Happy customer here. Just picked up my RV after getting some work done. Everyone I interacted with was super helpful and friendly. The technician Chris got a ton of work done, within my budget, and Gary has been very helpful ever since, happy to answer all of my questions, as I m new to RVing and learning the ropes. I ve been texting and calling Gary at all hours of the day whenever I ve got a new question and he s always happy to help me out. Overall has been a great experience: quality work, quick communication and within the budget we discussed beforehand. Thank you!

I was very disappointed with this company. I was told it would be $55 for them to come out and give me an estimate. The technician that came out was nice and helpful but when he called the office for me to make payment, I was told it was $213 for .83 hours of labor. I was not happy to hear that. I could have taken my fifth wheel to numerous rv repair places and got a free estimate. And after all that they never bothered to call me back with an estimate or price for repair. Huge failure on their part! I wanted to give this small business a chance but never again. You won t be in business long if this how you treat customers

Great service and very communicative. The exterior corner trim of my travel trailer was pulling away from the siding in a few spots. I tried using longer screw to pull it back in but couldn t get the screws to bite on anything. Peace of Mind figured out the problem and got it repaired quickly. The repair looks better than when it came out of the factory. I will definitely go to these guys for any future repairs.

From the first time I called, I felt like family with the Peace of Mind folks. I called about a serious roof-vent leak at 4 pm on a Saturday, and Devin and Nicole were out here by 5:30 that same day, putting up a tarp to help stop any more damage. Next, they had me in the shop on Monday morning, just a day and a half later. (I live in my rig full time, and that kind of prompt service is vital when your rig is your home.) They resealed the vent and did what they could to mitigate additional water damage, keeping in touch with me and explaining every step. And they were totally upfront about timing and costs (both of which were super fair). I had my rig fixed, back home, and settled within 5 days of discovering the leak. I am so happy with Peace of Mind's work and family-style customer service! I just found a new leak during the recent ice storm (same issue, different vent!), and I'm already on the books for next week and the only reason they can't see me sooner is because they are working hard to take care of folks whose rigs were seriously damaged by the ice storm. I'm so happy I found Peace of Mind. They're the kind of company I like to do business with. I strongly encourage folks who need RV repairs to give them a try!

I own an RV dealership in Arizona and sent a transporter to pickup a fifth wheel in Eugene. Upon arrival my driver was unable to solve a problem allowing the RV to be loaded on to the truck. I called Devin at Peace of mind RV repair and they jumped right on it. Keep in mind this was on a Friday one day before Veterans Day! I can't say enough or thank them enough as my driver was stuck sitting 1,200 miles away from home. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly going above and beyond to get everything rolling within mere hours. Thank you again!!

The attention to service, quality and ethical business practices from Peace of Mind Mobile RV Repair can be capsulized into three simple letters WOW!In my experience in dealing with many RV repair companies over the years, Peace of Mind is the absolute best, hands down. Its employees are knowledgeable, experienced, highly skilled and friendly. They truly care about their customers and will go the extra measure to solve any problem you may have with your RV.I hired Peace of Mind because they were the only company in the area that would immediately repair my broken slide. I needed it fixed quick because we were headed on a long cross-country trip. Other local companies didn t want to deal with the issue of fixing a slide or couldn t schedule me on such short notice. Peace of Mind located a motor in a day and had me out the door the very next day.Hats off to owners Devin and Nicole who were so helpful, compassionate and understanding. Kudos to Gary, the parts manager, who quickly tracked down a very hard to find motor, and even took the time to do a walk-through and show me the hidden slide controllers. Thank you to Chris, the guy who diagnosed the problem and did the install.Everyone at Peace of Mind worked as a cohesive team to solve my problem. Their communication practices are second to none in providing you with scheduling, invoicing and progress updates. In fact, Chris phoned me after business hours to give me an update on the diagnosis. I was so impressed with the team s techno know-how such as texts and emails. And, if you re old school, they call you on the phone too!The business s name Peace of Mind is so fitting because that is exactly what they provide Peace of mind.

These folks live up to their company name, they are hands down trustworthy and knowledgeable when it comes to keeping your RV in good working condition. A fair price and wonderful customer service sets this team above their competition. I will always give them a ring when there is work to be done on my RV.

PoM agreed to replace our black water tank. The tech had NO IDEA how to do this and removed the toilet and all of the waste water plumbing unnecessarily. He then tried to remove the tank with a chain. While he was pleasant and worked hard, he should not have been doing this job because he had no clue.

Every community should have a Peace of Mind Mobile (or in shop) RV repair service. I was travelling from Portand to Eugene when I developed a problem with my electrical system in my little trailer. I phoned Nicole and she booked me in immediately. Once I arrived, the technician fixed the problem very quickly. The job only took them 45 minutes and so they only charged me for 45 minutes - so refreshing!

Service Technician that came out was lacking experience! He didn t fix our problem at all. He moved a 12 volt heavy gauge connector from one post on a solenoid to the other side. Unfortunately, he did not even tighten the nut to secure it. So glad that it didn t cause a fire! After he left we called Lippert and Jayco to continue troubleshooting. While talking with them we found the loose wire.The owner showed integrity by refunding our $. Rating for company is lowered due to technician failures.

We just got our new bumper-pull trailer awning installed. Peace of mind has been great! Nicole was so pleasant and she was awesome in returning our calls when our backordered part was delayed. The install techs, Gary and Chris, did a professional, quick and efficient install and kindly and patiently showed us how to operate our new awning. The owner, Devin, followed up with a phone call to let us know to give a call if we had any problems at all, and they'd be out to take care of it. Thanks Peace of Mind!

Quality of workmanship is the worst. I called them to come fix my leaking roof of my food truck, they showed up promptly enough, and repaired the leak, so the tech said.A few months later, when it started to rain again, I had more water leaking in. The same tech came out and said that some of the tape he used "shrunk back" and he said he fixed that. Yet again, there is now more water leaking onto my grill and fryer, the sMe place it was in the very beginning, yet when I called them back, Nichole said they would either come and fix it, or refund my money.When I messaged her that it would make me more comfortable to be refunded, she informed me that they would not be doing that, but refused to come repair the issue.Be wary of the promises this company makes.As for the other folks here that are happy, even the worst companies get I right occasionally.

We have unfortunately had to utilize their services for our motorhome and my mother in laws trailer.They were awesome, prompt, excellent work, and very helpful with other questions I had and very easy to deal with.We've most recently had an awning get blown off the side of our motorhome in a windstorm AND moved to Oakridge since our first issue. Again, they were everything I said above.Their service tech, Gary, is top knotch...Strongly recommend should a need arise.

Great response time and great techs. Don't waste your time or money with shady mobile rv techs, they figured out the problem made a list came back with parts and effectively solved my hotwater other problems on my Rv. IF YOU NEED A TRUSTED RV Tech look no further. I will use them again

Peace of Mind Mobile RV Repair is a newer company in the Eugene OR area. Danielle responded promptly to my call for assistance. Gary and Chris showed up the next day on time to diagnose my trailer brake or bearing issue. They showed me exactly what was wrong with the brake and how they were going to fix it. This happened on the weekend and Gary searched the area to find a new brake assembly which he promptly fixed on Tuesday. I would not hesitate to use this company again and am extremely satisfied with their service and cost.

What an awesome service! The mobile technician, Gary, was more than helpful, was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us with mobile RV repairs on more than one occasion. He corrected several ongoing issues that we were unable to resolve ourselves, including a solar/battery issue, which was severely limiting our electric capabilities. This is a great service at an extremely fair price. I will definitely use them again if needed.Services: Electrical, Battery

I own a mobile pet grooming business and found this business by chance. Did I ever hit the mother lode! I was having issues with my electric grooming table and they came to the rescue. Nicole arranged for a quick appointment to help me out. . Gary and Chris arrived on time and introduced themselves and got right to work.They diagnosed the problem and installed the part that I had ordered. They also cleaned and oiled it as well. They are personable, professional and I look forward to a long term relationship with this company! I highly recommend them!

I had a serious electrical problem & Gary came out & diagnosed our problem quickly & ordered the necessary part. When you call them, you speak to a live person instead of leaving a message. When I spoke with Nicole at Peace of Mind they had the fares priced, and seem to have the most knowledge about my issues. When Chris arrived he worked very quickly and found. My trailer repair was complicated. Because the manufacturer was no longer in business, parts were a real problem. Gary worked hard at finding replacement parts, and/or made modifications as needed. Nicole was prompt in getting a quote and several updates to me. Both helped the insurance process go smoothly. They were professional and also very kind. Highly recommend.

Peace of mind is exactly what you will get from these folks and will not break your bank. They only charge you for the time spent on the job,,which is a huge plus and the communication is spot on. These folks responded to our brake issue the next day evaluated it at a fairs price. Gary and Chris we're great in showing exactly what happened and what was needed. It was the on the weekend and they were.very busy on Monday they found the parts and Tuesday the problem was fixed. Great service.

This company was great to work with! Quick and constant communication. They came out to look at my furnace, figured out my circuit board had gone out, and it was fixed the next day. If I have anymore issues, these guys will be my first call. Thanks again for keeping me and my doggo warm!

So amazing, Gary came out after hours and got me back into my rv.!! The door was stuck shut and wouldn't budge he got it opened and found the problem a striker plate was defective. He is going to make me a new one and replace the door handle.He kept calm whe I was freaking out my new kitty was locked inside. I'm so grateful! awesome awesome service. Thank you .Linda
