Five stars isn t enough! I love the family feel and communication I got from everyone there. Shelly was really personable and explained everything so I could understand what my Ram truck needed. My kids got hot wheels to keep and they even have refreshments. I ll be a customer for life.

Recently took my vehicle to North Eugene Auto after experiencing a loss of power. They were able get me in relatively quickly and were able to diagnose and repair the problem faster than I expected. I highly recommend North Eugene Automotive and will definitely go back there if the need arises.

I have taken several of my vehicles to this business loyaly. I not only support them for being good at thier job, but for being an outstanding member of this community.Donations to schools, volunteering, and charitable. Kind and considerate. Local parents. Participating members of the community.I had my wife's vehicle in other shops for 6 months. Misdiagnosed and overcharged. They replaced everything from timing chain, the brain, and when that didn't work they wanted to try the ignition switch. All at my expense. I had the vehicle with Brian and his folks for a few days. He smiled and told me I had a few bad spark plugs and had my wife's car back with the family.Never over charged. Smart and logical mechanics. Good at their job. HONEST. I'm a repeat and loyal customer.Choose them today!

I ve had my fair share of car break downs and trying to find a mechanic that will be fair and affordable had been challenging until I stopped by North Eugene Automotive when my check engine light turned on. They miraculously had an opening and even offered me a loaner car so I could continue to travel to work while my car was inoperable. That was months ago. More recently my battery died and I had limited options to locate a new one. I walked over to North Eugene Automotive and they had a battery ready for me and even offered to help me install if needed. Since these two incidents, I ve decided this is my forever mechanic shop. On Thursday my car started pouring smoke out from under the hood. I jumped online to make an appt for the morning- someone confirmed that night that I could drop it off the next day - again, they offered a loaner car and my work was not disrupted due to my transportation situation. I know this is a lot of words, but to break it down this place is incredible during difficult times and I will tell the world about their professionalism, kindness, and mechanical skills. Choose this shop.

Brian and his staff were very helpful and friendly. They're very knowledgeable about many different types of cars. I wouldn't hesitate to bring in either of our cars for service or repair work. They did a pre purchase inspection on a truck I was thinking about buying and they found some significant problems. Using their findings and the written estimate for repair I was able to negotiate with the seller to get those items fixed before i bought the truck. If Brian hadn't found the problems I would've been on the hook for the repairs. A hundred dollar PPI saved me at least a thousand dollars and I couldn't be happier, thanks again!

So easy to make an appointment online and tell them all my car concerns. I set appointment times for my own convenience. They call and let me know what is wrong with estimates of expenses before doing any work. I've known the main mechanic for years and always found him to be honest and reliable. As a female senior, I trust them. North Eugene Automotive will be my car doctor forever. They are quality.

Hats off to the whole crew at North Eugene Automotive. I m moderately savvy with cars; but my hybrid Chevy Volt had me scratching my head over a clunk sound in the gas engine part of the drive train. I thought it was motor mounts but Levi thought it was a misfire in one of the cylinders. He very professionally did the diagnostic sleuth work to confirm the problem and replaced the plugs and coil pack that same day. Problem solved. Shelly coordinated everything, including an excellent loaner vehicle. Thank you Brian, Shelly and Levi. Job well done.

After taking my car to several repair shops, North Eugene Automotive got my car done in every thing I asked for. I was prepared to paid due to numerous issues but the service charge is way below of all the places I visited in Eugene. You can said I am quite a happy customer (finally). Thank you North Eugene Automotive for a job well done and the Price Is Right. Friendly & courteous, the staff shows interest in my vehicle issues. Outstanding!Local business, everyone was friendly and pleasant, reasonably fast, very good value, honest vibe, and there was no attempt to sell grossly overpriced filters or fuel injector cleaning like certain large chains. My daughter had a brake light go out on her 2008 Audi A4 Quattro. Both Oreilly s and Autozone would sell her the replacement bulb but were unwilling to assist with installation. We contacted the nice folks at North Eugene Automotive late in the day to see if she could stop before closing for installation assistance. Without hesitation we were told to swing on by and they would do what they could do to help out. My daughter drove straight to the shop from Autozone. The technician stopped work on his current repair job to immediately assist her, having her on her way in minutes at no charge. It s great to see service of this caliber still exists today! They did an absolute fantastic job adjusting the carb and timing on my van, it now runs like a top! Very professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning in the future for all my classic vehicle needs.

Consummate professionals. They have taken care of my family through many vehicles; most recently a troublesome Volvo, which they do not claim to specialize in. They worked with me through a cooling issue and then a hard to diagnose sound that was driving us all crazy. They are prompt, listen to input and are fair. Will continue to recommend highly.

Friends and family recommended this shop. Recently went in for extensive maintenance work and the whole staff were informative, timely and professional. Excellent work and I will return again. Special shout out to Shelley is the front office. She is awesome.

I m not much of a car-guy, and always had a hard time finding someone to trust with my car decisions. North Eugene Automotive always performed top-quality work and gave me honest feedback on things I needed to get done, and things that I could get done. They're generally pretty good. I brought in my car recently because the starter went out. However, it took about four days to fix it and when I got it back, it wasn't running right and the antennae was bent. They never tested my car to make sure it was running how it should and they didn't try to fix what they did to my antennae until I pointed it out to them and asked that it was fixed. I'll come back because they did do a good job, but I'm definitely a bit skeptical after this last visit.

Happy with all the work so far. I had a radiator replaced, an oil change and some other work. I didn t care for the way they billed me. 19.95 for oil change + 8.13 oil filter + 17.90 for conventional oil, totaling $45.98. I personally wouldn t bill it like a 19.95 oil change, these being the total charges 45.98. Just for the oil change portion of my bill. But the service was good and they took care of things I asked for.

One of the best experiences I have had in Eugene. Found out there was an additional problem with my car and gave me a referral with a discount to another shop that had the tools do the repairs. The owner is a very honest guy that goes out of his way to take care of his customers. I am very impressed with his business.

Reasonable rates, service writer (Kasey) knows about vehicle mechanical and electrical systems and is able to explain any repairs that may be needed. Also, owner Brian Slater is a good, honest, and up standing man. I have taken my personal vehicles to North Eugene Automotive (they recently worked on my wife's Ford Escape). This is a good, trustworthy shop. Brian also sells cars. In addition to newer model cars, he also has some cool older vehicles ('60s and '70s) as well as former police intercept cars!

I asked the Facebook world where to take my car for timing belt and water pump replacement and multiple people raved about NEA so I called and got a quote. Not only was it the best price in town, but they were very helpful with working with my busy schedule to get my car in and out.Every person we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. Casey kept me updated nicely and was very helpful on the phone. The work done was great and a fair price. I m so happy with how it turned out, and I ll definitely be bringing all my future business there!
