Anthony helped out tremendously, got the insurance to cover the majority of the recovery of the vehicle, with only liability insurance. They only charged a couple hundred for storage and the title which was fine with me compared to the price of the tow bill. I would recommend them for any recovery of a vehicle within a waterway. The prices might be high but they know how to go about getting insurance to cover most of the cost and they know the laws that insurance companies must to follow.

We needed help moving a 5th wheel because our driver was not available. This company is amazing. They had someone here the same day and got the job done. It was tight maneuvering in our lot and the driver was exceptional. I would recommend this company to any of our clients that may need help moving their RV's.

No one likes it when they need to get a damaged trailer across town. But when our 28 travel trailer needed hauling (wheel hub issue), Puddle Jumper took all the right precautions to get our trailer where it needed to go SAFELY. When the owner of the company s comes out to survey the situation and make the right call, you know you are in good hands.Thx so much guys for everything!Service: Long distance hauling

Horrible experience! Will manipulate the situation and send the biggest wrecker to the smallest job. Charge almost a grand for 3 miles round trip. Horrid customer service and they will laugh at you when you re down on your luck. 10 out of 10 would sell my broken car to a stranger before calling these guys again :/

Puddle Jumper Towing, Recovery & Auto Transport LLC you guys should absolutely be ashamed on how you conduct business. A college kid that s going to school full time broke down on the way to class and while trying to find a solution to get it home you guys towed it. Then wanted to charge him over 900 dollars to get it out or that he could give you the title and 350 bucks and you d call it even. (The tow was less than 3 miles round trip mind you) absolutely disgusting!!I would walk 100 miles before ever calling this place STAY CLEAR!

Avoid this tow company! Puddle Jumper based in Eugene.They charge exorbitant fees. My mom's vehicle was towed there after an uninsured motorist hit her. A large part of the problem was on Progessive Insurance that did not attempt to pick up the vehicle for 13 days. On day 13, Puddle Jumper told Progressive the cost would be $8778.17. Progressive actually paid that but 2 hours later when Progress came to pick up the vehicle, Puddle Jumper said they could not have the vehicle unless they paid an additional $1400. Progressive said, no. Give us the vehicle for the amount we have paid or we will put a stop payment and you can keep the car. Puddle Jumper refused so Progressive did a stop payment and has totaled the car. Puddle jumper is now notifying my mom that she owes all that money and is continuing to charge storage everyday. However, the car is now in Progressive's name. They paid her a fair price for it and she signed the title over to them.I am shocked how much Puddle Jumper charges.

Today I had to have a container shifted forward and we couldn't have found a better company to help us out. Micky and his crew were very friendly and very reasonable on the rate. Called and was greeted by a rude receptionist, told me to hold. Asked for price of tow and was treated horribly, like a if you have to ask you can t afford it attitude. Never calling again

I'm changing my rating to 5 stars. I was in a car accident and totaled my car, and I wouldn't say I love that, but the service and treatment I received here made a really difficult time a little easier.

Would not recommend calling them if your broke down Motorhome is over 10 years old and the tow, is only 9 miles and a mile from there headquarters All they had to do is back up and hook up to it already pulled the driveline for them I would even give them one star more like -5

My car gets stolen. Cops give me 20 min. The get it. I'm an hour away, so these guys tow it, and rhe next day they want over a thousand dollars to get it. This is not right. Thanks for nothing Puddle Jumper Towing..

Our son was in a car accident off gateway loop in Springfield. He swerved to avoid getting hit by a car just to run into another car going super slow getting off the freeway. After confusion between Springfield police and hawk, the tow truck driver of puddle jumpers towing, the vehicle ended up on the tow truck with a fee of $360. We were already stressed with the car being totaled without full coverage that the thought of another bill was a definite kick me while we re down moment. I wasn t the nicer person to hawk and during all this hawk decided not to charge us. We definitely need more people like this in the world! Thanks again hawk!!! You re awesome!Service: Car towing

After a car accident I called puddle jumpers to have my car towed. Mitchel was beyond great! He was friendly, professional and just a good person to be around for spirits during a crazy day. Keep Mitchel , give him a raise or a paid day off! It s well deserved. Happy Friday the 13th.

Dealt with Puddle Jumper for the first time today. Great experience from start to end, was greeted by a very nice women on the phone who helped get my vehicle picked up, at a great price ($50-$100 cheaper then anybody else for the same job) and did a awesome job doing it. Later, I met Tony the driver to pick up my vehicle, he took the time to safely load my vehicle which isn t something every company/driver these days can say, and was more then happy to do it, followed him all the way to the destination and he drove lawfully; and very safely, overall awesome guy. Very good service and seems like a great company to work for. Thank you Puddle Jumper, I will be back!

The driver who came to tow my truck was polite and competent. Efficient.The office gent and owner Michael were both phenomenal in their help in getting my car primed from engine leakage. They also went out of their way to give me a fair price on a messy job.My car was kept safely in their lot for 4 days. All my belongings were as they were when I left the car in their care.Overall I was quite satisfied with their service.Thanks to all your staff!

I owe a HUGE debt of gratitude to the folks at Puddle Jumper. I experienced my first ever tire blowout on the freeway coming home from work. They were so nice and quick to respond in spite of the fact that they were very busy. Everyone was respectful, kind, and very professional. I've only had to use a towing service two other times and neither experience was as stress-free as this. They also charged me far less money to tow me a much greater distance than the other two towing companies I've dealt with. Thank you so much for saving me today Puddle Jumpers.

Mark at puddle jumper was awesome. I was told the waiting time was going to be an hour and he was there in 30 minutes. My Infiniti wouldn t start and I was stuck in a parking lot. I called puddle jumper towing. He was so polite, professional, and got everything done so quickly and everything went so smoothly. He took my car to my house and asked where I wanted him to put it, I told him and he did it perfectly. I was very happy with my experience and will use puddle jumper towing again if I ever need a tow. Thank you so much Mark for coming to my rescue!

10 Star service! Thanks to the professional, knowledgeable crew of Puddle Jumpers, our Big Rig was safely delivered to the shop. We were back in business 2 hours later. Michael Clement was fantastic at managing the incident with David at his side. Beyond the stellar job they did they went the extra mile with customer service and smoothly getting the job done. After a combined 54 years of dealing with tow companies in our pre retirement years, this company receives first place from us. Michael and David were amazing. Thank you so very much.

My Honda wouldn't start. I needed to bring it to a mechanic. CJ came, picked me up and did a great job transporting my car. He was knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. It was a huge relief in a stressful situation and I really appreciate him taking care of me. I've never had this ever happen to me before, and he walked me through the process. We had a car accident that required a lot of work. Vehicle had to be winched out, and the position was very difficult. Tony and Michael were amazing! Professional, helpful, and worked to find a reasonable solution that included solving for the lack of transportation as well as just getting the car out. Excellent service and helpfulness. Recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Puddle jumper towing today. They arrived much faster than the time quoted and the driver Michael who showed up was awesome!! Not only was he very professional he had a great sense of humor which is huge in such a stressful time. He also made sure my 4 kids and I made it home safe.. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone who asks or is looking for a great reliable tow services..
