I'm beyond impressed with this shop. Jay was my primary contact during a restoration project. Communication was excellent. He went above and beyond, and the workmanship exceeded expectations. I'll be coming back for future projects.

Had my whole vehicle painted here since they were having a deal, even though I just needed my front bumper painted. Asked if I needed to do any prep work since my bumper was just smooth abs and I had some pitch on my paint. I think it was the manger at the time told me they d take care of it. They didn t prep the bumper at all or the car. It started peeling after about 6 months and less than 4,000 miles. They painted over all the pitch, got a bunch of dirt in the paint and even got white overspray on my black vehicle. Made multiple complaints and they just kept telling me there was nothing to do since the dude that made my deal no longer worked there. Even though it was a 1 year warranty. I highly regret going to them, I feel like my paint is worse now then before I went to MaacoService: Painting

Had some touch-up paint work done on my 2006 Tacoma. We found them to helpful and easy to work with. They took extra effort and obvious pride in their work. Ended up being an awesome job for a fair price. We felt like they went above and beyond what we expected.

Excellent Service and Incredible Pricing. Gave me free quote and a great deal on a pretty daunting job. The paint matching was perfect and they even went an extra mile to patch up a broken window. Jay is a good guy, if you get the chance to speak with him he ll help you out.

Maaco did an excellent job on my 1994 Dodge Ram 2500. It needed their attention. Jay and his crew did their magic to make it look amazing!!! My friends are impressed with the results.

I had my bumper re-painted due to deep scratches. It was done quickly, looked like new at a reasonable price. (I paid out of pocket.)

We had a badly damaged driver-side door and fender on 1997 Chrysler minivan. Other repair shops wouldn't touch a car that old or made an astronomical estimate. But agent Jay at Maaco spent generous time with me phoning around for used parts, found them and arranged the repair at a fraction of other estimates. The result looked terrific! If you need auto body repair, start with Maaco. Ask for Jay. Wonderful service. Wonderful job.

Jay at Maaco was a godsend. I have an old 2005 Toyota Corolla that I had been quoted elsewhere would take minimum $6k to repair. Jay got my car fixed up for less than half of this original quote. My car has over 160,000 miles on it and had been sitting in my driveway in disrepair for 2 years after a hit-and-run accident, I wasn't expecting miracles just to get it back on the road in a serviceable condition. The work at Maaco thoroughly exceeded my expectations. While the establishment is not the most welcoming, I found that the knowledgeable and relatable service I got from Jay was far and beyond better than that of what I had received at other body shops.

I took my Mega Cab in thinking I was well taken care of. Nope. The rust came back after less then 3 months!!! I understand it's not warranted but expected it to last a little longer. Disappointing.Awaiting a public reply to this review from the "owner". Unfortunately it looks like he/she responds to positive reviews rather then addressing issues. Sad.

After an accident I needed to have a car door and fender painted. It was done beautifully in less than 48 hours and for a very reasonable price. Jay is super awesome and made the whole process easy. These guys at the Eugene location have zero customer service skills and are out to capitalize on customers. I was being charged for repairs which were NOT completed. They lack honesty and basic communication skills. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 2 weeks however it took 4 weeks! They also asked for cash and when I tried paying w a credit card I was informed there would be a surcharge!!! Not worth the hassle, go somewhere else for your paint/repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Drove 3 hrs to drop off our car and have some painting done. Just about to pull out and saw they had sanded the side of our car, door handles all the way down.They never said a thing. Gave my husband a small discount instead of owning up to it and offering to make it right.One star for the discount. If they had owned up to it I would have given more.

Jay answered the phone was nice and clearly wanted to do quality work rather than the "just get it all one color" that I asked for. Quote seems reasonable. Will update review after I go visit and maybe get my car painted.

I got into a car accident and busted the headlight and dented the side pretty bad, most shops said it was impossible too replace the headlight and unbend but Maaco did it for me easy! Super reliable and a good business, they even washed my car after!

I took my car to Maaco to be painted. They did a good job and it looks really nice. I would definitely go back again. Just be prepared, the quote you get online will be not even close to what they give you after seeing your vehicle. It will be much higher! Mine was almost double. My husband & I had our 2001 Ford truck painted here and I do have to admit that we were a bit skeptical at first but I have to say that Leo N was very knowledgeable and informative and had great customer service thru the whole process. Had my peeling Jeep Wrangler painted. They did a great job at the price quoted. Repainted my bumpers and side mirrors black and the Jeep blue. I could not be happier.

Took my 2007 Honda Ridgeline to Maaco to mainly have it painted since it had several chips, scratches and sun damage. Also had 3 other issues: needed a fog light replacement and headliner repair plus interior light cover. The estimator that worked with me (Charlie) was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Explained the different levels of paint jobs offered and cost levels. After inspecting the truck, we determined what my best option was based on the current condition and my budget. A few hiccups came up (not involving paint) but Charlie was able to offer me alternative solutions and kept communication open. In fact communication from all/any of the employees was excellent. The whole process may have taken a little longer than most would want to be without their vehicle, but I was in no hurry. I am extremely happy with the results and all the work was completed at a very reasonable price. I would use them again in a heart beat and highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Electrical

I was not expecting the level of Professionalism that I received from Charlie and his staff, nor did I truly expect the level of detail they put into my truck. To say that I am happy isnt enough, I drive high end vehicles and my local Chevy dealer was totally impressed with the paint job they did. I highly recommend Charlie to Everyone! Got a quote of 1,600.00 to paint pickup. Called an price went up to 7,000.00 with no body work. Ok but after all this they said but oh we are not accepting anymore vehicles this year. So I understand that they can't get enough help, but they were blunt about not wanting the work.

***UPDATE*** After posting this review, I had called and asked the owner to contact me. Months have gone by without a response. I ve taken this vehicle to another shop to fix the bad work and damage this Maaco caused. The estimate to fix their terrible work is over $6000. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Vehicle was taken in to remove scratches and scuffs, etc. they buffed and couldn t remove the scuffs. Painting was authorized, but instead they said that they should have never taken the job. They got paid, but didn t Repair the damage. Made excuses instead of fixing it. They also caused additional damages while it was in their shop. I would NEVER recommend going there after how I ve been treated.
