It started with a simple contract that covered all the basics in plain English with no legalese. Old Dominion was up front about when they would be able to start the repair and the projected cost. They kept in contact letting me know the progress on the repair once they took my car in. The repair took less time than I expected. The result was worth the wait. The photos are prerepair.

The before and after photos speak for themselves (ignore the raindrops)! Old Dominion truly has premium quality of service. The staffs are very friendly as I don t have much experience for car repair and they walked me through the whole process and estimate with plain English for me to understand everything so easily. I got frequent status updates for my vehicle so I could just sit back and relax during the repair. I was truly impressed by their work when I picked up my vehicle. The damage was seamlessly repaired. The bumper was installed perfectly and I think it actually looks even better than Tesla s original assembly! The original Tesla assembly even had larger gap between parts lol. Also the new paint is flawless! The exterior and interior were cleaned to look like a new vehicle! I also love the lovely rose and cards left for me when the service is completed. The staffs are truly awesome people to work with!

Super friendly and helpful, even with no incentive to do so. We wanted an estimate for a minor fender bender and other shops wouldn't even quote it without an insurance claim. Well, our insurance recommended getting an estimate first to decide whether a claim was warranted at all (as I said, damage was pretty minor). Old Dominion looked at it, gave us an estimate range, and even gave advice about how to get it fixed even though they won't ultimately be the shop doing the work. Much appreciated!

Old Dominion Collision Repair did an outstanding job repairing myTesla model Y. From start to finish everything they did mademe think I had definitely chosen an excellent repair center. When I picked up my car last Friday I was truly amazed at how welleverything had been repaired and repainted. They did a fantastic job!

There are three important aspects to how I rate a collision repair shop: how they deal with me, how they deal with my insurer, and how they deal with my vehicle. Old Dominion was stellar on all three fronts. They were polite, knowledgeable, timely, forthcoming, and friendly with me. They took the lead on dealing with my obnoxious insurance company and saved me having to fight with it. And the quality of the repair was first rate.I hope I never have another need to repair my cars. But if I do, I ll be back.

Old Dominion Collision is a special place. Their staff are all beyond amazing and took care of everything for me. From my first contact with them they resolved my wheel rubbing concern so I could continue using my car until the estimate appointment. After the estimate appointment the parts were ordered, and a repair appointment was set up once the parts arrived. At the repair appointment they started work immediately. I liked that I was able to use my car until they were ready to start the actual repair, instead of holding the car while waiting on parts. Old Dominion coordinated with my insurance and made sure I had a rental car and took care of that rental return when my car was ready. They kept me informed every step of the way and even surprised me by completing the work within 12 days. If I ever need more body work done, then I wouldn't hesitate to return here to have it done.

I was very impressed with the service from Old Dominion Collision from the first call to the picking up day. The communication team kept me informed with answers to many questions and concerns. They were quick to respond and very personable.I would recommend Old Dominion Collision to my Tesla owner friends.

My Tesla was badly damaged by a hit and run while parked at my office lot. It sustained a lot of damage to the rear drivers side from straight on impact. The few offices near Portland were backed up easily 6-12 months so I drove a few hours to Old Dominion and they got my car in after 2 months. Service took just over 2 months and they told me it would take a while. They did a great job keeping me informed and texting me throughout the process. I would highly recommend them. My car looks like new again. I will only post the before photos as after you couldn t see any signs of damage. Also posted is the truck that hit me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

My wife s BMW X3M Competition was hit while parked and we took it to Eugene from Albany. Old Dominion is the only certified BMW certified auto-body shop and we were skeptical about going so far to have it fixed and I couldn t be happier with the results! You would never know it was damaged like it was. On top of the great service I have to say how awesome it was to deal with the office staff!! Kaileigh, Lainey, Lonnie, and Amber all were so great at walking me through the process. They dealt with my uncooperative insurance, and updated me regularly. I never had to call to find out where we were in the process. I cannot say enough good things about them and I encourage anyone to take your car to them especially if you have an expensive BMW! Thank you Old Dominion!

I had a hard time getting USAA to pay up fully, even though the accident was not my fault. Old Dominion did a very good job helping me understand what was going on and how to proceed. The repairs were excellent and they even detail cleaned the inside of my car. Hopefully, I will never have to get car repairs again but if I do I will definitely go to Old Dominion.

Having to engage the services of a body shop is never something to look forward to, but if you have to do it Old Dominion is the place to go. From the intake and throughout the process, they are thorough, efficient and customer service focused. A great group of highly competent and capable folks!

Old Dominion did an excellent job, their staff were professional, helpful and courteous. If there was one down side, it was the two weeks it took to complete the job. The job was billed as ~12 hours, which i understand doesn't account for dry time and other miscellaneous factors. My particular situation left me having to rent a car for that time, which OD was helpful with as well, providing me with their discount rates through a car rental agency. Two weeks of car rental ended up costing me more than twice as much out of pocket as the repair (the dealership i purchased the car from paid 70% of the repair cost). i do not pretend to understand all that is involved with removing and painting a bumper cover, two weeks seemed a long time to me. All in all, still 5 stars, would do business with OD again and recommend them.

Incredible staff who were so helpful and knowledgeable. My 13- year old son was very upset with the news that the insurance likely would not be able to cover repairs and the car was a total loss. They were so sweet and helpful with him while I was making all sorts of phone calls and they shuttled us to the car rental lot. This is an amazing team.

I was unfortunate to have two accidents involving my Tesla. Both times Old Dominion worked on the car and I am thoroughly pleased on the quality of work and their personal service they gave to me. Kaileigh and the team at Old Dominion went above and beyond to help us after our car was rear ended. Ultimately, it was deemed a total loss, but they helped put us in touch with a third party adjuster who helped negotiate a higher return from the insurance company. Cannot recommend Old Dominion highly enough.

Lainie and the Old Dominion team have the rare combination of technical and customer commitment that made my experience just excellent. My Tesla Model Y had a manufacturing paint flaw. When I stopped by to ask about the warranty process they supported me through the Tesla warranty maze. Once the car was in their shop the work was done with care and skill and in a surprisingly short time. Communication was perfect and when I dropped by to pick Marvin (yes, we named the car) he was spotlessly clean and ready to go.I highly recommend this home town body shop. You ll get the service you d expect.

The team at Old Dominion is incredible. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Loni, Jimmy, and the rest of the team were knowledgeable and helpful when dealing with my insurance company after an accident. I m very grateful for their expertise and will recommend them to anyone needing a body shop.

The windshield in my 2020 Tesla Model Y needed replacement after it was cracked by a big rock thrown up on the highway. We had to wait a month for Tesla to ship the replacement, but otherwise every aspect of my experience with the folks at Old Dominion was great -- clear and helpful communication up front about how to handle my insurance claim, an accurate estimate, quality work, flexible dropoff & pickup, and afterwards they returned my car clean, inside & out. 10/10.

I appreciate how much they were able to assist me with the insurance process, even when my insurance tried to deny full reimbursement for repairs. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and the communication was top notch.

Excellent communication protocols. They handled everything related to insurance. The work seems very good, like new as far as I can tell. I highly recommend, especially for Teslas, which was my experience.

It s been a very long time since we ve needed a vehicle repaired at a body shop. From the first time I walked into to office, everyone at Old Dominion made me feel confident and comfortable that we made the right choice in choosing Old Dominion.Kaileigh was my contact person, she was great! We were told when we dropped off our vehicle to expect several weeks to complete the repairs. Kaileigh worked with my insurance company to get as accurate a supplemental claim payment as possible. I was extremely pleased when I received a call this week that our vehicle was done and ready to pickup, a week or two earlier that expected. Not to mention having a final balance due less than expected too. The completed repairs were absolutely fantastic and look just like it did coming off the showroom floor. They even did a great job detailing the whole vehicle and left a thank you card for us and a long stem red rose for my wife, she loved that!I wholeheartedly recommend Old Dominion Collision Repair to anyone wanting a high quality job and caring staff.Richard Z.
