a strong jolt. I have complained about this almost from day oneSheppard Hyundai applied the 22091-059H TCU update. Now a much better shifting DCT.So I called Sheppard and told them how great the update was and what was there response? "Hey can you give us a good review". REALLY? After damaging my car? And now I have a droning sound from the front end, and the tire and rim damage?Do they just not care? They know they are the only Hyundai dealer/service department around this area. It is a result of poor service that I question my decision to purchase our two new Hyundai cars.

They made me pay for a key fob up front to order the keyblade from VIN then lost the key and refused to give me a refund so I was out $500, and their response was that's why we got rid of the old crew of service managers because of stuff like this

Luckily we ended up with a car that we are extremely happy with. After finalizing a deal, they called us days later to inform us that they made a mistake on the trade in vehicle payoff and that we owe $1000 difference. They were unwilling to own up to this being their mistake, this is the first time it s happen to me, employees at Shepard said it was the first time they ve been incorrect such an amount yet still unwilling to take any ownership. Upon trying to split the difference I dealt with Rich (manager). I highly recommend if you do business with Shepard to ensure you do not deal with Rich. He has zero customer service! The rest of the staff was great, but his poor service and arrogance ruined our experience.

Going here until my free oil changes run out. Recently trying to schedule an oil change for my car. I call on day 1 and leave a voicemail at 9am. I call back the next day at 2pm someone answers and I start to explain I called yesterday and immediately get yelled at WE ONLY HAVE TWO PEOPLE WORKING THE PHONES!!! Was not in the mood to be yelled at and definitely did not deserve it. Hung up immediately so I didn t end up yelling back and escalating the call. It is not my fault the company only employs two people to answer the phones. When I went in for my oil change I can see why they re backed up. Office guy just leaning over his desk chatting with other workers instead of working. So I do believe he is his own problem and is too comfortable at his job and might need a new one with less stress. I work the service industry as well and would say I have it harder than the guy behind the desk and would appreciate being treated like a person that matters on my days off

This was our first time purchasing from a dealership and we had a great experience with Sheppard Motors, Jordan specifically. He was friendly, approachable, not too pushy, and let us lead as much as possible. We are over the moon with the car we found and the price, we drove 2+ hours just to work with them! My only complaint, which may be normal at all dealerships, was the process took more time than we anticipated. We knew which car we wanted from looking online, which we thought would speed things up, but it was a pretty lengthy process. Still very worth it! Couldn t be happier with our new car and would definitely go back to Sheppard again.

Great service when leasing my new car. Sam was very knowledgeable about what kind of car would be best for me and answered all my dumb questions about the new fangled technology. Tom was great, navigating buying vs leasing. Mark found a way to save us almost $70 a month on our payment. And Charlie oversaw the whole transaction. Everything was great start to finish. Massive bonus points because free oil changes and regular maintenance is already included for the price of the car

My experience was exceptional. Tyler was the best sales representative I've ever dealt with in my life. He was very personable, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He encouraged but never attempted to push me into purchasing my car. The sales manager was also great to work with. I will highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.

Just bought an ID.4 pro s. A fast transaction that was quite enjoyable. The finance person Mark was great, sales were low key and just let us do the testing. No pressure yet full of knowledge about the vehicle. Every employee we met was so nice. I love my ID.4. Omg EV is the way to go! Of course I still love my VW Westfalia. The ID4 is my carbon offset! Lol
