Absolutely wonderful to work with. I was able to schedule my window replacement for the next day. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and Tysonn did a fantastic job doing the work and even cleaned my car extra well. Highly recommend.

Everyone is so nice and if you have any trouble its covered under warranty for the lifetime of your ownership. They cleaned out all the glass for me too. And when I had an issue brandon who came out took the time needed to diagnose and walk through everything. Thank you safelite and thank you brandon you made it easy to get the job done and right. I would recommend them top family and friends. Shalom.

I should probably take a picture of my car but it's raining. My new windshield looks great and they got to use the wipers this morning which was awesome because I sure they needed to replaced. The service was great they were done before the time they told me. With minimal work by me thank you guys

To say that I m disappointed is an understatement. I had an appointment last weekend. Dropped my car off at 9, they said 3 hours because of my safety feature's. My wife and I finished some errands, but after 4 and half hours we never got a call that my car was done. We drove back but they never took my car in to fix it! Come to find out the replacement window was shattered!!!! I requested to speak to the manager but he had an emergency and wasn t there. I was Rebooked was running late because of a flat tire, I get there and they said that can t fix my car today because it would run into another appointment. If it takes 3 hr to do it what s the problem if it runs into another apartment!!!! Worst service ever! I will never do business with Safelite again and will tell everyone I know what poor service I received.

I am extremely satisfied with Safelite. From the first call to their office to the completion of the job everyone was very courteous and professional. We needed a front windshield replacement on site for our Austin Mini Cooper. Brandon the tech made sure that the replacement parts kit had all the correct clips and hardware before installation. He removed the old windshield and installed the new one in a very short time. We plan to use Safelite for any future repairs that we may have. Thank you Safelite!

Quick, easy, and efficient. I dropped off my vehicle for a windshield replacement due to storm damage. Hopefully I don't need to do that again, but if I did, I would return to this Safelite location. Super pleased with the friendly staff and job well done on my vehicle. Thank you!!!!

Maybe before I drive 90 miles to your place of business discuss with your customers if the repair is even in need of fixing. Apparently rocks chips in your field of view don t constitute a repair. They could have saved me time and money and told me that before driving all the way to them..

I had a rock hit my car on the freeway and I checked with my insurance co. The fix was no cost to me because I had it fixed before it spread across the windshield. Safelite filled the spot quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the Safelite windshield fix.

Do not pay up front.They made note that I'm paying out of pocket and used a discount code, waited until I arrived to tell me a schpeal about how, due to the age of my 2006 vehicle, if they find rust, or any punctures in the frame as small as the tip of a ballpoint pen, or even scratched paint (which they could easily cause during the removal process btw) then they wouldn't be able to reinstall any glass new or old and I'd have to take it to a body shop to repair first.I didn't come here to play games, and unfortunately this falls in line with other reviews for the place so I did not hesitate to cancel my appointment.

Brandon replaced a windshield for us, this is the second time. He also fixed our neighbors. We've been very pleased with his professionalism and his consideration for our time. He would call to remind us of our appointment day of, and then when he was on his way.

The worst experience I ve ever had with a window replacement the manger Andrew is incompetent. They broke A sensor in my jeep while replacing the windshield, returning my jeep to me broken when that wasn t how I dropped it off. Two weeks later they are still refusing to fix what they broke leaving me on the hook for a couple thousand dollar repair. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Have to take my Jeep to the dealer now for them to fix it

How can you possibly do windshield replacements out in the rain without some sort of cover. Being out in the elements is not a good thing. You should be doing most of your replacements indoors in a controlled environment. Unless you live somewhere that has good weather during the winter. How do you warranty this work being done?

This is a highly organized and dedicated safelite location! My insurance and safelite worked hand in hand. It was zero dollars out of pocket. The glass chip repair took a total of 20 mins and is barely visible. Thank you for the work you do and your professionalism!

The receptionist is very personable. The techs also have good people skills. They were able to get me into their schedule quickly for a large crack in my windshield. They do good work and I paid less than anywhere else in Eugene I had called prior to making my appt. I hope to not need their services again anytime soon! But if I do, I'll be back.

I had an appointment for someone to come to my work to fix a chip. It is 30 minutes after their latest hour and NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO CALL AND CONFIM because they closed 30 minutes ago. No one is available to tell me they re still coming. I ve been at work for an hour and a half pass my shift. This is ridiculous. Y all need more communication for people waiting for a chip repair when your technician is LATE. My thinking is that it s closing time and they re not coming.

I despise places that tack on hidden fees to a quote, especially to the tune of $100 and then send you coupons incessantly like they re doing you a favor. If you do schedule with them, leave your cart for a few days and wait for coupons. First one was $50 off, second was $75, didn t wait for a third. Still higher than the quoted price, so I went with a local shop.

Installer called me to tell me he was 20mins away only to cancel the appointment last minute. No call just an email from Safelite saying that the appointment was updated for 2 days later. Very unprofessional. Management was supposed to call me and never did. Very disappointed.

A truck shot a rock at my brand new car. 2 days later I took it in to get fixed. They "fixed a chip" in my window. I don't know how long it normally takes but they only had my car back there for fifteen minutes. It "looked repaired" however, an hour later, it looked like nothing was done to it. I was told that the only thing they could do is replace the entire windshield now. They said they can't repair a repair. This seems like a good way to get people to have to buy a brand new windshield.

Scammers and con artists. They came to fix a chip in my windshield. Showed up after my appointment window and completely shattered my windshield. Then I was laughed off saying I need to pay out of pocket for replacing my windshield. I Was quited 650 dollars multiple times and when I called and made my appointment it jumped to 850. Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience . Its just A corporation of Con artists set out to Buffalo over people and scam them. Coming from someone who works in the auto industry I would trust a shade tree mechanic with no experience over safelite. 10/10 don't recommend

Jacob came and did the work in my driveway. Very friendly and professional. Got me a $70 cash price discount (non insurance). He came promptly at the scheduled time, got the work done in an hour, and had everything and spotless at the end. Thorough explanation of the work. I would recommend Safelite to others. Excellent work!!

They replaced my windshield 10 months ago. When I went to pick it up, the tech who did the work didn't fill out the proper paper work. Rather than letting me take the car, I had to wait there for 45 minutes while they got their @$%* together and talked to him on the phone and had him log back in to close out his work. 1st instance of poor service.Calibration was wrong, had to take it back to fix that.Now 10 months later, water is leaking through the seal onto my dashboard. Scheduled appointment online - confirmation says 7:30 appointment.As I pull into the parking lot at 7:30, I get a reminder email for a 9:30 appointment time. 9:30?, my appointment said 7:30.I figure, its fine, I will just leave the car since my ride to work was there.Nope - door is locked. They don't open until 8:00.I notice a key drop box, so I do that.At 1:30 in the afternoon I check the online appointment tracker to see when it will be done, so I can coordinate a ride back over there. They have not even started it yet. I call for a status and they say that its because I set it up as a drop and go.... (obviously I am not going to sit in their lobby all day to wait for it.) Apparently to them 'drop and go' means they work it in between other appointments. What the hell....!?What did I have?? I thought I had an appointment, that's what the confirmation said.All around this has been a horrible experience.

SafeLite AutoGlass in Eugene Oregon preformed better than expected. My wait time for windshield replacement was on schedule. While waiting inside being CoVid-19 sensitive and enjoy my Latt�, I overheard many customer interactions with many of the staff. Everyone was treated with respect and courtesy.I was amazed two customers did not understand their insurance policies, and the SafeLite AutoGlass staff was very patient and helpful; explained there situation and completed all transactions satisfactorily. I recommend Safelite AutoGlass in Eugene. And, my insurance company Farmers Insurance.

Needed new windshield, but wanted to verify capability to recalibrate lane assist sensor. Called 5 times trying to get a representative to verify with. Impossible. No customer service. Taking business elsewhere.
