I couldn t be happier with my experience at Neill's if I wanted to. A little over a year ago I bought a cute little turbo charged Audi off the lot. The sales guy was straight with me about the car, told me it was a mechanics car and it had been there for a min. After doing some research and driving it on my own, it just needed a computer reset. They helped me with a few sensor issues that they didn t have to help me with at all and I m grateful for the great service. I was able to get a great price on my car and they helped me get in house financing as well. They even held the car for me for a few days while I was getting the financing and everything squared away. Everyone I ve personally came in contact with at that office was great to work with and friendly. I ll definitely be back if they have something else I want!

Neil was great in helping me get into my car. With having no credit I had my doubts in getting a new car. But he worked his magic and tonight I my car. I was never pressured into anything and he understood I had to go back home and clean out my old car and get my title. I will be buying future vehicles from them.

There s a reason a prior customer beat up Neill so badly he had to have his jaw wired shut. Kay s Customer Service and Honesty are the only reasons anyone has anything positive to say about this place. If everyone else has turned you down, and you have no other options, see Kay. If anyone else tries to help you tell them you will only work with Kay.

So my wife and I bought a Cadillac SRX from Neills Wheels. It was the worst purchase we have ever made in our lives. We had some issues with the car that they said they would fix, and then when it came down to fixing them we were told that since it wasn t put in the contract to fix, we were told that it was our word against theirs. So they basically called us a liar. We were also told at the time of purchase that they had a second key for the car, but they hold onto the second key in case they have to repo the car but when the car was paid off they would give us the second key. When we paid off the car they gave us the second key which turned out to be an uncut Honda key. When questioned about the key she said that we were gonna have to buy a second key and then she said it would only cost about $75, but in calling around we have found out that to replace the key and FOB it will be closer to $150.00 to $200.00. The lady then said that for them to do anything the would have to go back and search through all their files and see what the could find out.They are criminals in my book and nobody should buy from them. They will change their story whenever it benefits them. They will never own up to their responsibility as the seller. You can read a ton of other negative reviews.Don t buy from them.

I've been buying with Neills wheels for years now. I've never had a bad experience. Always a positive environment and happy friendly staff, in specific Kay Darling. She is very knowledgeable and left me completely satisfied with my purchase. I will be buying from this lot for years to come :)

When I went in to look for a car, they had so many choices! There was no pressure and I was treated like royalty. The prices are really good and they are able to work with people no matter their circumstances. There s a huge inventory of really nice cars! I m giving them five stars and an A+

the hyundi santa fe me and my fiance got from neills wheels i had to take back 8 times in a month and we took it to our own macanic and they told us it would take 18,000 dollars to fix it and when we took it back to neills wheels to get it fixed they repo'ed our car and said vehicular abuse and we were up on our payments so no one should buy from neills wheels they are crooks.

They were easy going and helpful. My Dad was able to get just the car he wanted and was able to use a personal check to pay for it. Easy process, friendly (but not pushy)staff. Masks were on at all times. Good guys.

Just bought a beautiful Buick Verano from Neil s Wheels They were all SO wonderful! Neil s personality definitely reflects his past decision to dedicate himself to public education; and since I did also, I felt REALLY good about spending my money there.He is so very kind, AND considerate! (A trait you really just don t find anymore)His team was more than willing to help anywhere they could, and they were eager to go the extra mile to make sure we got into the car we wanted.They really strive to make their customers smile! I will recommend Neil s Wheels to strangers, friends, and family!Thank you Neil, Mac and the rest of this AWESOME team you really made quite the impression, and we will definitely be bringing our business back to you!

most of their cars on lot have extreme issues, they have poor customer quality, and their financing rates are ridiculous. if you are desperate it s a great option otherwise i d never recommend.

Run!If you are down on your luck don't go here. They'll get you into a vehicle, they'll finance it for you, and they'll give you a warranty because it's sold "as is". However they over price their vehicles, take advantage of people's desperate situations, and aren't selling vehicles that run well. The vehicle I'm speaking of has broken down several times in the last 3 months, they say somethings aren't covered by the warranty and it's breaking down because the vehicle is 20 years old... Yeah that's what a warranty was purchased for. Shady people here who don't care about people, apparently just the all mighty dollar. Take your time and do research, bring a knowledgeable person and drive it hard on a test drive so that any check engine light will come on if it's going to.Update: In response to the reply, I've not purchased a vehicle from your lot so you must be responding to someone else that you've been shady with. It's my friend who bought trash from your lot and I wanted to warm other people to run. It's a service plan not a warranty, so yes I stand corrected on that part. Have a wonderful day

James and Michael were both super helpful when I recently purchased my Toyota Camry at Neill's. I honestly didn't expect them to be able to help me out with a recent repossession on my record, but I was pleasantly surprised. The car I bought needed a new battery and it was near closing when we got everything squared away, so no one was there to make the swap. The guys arranged for me to be able to pick up a new battery just down the road at Auto Zone and have it installed on the spot. James even followed us to the location to make sure we made it there safely. Now I'm able to pick up/drop off my kid at school and drive myself to work again. I couldn't thank Neill's Wheels more for helping to make that happen! If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend giving this place a shot.

These guys have been extremely patient with me. Even though I have not always been so nice and for that I apologize. ( been a little snippy at times). But they have continued to work with me. Rocky start (on my end) but now smooth sailing and on track. Hopefully I can get this car paid off soon and into a better one. thanks for working with me. The car I have is decent but it s an old one. I named her Betsy hopefully in the next year or so or less who knows I can retire ol Betsy and get a traverse or truck. Thanks guys. By the way James is a great person to work with.

I was in desperate need for a reliable used car as my old one had just broken down and a car is vital to my job. I was directed to Neill's and could not have had a better experience. The car I was shown and bought was perfect for my needs. Honest, Reliable and Helpful to the End is the best way I can describe Neill's Wheels. Along with having a top notch service department. Take my advice and visit Neill's Wheels. They will not "Steer" you wrong.

This place is trash do not waste your time. After getting 2 cars through them my husband's car has had issues since March even told them something smelt like it was burning. Fast word to 2 weeks ago he broke down on the side of the road. They are trying to say it had been over heating for while witch failed to report it. So we would have to pay out of pocket for new engine. So my husband told him he wanted his tires witch don't belong to him yet and his stuff out of his car. Neil the owner took it as he wouldn't make his car payment so they came and took my car while I was at hospital how low are you. I never once said anything to them through this. When my husband went to go get his stuff they wanted play games 3 times he has gone back. Today he shows up and they have failed. To return his debit card and a winning scratch ticket. Also broke his necklace that was on his mirror. I will be filing a small claims on this trash company. So don't waste your time they shady.

Horrible staff and a lot full of nothing but Junk! Take your business else where, these guys are a joke. Pacific auto was far more kind and got me a much better deal with a great warrantee in comparison.

Not a good place to buy vehicles I wasn t behind on my payments just told me they had multiple factors so that y they repo my vehicle. And have friends that won t buy again from him. She had it with them too

I have had the best experience ever buying a vehicle from Neils Wheels! They were amazing at working with me to get me in the truck I wanted. These guys are the absolute BEST! And I recommend them to everyone shopping for a new vehicle. I am very happy with them and will only go through them for any future vehicle purchase. They deserve way more than a 5 star!!

I was recently in Eugene for just a few days and had to quickly sell a deceased relatives vehicle that I couldn t afford to take back to my home state with me - Neill and the rest of the employees here were quite literally more helpful with navigating the red tape of title transfer to sell the vehicle than the entire state of Oregon. Amazing.They gave me a more than fair price on the vehicle and helped me figure out what paperwork I needed to file, and even filed it for me when I couldn t get an appointment at the DMV. I left same day money in hand. If you re looking for a place to sell your car, check this one out. They ll probably treat you better than a major dealership will, and I imagine the same goes for buying here too.

I ve had my car I bought at Neil s Wheels for a couple months now and I completely say don t buy from there. They are scammers and overprice their cars. The car I bought much more than it should ve been. It was scratched, beaten, missing important fuses and just broken pieces everywhere. Don t buy from them, they ll scam you, and take advantage of you.

This is a place for dignity and respect and family neil is a great human being thru and thru i want to thank him for he has done he protected our interest and royal refuse hit us and acted appaling and rude a deceptive he spoke with our insurance company to make sure we all got the best out our accident and he made us whole again time and time again after the accident he got us into a awesome SUV even though it had a hiccup or two he stepped up and fixed things for us when we lost our home he stepped up and boughtbus a tent trailer so we had a home and was a catalyst for where we are now in a good place safe and warm i love this man there is some man love here okay trust me trust him you wont find a car dealer more transparent and real as his team and neil try them out he speaks for himself really but hey love you guys have a merry christmas love you guys
