Best oil change place I ve been to, including V, JL, dealships, etc., I also always try and pay cash for local services, especially an inexpensive oil change - small businesses pay thousands In credit card processing fees every year

I got oil here and they changed my filter after the fires from last year. I never had to wait any of the times I went. It's reasonably priced especially for how fast the service is. The guys there are always nice and not pushy when it comes to services. They do a great job recommending what you need and let you make that decision. My daughter brought her car for an oil change on the 9th of the month. By the 15th the check engine light came on. When we brought it to our mechanic he said the oil was so dirty at it effected the cam sensor and there was absolutely no way the oil had been changed 7 days before. Beware them charging for services they don't preform. If I could give no stars I would.Service: Oil change

The prices are reasonable, the service is fast, the people are nice, and they always let me know if there s something I should be worried about! They replaced the headlight on my car today, never had that done while getting my oil changed! Another time, they let me know that I had a cracked belt, which I wouldn t have known otherwise! Definitely come here to get your oil change, you won t regret it!

Kind guys. Quick service. They gave me the wrong oil as a suggestion to go from 5w-20 to 5w-30 to prevent me leaking so much oil. We'll see how it goes. The guy forgot to tell me he gave me the 5w-30 and I got a little irate. They told me they wouldnt refund me but did. I brought the money back to them in good faith. If my engine has issues on a long trip tomorrow I'm coming back for my money haha.

This is where you want to get your car oil changed. Excellent in all areas. The men working there were knowledge and didn't once try to sell me something that I didn't need or want. They carry factory authorized full synthetic oil for European cars. Valvoline 5-30 European oil. I know its the best service my old bmw has seen. TOP NOTCH PLACE.I highly recommended it. Matt

These guys were open and honest with me with every little thing they did to my vehicle. There were no surprises charges, didn't feel pressured to add anything to the service. I was really well taken care of here, they even ordered me a part and had it delivered in less than 10 minuets. I will continue to come to Pit Stop USA for all my oil changes. Plus you get a free car wash with service. Highly recommend!

AMAZING,hands down. I love the fact that some of us have had TIA's so it's hard too remember things, these fellas understand and talk to you so you understand what what there doing step by step. Please come here if you're in my same Health condition so everything is done right the frist time and you know your taking care of.

My porsche lcayenne needs a oil and filter change. Went to vw dealer says fully booked til next week. Go to this shore nailed it 15 mins.

Great customer service! The gentlemen here were quick and had quality information about my vehicles condition. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and felt valued as an individual. Free car wash and $1 wiper fluid top off was the cherry on top! Thanks Pit Stop!

service was friendly and price was fair BUT they overtightened the bolt on my oilpan and i cannot remove it with a standard 3/8ths ratchet driver. perhaps some oil change place before them damaged my oilpan and they were able to keep the bolt in? if so they should have mentioned this. i do not want to strip my oilpan bolt while trying to do a simple oil change. i should not need a cheater bar or impact wrench to remove my oilpan bolt, why is it stuck on? oil filter came off easily. ford ranger

Quick Tip: you can use their car wash for $5 even if you don t use their oil change service but should tip the guy 1-2$ depending on their pre-scrub job.

I'm glad I decided to come here, this was great pit stop for an oil change! Everything was explained and I didn't get asked to change anything that didn't need to be changed. I spent $35 with no pressure to add on services, just nice friendly service. Thank you Terry!

I had to change my five star review to a one star review. I've been a customer for almost ten years. I had my fiancee drive my car into Pit Stop for a radiator flush, and they refused to work on it. The older man there said that it was too hot. I took the car to Oil Can Henry's, and they had no problem working on it! They said all it needed was time to cool down. They did a much better job, and much friendlier! This was the third time I was denied service at Pit Stop, and this is the third time Oil Can Henry was there to help instead. I loved going to Pit Stop, but their rudeness to my fiancee and refusal to work on my car made me so upset. I recommend Oil Can Henry's, and if Pit Stop refuses to service your vehicle, try Oil Can Henry's.

I went to get my Jeep serviced ,and somehow during the removal of my drain plug or replacing it they put a hole in my oil pan. Then they tried to say I hit something that did it! It s a Jeep ,it s covered with skid plates designed to protect from that. They wouldn t do the right thing and just tried to play it off, so now it just leaks oil all the time til I get it fixed. Don t go there they are cheats and have unreliable employees.

Used to be my go to place, until today my wife went in to get an oil change, the oil attendant told her they were out of regular oil and upcharged her for a synthetic oil, (i called to make sure they had conventional oil owner confirmed they did) first shame on my wife for not knowing, but what horrible buisness pratice to trick unknowing women into a higher priced sale. If you do decide to go here make sure you know your car.

Great place to get an oil change. Very reliable and trustworthy. (I know it sounds cliche) but really these guys are just there to give you the best service possible.
