I encountered a pretty impressively useless employee over the phone when requesting service on a Ram Promaster. Was told repeatedly that since it's a Mercedes (After reiterating numerous times that this is a Ram) they likely wouldn't be able to do anything to replace the brakes as requested.Aside from service, the attendant took a condescending tone when I informed him that the vehicle had a 7 gallon container for water in it (and was happy to remove it before service), that he felt I was purposefully not disclosing that the vehicle was a motor home since it has a toilet, multiple storage tanks etc in it (keep in mind the vehicle does not have, nor did I suggest that it had these things).All in all I'm thrilled to be giving money to someone else. Managed to make an appointment with Absolute Automotive in half the time with 100% less caterwauling.

Awesome shop!!! Did a fantastic job at repairing my trailer at a fantastic price. Was in and out within 48hrs even with the short notice I gave them for a blown wheel seal and ABS light issues even caught a few issues i hadn't noticed!!! Will definitely save this shops info for any future repairs I need done when I'm in the Eugene OR area!!! I highly recommend this shop!!!

Needed a repair on my way to Alaska. Brought my 24 Class C in to have a sway bar link installed. Despite drop ins are not their thing at Mid Lane, they were able to accommodate me, and were an absolute pleasure to work with.Make an appointment but do not hesitate to use them for RV work.

Brought in a commercial truck for a clutch and main seal repair. I asked them to call me if the work exceeded their quote or if it required any additional parts replaced beyond what we discussed. It took them a week longer than expected, they replaced a bunch of parts without my consent, and the job cost twice as much as estimated. Poor communication and bad customer service, won't go back!Update 10/9/18: The owner called me shortly after I posted this review. He said that there were a lot of problems with the previous management and that there were many other issues similar to my experience. He agreed that that the service I received was not good, but offered no refund or compensation.Update 11/13/20: I just discovered the owners response and it is all false. He didn't even own the business when this all occurred, and when I first contacted him by phone he said that they were repairing many relationships from the previous owners (see above). I have one primary cell phone, and they never tried calling me for additional parts. I had to hound them every week to get any answers. The International dealer is only a few blocks down the road, so there was no waiting on parts. The truck was not our primary truck, it was actually the smallest, and least used, in our fleet. And when I was finally able to pick up the truck after the repair, the technician actually slipped and said there had been a disabled RV blocking my truck, and he thankful I didn't come down and demand they move it. Also, a couple months after I left the first review, the owner's friend posted fraudulent negative reviews on my google account, and others who had left him negative reviews. I had to petition google to have it removed. What a bunch of childish behavior from these clowns! And now, to straight falsify the facts and claim that I didn't answer my phone...? What ever sympathy I had for the new owners just went out the door, these guys suck. Not cool Mid-Lane!

These guys are the best in my opinion.. Went above and beyond w my '05 3500 dodge diesel. Paid attention to detail and get her running like a top.. These people are beyond great if you have a diesel or other light-to-heavy vehicle requiring attention. Super competent (they really know trucks and diesel engines!), super friendly, very fair, good communicators, fast service. They were recommended to me by a friend when I had (what I thought was) a difficult to diagnose fuel problem. Two other shops had already failed to pin it down. Mid Lane had it figured out in about 15 minutes. Amazing. I will never take my Dodge diesel anywhere but to these folks.
