Jeff is a real asset to your company. I called for information on my C9 engine coolant and he was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions(and I had a lot). It would be great to have that type of representative at all companies. He is a star!Kathleen

I had the rack ran on BC 400 Cummins took them 4days as no gasket set in stock before they started on it they over charged me for it almost$1700.00 just to adjust the valves they blew the fuse on my temp sensor left bolts loose on my fan pulley bracket and as customer service goes not a great experience if you use them for repair work check out what they did or it may end up costings you a motor or a radiator if your fan doesn't come on like it's supposed to could be$20,000.00 to $40,000.00 at your expense for a new engine

Let me start by saying we use them every couple weeks. All in all they are a good company. There have been a few times where there workman ship has been less than great and had to go back to fix there neglect. Some jobs where big and they tackled them with out issue. Other times we have had to pay to have the job done twice. Yes we still use them. They are better than most and hours of operation are convenient.

Went there, asked for a diagnosis on excessive smoke from my bus (Cat 3126), never got a call so at 4:30 p.m. I called them, they told me they called and left a message (which never happened on my end) and it was almost done. I then got to the shop and was told they're "putting it all back together" after not asking or getting an ok to work on my bus, They worked on it and told me I need a new wiring harness, I had to pay $1200.00 to get my bus/home back and Nothing was fixed, in fact I now don't have a working speedometer and my PTO button does not work to rev the motor to 1,000 RPM. The boss won't call me back "Jeff" the so called "Service writer" is just a rude a$$hole now, rude demeanor, no customer service, and snipes me everytime I call to talk to someone about this childish bad business and bulls#it ! Peterson Cat truck parts dept. A little girl named "amber" what a rude girl with no knowledge at all about anything both times I've talked to her. Where's the Quality and Care in business anymore ? I'll never recommend the truck part of this company.

I drove several hours to get an estimate for work on my rv... I waited 3 days before being seen or having any kind of quote, and that was only after finding an ex employee (at a different shop) who knew which people to aggravate. Its been 2 weeks since I showed up and I still don't have a quote for what I came in for. They also supposedly inspected my gauges, which still don't function properly, and told me they were fine. Unless you own a big expensive truck or belong to a company, don't waste your time. I merely wanted assurance I was driving a safe vehicle... I didn't receive that. On a positive note, they were polite and it is a nice facility.

Friendly and funny Jeff made the experience great. This is a follow up to my previous"not-so-good" review. I jumped the gun just because a part manufacturer (not yoy) messed up.

They think its funny when you send a rig in for repair, and they'll send your rig back with another problem. Last time, they just threw a bunch of the shrouding and old parts in the passenger seat and called it 'done'. The rig is constantly in the shop and constantly not getting repaired right or finished. Absolutely no quality control.

Took a company truck here for some service work. This is a GSA truck and it took them over 2 weeks to speak with GSA about approval. I understand that working with government fleet trucks is not fun but you guys really took your time on this one.

Brattain has outstanding service. Ben, Charles, Dave all are a great help with new older International truck. Call them if you need assistances or advise to repair your International truck or engine or Ford Powerstroke engine. These guys are the best. Thanks Brattain for all your help.

Had a trailer brake pot needed replacing... they were able to get me in right away, replaced the pot, setup all 4 brakes on the trailer and on the road again.

Im always getting treated very well when I go here for truck service and they also have a lounge just for truck drivers which also provides a bathroom and shower
