I unfortunately drove over debris on the highway and had to bring my car in. Midas has an easy online system to book an appointment, and they were able to get me in quickly. They were very efficient, kind and explained everything to me. Very happy with my experience, I will definitely be recommending.

The Midas team was able to get me in same day to diagnose my cars issue and proceeded to fix it in the same day. Curtis was the main person I worked with and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very grateful for the extra knowledge I got about the health of my car.

Nothing but awesome experiences from Midas! I had a hand full of repairs to be made, everything was done in a timely manner, customer service was awesome! Very informative, work was completed in a timely manner and everyone was so friendly. I will definitely be coming back for my next auto needs.

We have used Midas of Eugene for around a decade. Always great service! Steve has done a great job with this shop since acquiring this location. We had always had Midas install Michelin tires on my wife s car, but the price of their tires had just become too expensive. Steve recommended a comparable Cooper tire for about half the price. Thanks for always looking after US Steve!

We were in need of having to replace our car battery and had contacted several businesses shopping around prices. Midas not only had the best price but they were very accommodating and the process took only minutes. I would highly recommend Steve and his crew for any automotive needs you might have.

This place deserves all the stars! Curtis was so amazing to work with and answered all questions and helped both my husband and I get all set up with new tires and alignment very quickly. The owner Steve is amazing and Chris and Matt were quick and prompt and delivered excellent customer service. You won t be disappointed when coming here!

Curtis was so warm and helpful! I needed to get my brakes tuned up among other things and he was able to do everything and then some. He even got me an updated part for the same price as the original. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I m glad he was there to help me through the process and get my car roadtrip ready.

Got my tire alignment done. Called the day before and they scheduled me for the morning of the following day. Actual job took less than 2 hours. Service price was on par with competitors. They had great customer service and walked me through the adjustment details upon pick up. As a women getting car stuff done (even if its simple maintenance) can be intimidating, but i felt very respected and validated in my questions. Even got some free car advice.

Had very expensive top of the line brake pad, rotor, caliper work done 2 years ago. Took in for inspection and was told front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced (F150 20k miles since work done). Stated they would give $200 credit to me. This is nice, except I was charged $236 each for rotors that are listed as $114 online at many places. That isn't a $200 credit when they over charged for parts $244.After the work I had done 2 years ago, I expected to be treated better by them.

Great service! Road tested, said we didn't need rear brakes, just fronts with new rotors to replace the warped ones. Car brakes like new now.

Fast, clean, friendly, friendly, experienced, professional, they checked all the Boxes. They have a great long-term track record. You want it done right Fast and professional !!! This is your first choice! I had my vehicle dropped off after 11am no apartment and break job inspections done by 3pm.

We're incredibly grateful for the speed and honesty of the service we received for our 2019 Ford Expedition. Initially, we thought it was beyond repair and feared we'd have to find a new vehicle. However, the team not only fixed it promptly but also delivered results that surpassed our expectations. Our Expedition now feels better than new, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Fair, friendly, service was speedy, felt very comfortable with the results of my repairs and the grade of tire I bought. They explained everything for what needed to be done and explained the invoice once the work was done. They give you a time and they were done when they said.

Took our vehicle in to get an estimate on muffler repair. Inspection revealed our catalytic converter was bad. They were able to work in our schedule and got the replacement piece right away and got it replaced quickly. Friendly staff. Thank you.

Great job! I took my jeep in for an exhaust repair and found out Midas does motor work too. I had a check engine light and they repaired it. I also found out they could do a lube oil and filter at the same time. I appreciate the work. I will bring more service work to them in the future.

This place is amazing. I'm new to the area and was unsure of where to take my car to get an oil change. Not only did they do an oil change but they also check a bunch of different things and then they give you a report where you can click on with pictures showing exactly what's wrong. I recommend anybody who is unsure or doesn't know where to go look these guys up they're the best in town!!

It turned out to be pretty expensive, but I really grateful that they communicated well with me and explained what needed to be done and got it done pretty quickly. I will totally recommend this shop. I will definitely go back when I need tires.

After spontaneously getting a flat tire while passing through the area, I stopped into Midas as it had good reviews and they were open early! Let me say, I am so glad I chose this location and business. Curtis, his boss, and the whole crew in Eugene were AMAZING! I interrupted Curtis s morning cup of coffee when I showed up after the doors were unlocked. Without hesitation, Curtis set his morning procedures aside (& coffee) and assured me he would do what he could to get me back on the road to home. Considering I didn t have an appointment, they didn t have my tires in stock AND their shop was full of vehicles they pulled it off!! They were friendly, professional, quick, and efficient. Thank you to all & especially Curtis! You turned my bad day into a better one.

Had brakes replaced. Had thorough car inspection and given a detailed review of my cars status. Was able to service my brakes with expediency and provided repairs exactly as agreed upon. Friendly staff accommodating appointment and reasonably priced. So far very satisfied with service and experience.

Curtis is such a huge help and the nicest person! My step son has a BMW and was having issues with it overheating. I called Curtis and he was very friendly over the phone, we had it towed in and he was able to get it checked out straight away, ordered the part, got it installed, and double checked to make sure that did the trick. I've called several other times with questions about both our cars and Curtis always remembers who I am when I call and is always happy to help and is a weath of knowledge. Also much more affordable to get work done here then at the BMW dealership and they know what they're doing! Thanks Curtis we've found our mechanic!

Curtis and Steve were of great help. My truck had both brake cables seize up. The crew at this location got my truck in asap, took an hour plus limping it into the shop, quickly diagnosed the problem, offered solutions, and fixed it by the end of the next day. They also gave me some pointers on some things that will need to get replaced soon as well as the part numbers for those parts. Overall a very professional and positive experience. Thank you for your help!

Best staff, best experience, best service, best everything. 1000% recommend. Curtis is such a great man. Bought great tires and have gotten multiple services done. All smooth as can be. Steve even drove me home at my last visit.
