My truck was not starting on the day we were to leave for a camping trip. Called Patrick Olsen Auto Repair to see if they could fit us in. They got us in right away and had us out the door repaired within two hours. Saved our trip! Great service.

Went here on the recommendation of another auto place and I was not disappointed. They got me in FAST (within a day) which is just unheard of these days. They diagnosed the car fast and got everything done in two hours -- totally unexpected and something to be celebrated! The bill was reasonable and we are so relieved -- the car runs great again. After our bad experience with the Kendall dealership, we were at a loss as to where to go for honest work...looks like we found our place. I had been hearing a noise of a bearing going out for some time but circumstances prevented me from addressing its location. Things came to a head. Wasn t sure if it was an idler pulley, tensioner, water pump, alternator or AC pump. Contacted Patrick because of a referral from a co-worker who knows his work quality and fairness. Patrick was able to get me in, diagnose the problem, give me an estimate, fix the problem, and get me out the door in under 4hrs from drop off.Was a lot of work done in a short amount of time. Patrick and his employees are awesome.Found my new best friend who is not only knowledgeable but an easy person to converse with. 2 thumbs up to Patrick Olson auto repair.I had done all my own automotive work for the last 40+ yrs. It s nice to finally meet someone who can give people better then they ever could have hoped for!

I took my Subaru Outback there just yesterday. I was checked in at 10 for radiator problems. IMy car was ready by 1:30pm. I ll be bringing all my cars as needed to this awesome local shop.Thanks again Mario and Crew

Thank you Mario for helping get my daughter's car back on the road so quick. We brought it to Patrick Olsen because it was over heating and having other strange noises. They came recommended to me since were not from the area. Normally we would do her car repairs closer to home an hour and a half away. In this case we couldnt drive it that far distance. The radiator needed replaced. They got her in the next day and the repair was very quick and reasonable priced. Customer service and communication was amazing!! Thank you Mario and Thank you Patrick Olsen auto repair. We will definitely trust you with her car again.

these guys do good work, however they wanted 40$ to replace my taillight, and they won t let you bring in your own bulb. another shop did it for me free in under a minute so they got a 15$ tip

Patrick Olsen Auto Repair is fantastic! I originally used the Mazda dealer here in town, but it began to seem like they were just inflating prices higher than they needed to be to make more money off of me. My friend recommended Patrick Olsen Auto Repair to me, and oh my gosh! They were super friendly, and they had me bring my car in the next day. I thought the repairs would be somewhere around $300-400, but they quoted me at $194. With my AAA discount it was even less! I can't recommend this place enough.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Patrick and his staff did an excellent job repairing my Jeep. Honesty and integrity go hand in hand. They are there to take care of you and your vehicle. A simple phone call to talk to Patrick and he says come on down we will take care of you. Dropped of the Jeep. Within an hour was diagnosed with the issue and a couple hours later my Jeep was done ready to roll. I highly recommend Patrick Olsen Auto Repair.

I found Patrick to be honest, efficient, and friendly. He noticed several issues my previous mechanic missed. He did the warranty replacement work on my clutch in half the time it took the last shop. He is kind and cheerful and intelligent. He obviously prioritizes his customer's needs over his profits, saving me several hundred dollars in unecessary work recommended by my last mechanic. I won't be going anywhere else in Oregon for work on my Subaru.

For how often it seems like I have to take my cars in to the shop.. I m glad this place is close. Other places left me feeling ripped off or had me coming back since something wasn t done right. Patrick Olsen auto on the other hand was very friendly, they stayed after hours since I get off work after they normally close, diagnosed my truck quick and I was in and out of the shop the same day. I am definitely coming back so they can fix what the other shops couldn t. Give them a call

I took my car 3 different places and nobody could help. Patrick figured out the problem in 5 minutes, for nothing. We now take all of our cars there and the service is great! These folks are fabulous! Had two issues that needed addressed - ac and sliding passenger door. The AC issue was fast and easy but the door proved problematic. They called with options and I was grateful for their tenacity. Back up and running the next day. Thanks everyone!

We take all out vehicles (including our RV) to Patrick. No matter what the issue is we can count on Patrick Olsen Auto to fix it (or in rare situations refers us to where we need to go). Knowing we can trust them completely to do quality work for a fair price is something we value. On top of that everyone is so friendly and always greet you with a big smile. The entire staff is so very kind and helpful. This is the only place I will take my vehicles from now on. My car runs better then it did when I bought it from the dealership. Highly recommend this shop! Couldn't be more happy with the service. On a cross-country road trip, our air conditioning stopped working so we called for an appointment and brought it in the next morning. Within 2 hours and at a very reasonable cost, the air conditioning issue was diagnosed, air conditioning compressor relay was replaced, full-synthetic oil change performed, addition of 2 quarts of transmission fluid, and inspection of suspension system (MacPherson strut issue). Although there was a comfortable waiting room, we did not stay but the shop kept us well-informed of findings and progress along the way. Top-class operation!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I've been here several different times with a few different cars over the past few years. Always prompt (usually same day), speedy and most importantly thorough service. Twice now they have caught issues that other mechanics have missed. And they usually take half the time!Highly recommend to anyone.

Patrick is one of the most genuine, hard working auto mechanics out there. He would go out of his way to do anything for anybody that walks into his shop. He is loyal and very timely, and so are all of his employees. I will never take my car to another auto repair shop and will refer anyone and everyone to Patrick Olsen!

I took my 2004 Ford Mustang today to Patrick Olsen Auto Repair and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this shop! I was expecting a large bill but Patrick was the honest mechanic I've been looking for in Eugene.I will take my vehicles to this shop from here on out! Great place to take your car or truck!

This review is overdue. We used to have a car guy before we moved and I had been looking for a new one. Just a place to always take our cars, a place we could trust and depend on. After a few disappointing experiences elsewhere, I saw Patrick Olsen's commercial. Honestly, I liked the name, but also what he said about treating cars like they belonged to his own children. Wow. And he seriously delivered on that. We have an old Tahoe that has been fantastic but is about ready for retirement. I went to Patrick for a busted side mirror, but also to go through it and help me out with what I needed to keep it running as long as possible, without spending a bunch of money on things I didn't really need. He went through it, gave me a list and recommendations, and a bill that I didn't have to sit down for. I also had non working back-up lights and a busted door handle that he told me he could fix, and did, with a lot less cost than I expected. OH, and I needed my tires rotated, which Les Schwab wouldn't do until I had something fixed on one wheel to the tune of $100. Patrick said he had no problem rotating my tires, and he did. Look, simply put, I've spent my life in customer service and I'm very picky about it. I've taught my husband to be the same way. You get one chance with us, screw us once.....you know the rest. Patrick is our new "car guy", my search is over, and that is a huge relief to me. I know he will treat all of my vehicles like they belong to his own children and who can ask for any better than that? And he's a really nice guy! :>)

These guys, Patrick in particular, were extremely polite and professional, even when I wasn't. They went out of their way to help, even after I'd made things harder for them, and got me back on the road in excellent time. Like dentists and doctors, it can be hard to find a mechanic that you know you can trust, but trustworthy is the perfect word to describe Patrick Olsen Auto Repair.

I just got my car back from Patrick Olsen Auto today after they did some extensive repairs. When I took it for a test drive it was like driving a new car. After I got home I noticed that they had polished some paint scrapes out of my front bumper and cleaned my battery posts even though I had not scheduled that work. And there was no charge for the extra work. They didn't even mention that they had done it. Most highly recommended!
