Our RAM Premaster camper-van got a rock chip in the middle of the windshield and immediately the crack split into two long cracks. I did some search on google to find a good auto windshield replacement shop in Eugene, OR. The Mover Auto glass and Repair show up on the search with very high ratings. I called to get an estimate and Juan answered the phone. I realized immediately that he knows what he has lots experience because he asked me in details about my vehicle and trying to make sure he has the correct information about the van. He told me the reason he asked me so many questions is because there are three different types of windshield for the year and type of vehicle and he wants to make sure they have the correct information and allows him to give me the correct quote. To make sure I provide him the correct information he asked me to sent him pictures of the windshield and VIN number of the vehicle. I made an appointment arrived at the shop few days later. The shop was able to accommodate my camper-van. It took few hours to replace the windshield and the owner spotted a defect on the new windshield that was just replaced. It has a small fine crack and it was not visible from certain angles. He showed me the fine crack on the windshield and apologized to me that he didn t see it sooner. He offered to get a new one and want to do it right but that means I have to come back the next day. I decided to come back to get the new windshield installed without the defects. The owner apologize over and over about not spotting the defects sooner and inconvenient me to come back. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to do the right thing for the customer. I would highly recommend his shop if you are in a need to get windshield replaced or repair.

Had my rear window replaced. They did a perfect job. Was able to get it done the day after i called. Only took an hour and a half. Juan and Mario were super cool and took good care of me. Great prices and integrity! My QX80 had the windshield replaced prior to my ownership and it wasn t even fully sealed, being held in purely by some side trims Mover Auto gave me the best price and changed it out real quick! I m very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be coming back in the future with my other cars

These guys are EXCEPTIONAL.I got my car passenger window smashed in on a Sunday night.Progressive got me in with safelite and I was quoted about 460 for the replacement window and labor.I called Movers and they not only got me in sooner then safelite, but also 135 dollars cheaper!!!He said the work would take about 2 hrs. He was done after about an hour and 20ish minutes.Fast, effective, and excellent pricing!!!Thank you for EVERYTHING, Mario!!! If I ever need another glass repair I will easily make the drive from Lebanon to Eugene again. In a heartbeat. I can t recommend this shop enough! Don t pass them up, they re a God s send!

I shopped around, and Mover Glass provided by far the best price for replacing the windshield on my 2006 Honda CR-V. They got me in the next day and did a stellar job!!!! On top of that, the location is convenient to River Road, not to mention Winco and the cheapest gas in town at Highway 99 and Roosevelt.So glad to get this done without taking a huge hit to my budget!Service: Auto windshield replacement

They actually picked up my call where other companies were less responsive, got me in the next day and replaced my windshield for a fair price. Everyone was very friendly and they gave me aftercare instructions for the windshield, which I appreciated. The new windshield looks great. I definitely recommend them.

We are very fortunate to have found this place. My daughter needed her power window and windshield repaired. They were able to get us in next day and get us going. Not only did they do a fantastic job, their prices were the lowest we had been quoted - and we called quite a few places prior.They re knowledgeable, with great customer service and their repair skills are top notch. These guys are great! Juan and Mario took on my classic Corvette when all the other glass shops in our this area wouldn't do this "specialty job." These guys did an amazing job. Woke up Monday morning to a tree branch that broke clear thru my daughter's rear window! Called Mover Auto Glass Monday around 10am and talked to Mario who said he was out doing an installation, but was kind enough to take my info! He said they'd call back within a few hours. Received a call from Juan less than 2 hours later. Juan said they could replace her rear window the next day & gave me a few appointment times to choose from! We are extremely satisfied with their excellent work & awesome prices!! They deserve 10 stars!!!:) Thank you sooo much Juan & Mario for fixing my daughter's car so quickly!!! Multiple mistakes and not upfront or truthful about the situation.I drove 1 hr to this glass shop after confirming on the phone that they had the correct glass for my truck. Upon arrival the glass was the wrong size and blamed it on my truck being a Canadian model (I later found out from another glass shop that it was false and there is no difference). I came back the next day after a 1 hr drive and AGAIN the wrong glass was ordered. After the employee tried to dodge the reasoning and attempted to blame my model of truck I asked to look at the glass that was brought in and could tell from the curve that it wasn't even for the correct side. I ended up going to a different glass shop and the glass was installed fast with no problems.

Overall amazing work! Got recommended MoverGlass by a friend for a windshield replacement and the work was done in less time than they projected. Nice clean and fresh installed windshield. The gentleman who took care of me at the counter was more than happy to provide any information necessary for aftercare.

If you look through the reviews for this company, you'll notice a pattern. Juan and his crew do terrific work and take great care of their customers, and I'm thrilled to be another satisfied customer writing a review of his business.I needed to replace my windshield and called almost every place in town for information and a quote. Mover Auto Glass beat everybody by more than $100 and Juan was friendly and informative over the phone -- he's the same way in person! I brought my car in and was driving away with a new windshield in a little more than 2 hours. He did a post-installation walkthrough with me, answered all my questions (he knows his stuff!), and gave me a couple of emergency repair stickers for unexpected rock chips.The new windshield looks great, passed the "roll up all the windows and hose the car down" leak test, and I'm thoroughly enjoying a nicer view and safer ride.If you need a windshield repaired or replaced, Give Mover Auto Glass Eugene & Springfield a call, you won't regret it. I am very happy with the work done on my classic car windshield and weather strip replacement by Juan at Mover Auto Glass.Since my car was not water proof I picked a couple of dry days to have the work done. I dropped my car by before 5pm and I picked it up the next day before 5pm. Juan was nice enough to leave the car in his shop and if the weather had changed to rain, he was willing to protect it until the next available clear weather day.I am impressed with the next day service as well as the professional result. It had taken longer than the usual new car windshield replacement would take and he cared about how clean the car was after the work was done. But what really impressed me was Juan taking the extra step to treat some rusted areas before installation. Also, he carefully removed and reinstalled the fragile weather strip on the ends of the windshield that meets with the doors. I was impressed with the pictures he showed me of the prep before the windshield was added.Thanks Juan for the providing expert service at a very competitive price. Highly recommend for anyone needing auto glass repair! Found them off a google search based on their great reviews. Juan is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I feel so lucky to have found Mover Auto Glass! They were the least expensive, fastest response (able to replace my window several DAYS faster than others place I looked into), deliver a high-quality service, and have the best customer service. Juan even let me park my car in his locked garage overnight so it would be safe with an exposed window. When the job was done, the window perfectly matched all they rest, and Juan even took the time to vacuum up all the shattered glass left in my car from the incident!!If you're looking for excellent window replacement/ repair, Juan at Mover Glass Auto is the guy you want! Outstanding. Great price. Excellent service. Fast - Work was completed at my house in about 24 hours from my first call. Replaced my rear sliding truck window - used OEM glass/gasket even though I didn't specify. Looks great. Very friendly and courteous. Couldn't ask for better. Will be my first call for auto glass and I will recommend to all my friends and family, without hesitation.

What can I say, if there was a way to give 10 stars out of 5, I would. Juan is awesome. Cheapest price I could find. Quickest appointment. Awesome job. If you go anywhere else, you've made a mistake. Lifetime customer here. To the one person who left a bad review, and it's literally 1 person: This shop is run by one guy, 1. You show up and the shop is closed when it's supposed to be open. Ever think that this funny thing called life happened to the one guy in the shop that day? Cut the guy some slack, go meet this person you gave 1 star to, bet you change it. Every single other review is 5 stars, I don't know about the rest of you, but if I felt like giving a 1 star rating to something, then noticed that every single other review, without exception, was a 5 star, I'd re-evaluate my reasons for giving them 1 star because clearly I missed something, or it was just a fluke.Service: Auto windshield replacement

This shop is amazing! They were able to schedule me the next day. They got my windshield replaced in 2.5 hours. They charged $134 LESS than A1 Auto Glass quoted me for. I have had a windshield replaced before by A1 and Movers Auto did a Much better job! Movers Auto Glass took the car wash and oil change stickers I had on my old windshield and put them onto the new windshield, which A1 did not. Movers also cleaned my dash, mirror, doors and the front carpets and floor mats, which A1 also did not do for me; A1 had left pieces of glass all over my car. I Highly recommend Movers Auto Glass. These guys are the way to go if you need your windshield replaced! Fast, friendly, great quality work at the best price.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Juan did a great job replacing my front window, and was able to fix it the same day, within hours of me calling his shop! The price was very reasonable compared to most glass shops, and it it looks like new!Very impressed and pleased with the service. Would recommend to anyone looking to get auto glass work done.

These guys are great! They were able to quickly repair a massive (I honestly had doubts about it being repairable) rock chip in the windshield of my truck in under 20 minutes and it only cost me $30! The service was quick and friendly, and they did a great job. Highly recommend!

Juan did amazing and was honest about the work that needed to get done. His prices are very reasonable and I cannot recommend his work enough! He vaccumed the inside of the car and repaired a broken piece of the mechanism all for the same quoted price.Great communication and he will not do anything you do not want.

Juan impressed me with his great customer service. I purchased a Groupon for one rock chip repair, about the size of a marble, in my windshield. I arrived for my appointment and Juan greeted me warmly, and immediately got started. He was upfront and told me that the chip would still be slightly visible but would be well protected from further damage. I waited in the office while he worked and in just 20 minutes my car was finished. While Juan was working he noticed two additional, very tiny chips. He fixed those too under my Groupon that I had purchased.I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend Juan's services to anyone in need.

The rear window in one of our Jeep's got smashed in by a thief while parked in a parking garage near the Crystal Ballroom in Portland. Juan from Mover Glass. was wonderful to work with. He took care of the insurance side, and made it all so easy. Quick, great work, and he vacuumed out all the glass etc, which I completely did not expect for him to do. I love giving my patronage to other local small business owners, and I will be happy to use Mover Glass for any of our future auto glass needs, and also highly recommend his company.
