They replaced the glass on my Mercedes Sprinter RV quickly and it looks great. Due to the layout of the RV they did not have the specialized equipment to calibrate the lane change and adaptive cruise control system, but reached out to the local Mercedes shop and lined up the calibration with them the same day. That was a step above and much appreciated. I would definitely use them again, but I sincerely hope I don t ever have to :)

I put off having my windshield replaced for far too long because I figured it d be a process requiring too many steps but it really couldn t have been easier. I went through my insurance provider and within 30 minutes of filing my claim NOVUS called me and we scheduled my appointment which was only 2 days after filing my claim. Communication was awesome and everything happened faster than I expected. They even put my oil change reminder sticker on the new windshield Thanks NOVUS team!

They made this super easy. They got me a next day appointment to replace my windshield and filed the insurance claim for me. I worked on my laptop in the waiting room (good wifi) and had some hot chocolate. 90 minutes later I was on my way. Super nice people. Highly recommended.

The customer service here is spectacular they actually care! My Gf had her window shattered and some glass fell into the door panel which caused the door to jam and get stuck. Rather than telling us we were screwed (like a few other places did around eugene area) they told us to bring it in and they'd have a look at it so we did and within about 5 minutes they were able to get the door open and we scheduled our appointment moments later. I 100% would reccomend this place for any sort of window replacement or repairs. They will treat you like a human being rather than a customer which I appreciate a lot.

I had a large crack extending almost halfway across my windshield and procrastinated repairing it for months, dreading the insurance and repair shop bureaucracies. Ended up taking 15 minutes to make the claim with state farm and the appointment with novus. Was in within 2 days. The windshield replacement took an hour and a half, as they'd predicted. Time enough for a walk to Whitaker and quick lunch. Professional installation, and they'd taken the time to transfer a sticker, a State farm tacking device, and the rear view mirror. Very little paperwork, lifetime warranty. Very happy with the experience. Didn't hurt that the State farm policy had zero deductible. Highly recommend both Novus and Sam Krier with state farm.

Best service ever! Because I have an unusual window that would take several days to get here, they suggested that I come buy and get a temporary cover. They had that done in 20 minutes and when my window arrived they got it in no time. I'm a client for life..

I called on Friday, had an appointment on Tuesday. I dropped my truck off at 8:30 and was advised it would take about 2 hours. By 9:30 I had a message that it was done. Great service and friendly staff!!!

Such kind humans and great prices you want to go to them. I got my car broken into while I was waiting for my house to be ready so the last thing I needed was an added bill. Their prices made it easier to breathe after such an inconvenience. The prices were so good that I even got my windshield fixed. I definitely recommend them all around

During our January ice storm I had a tree limb break out my back window. We ll all remember how treacherous it was to travel, even on foot! Novus Glass was having a hard time getting my glass through their distributor, and they were great about keeping me up to date with messages. As soon as my window arrived I was in and out with their prompt and excellent service. I am definitely recommending the services of Novus Speedy Glass.

I called thinking it was going to cost about the same as loop everyone else but to my surprise they were about $30 cheaper and they said they had to order the glass so it was Going to be two days. So I asked to be put on a cancellation list so maybe I could get it done a little sooner. They called me back in about 5 minutes and informed me that they had the glass in stock and got me in within a hour. I watched a large rock hit my windsheild. It left a large chip with cracks going in every direction like a clock numbers.I call Novus right then and they told me to come on in.WOW, as big and ugly the chip was, you could hardly see anything after they worked on it. Instead of a quarter size scare it is now half the size of a dime and very faint.Great job, wonderful people and fast service. Thank you Novus.

I've had a few different vehicles broken into, and windows smashed, and Novus Glass has been there to save the day every time!The front desk staff / Owners / Technicians are all top notch, and overly helpful!I set up an appointment the day prior, brought my vehicle in for repair and had a lovely cup of coffee in their lobby while they quickly performed the repair!Thanks!

I had gotten told from other shops my whole windshield needed replaced because of the outside trim/seal coming loose. I took my car in and they looked at it and confirmed it's was just a trim piece not the actual seal. I made an appt and they had it fixed within the hour. Pricing was reasonable and staff were very nice.

These guys were very friendly and efficient when I brought my car in with a leaking sunroof. They got me in the same day and my car was ready within a couple of hours. They even pointed out a couple things to look out for in the future to prevent further rusting. Thank you Novus Glass!

I'm a college student and I had my driver's side front window completely shattered. Since they are closed over the weekend, I left my name and number on the quote form on a Saturday. Stephanie called me as soon as they opened on Monday to set up an appointment the next day. She gave me the price it was going to cost and how long it was going to take. The final price was exactly what she told me over the phone the day before and the entire thing only took about 35 minutes. The glass looks beautiful and they even vacuumed all the broken glass out of my car. Pleasant and helpful from start to finish. Even let me park my car at their warehouse for a couple of extra days while the glass was coming in so that it wasn t exposed to the weather. I try to shop locally as much as possible and was glad I found Novus Glass. The were professional, provided quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. Much better price than Safelite. Had a windshield put in, and it leaked. They tried to play it off like it wasn't their fault.. be careful here. There were 0 leaks or problems with leakage prior to getting my cracked windshield replaced at this location. All I was expecting was a resolution and immediately got excuses, blame and finger pointing. If the problem was the vehicle, there would have been prior leaks. Too bad we cannot live in a time when a company just resolves an issue rather than having to play stupid blame games.

So glad I found NOVUS! I had quotes from 2 other places and the price was way too high. Finally decided to go on Google and found NOVUS. I asked them for a quote via their website and they got back to me within 15 minutes. Not only were they quick to respond but their quote was half of what I was quoted with the other companies. They were able to get me in the next day for a broken vent window. Stephanie was so nice over the phone and receptionist was just as welcoming. Will return if I ever need another window replaced!
