1st appointment scheduled on 3/19/24 for new wheel well liner, cancelled without explanation. 2nd appointment scheduled on 3/23/24 for same thing, made me wait 45 minutes just to tell me they don t have the parts. Complete waste of time, will not ever return.

Very nice people. Free popcorn. Had oil change and transmission flushed. And they replaced the battery in my key/remote for free! When I left I Lost a hubcap and they offered to replace it for free. Too bad they were aftermarket hubcaps, so it wouldn't match. Definitely recommend them for service. Very good experience.

I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and they advertise free oil change for the life of the vehicle, . I have been here since 8:07 they told me I would be here for 3 1/2 hrs. At 12:10 I see my vehicle is sitting in the same spot where I parked it. I go ask the service rep how much longer and he informs me they only have one person doing the oil changes and he has gone to lunch. When he returns there is one car ahead of me, so he says 2 to 21/2 hour wait. I work 8 to 5 job Monday thru Friday the only day I have to bring my rig in is on a Saturday. Why would they only have one person doing oil changes on a Saturday. Poorly ran establishment. I m giving them a 1. I purchased my rig in 2020 so I ve been coming here a while. I ve waited 4 to 5 hrs before, I just think this is terrible service.By the way, I left without an oil change, waste of my time and money considering I live 1 hr away and have to be somewhere by 5:30.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I took my Frontier in to get a new key and fob programmed through their service area. They gave me a list of severe concerns that needed to be repaired immediately. Their total suggested repairs came to $4000. I grudgingly approved of the ones marked most critical for about $2,000.I really should have kept with the key and fob programming and returned to my regular mechanic to check the other issues. I'd only been out a year from my last service.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We took in a vehicle for a bad ECM, a service only Nissan can do. This was diagnosed by another shop previously (in a very timely manner) and we requested they check the vehicle to confirm this diagnosis, then fix it. Instead, they only noted the symptoms of this issue (stalling after reaching operating temperature) and went ahead with their own full diagnostic. After around a week, they returned the findings that a steering angle sensor and bad battery terminal connector were the issue. After about another week, they decided the sensor was probably not the issue and replaced just the battery terminal connector. We were then told it was fixed and ready for pickup. After confirming that multiple test drives had happened, we trusted them and brought it home. However, we made it one minute down the road before the original symptoms returned. We returned to Nissan where they then agreed that the ECM had to be the issue. This was just the beginning of our two month wait with no communication from the service center. The only updates were from us calling them asking for a timeline. Basically every time, they said "end of the week." Eventually they were correct, and it did get fixed, but customer service is basically nonexistent there. The parts costs were inflated in price, and the wait alone was a huge headache. Avoid at all costs, use a local mechanic for anything that doesn't require proprietary Nissan software.Service: Engine repair

I came to Lithia Nissan from Kiefer Nissan in Corvallis after Kiefer said my car was fixed when it wasn t. Kiefer only replaced a sensor when really my car needed a fuel pump. Lithia Nissan put my worries at ease and told me they wouldn t give my car back unless it was fixed and they kept that word. Josh is awesome and they got my car back to me good as new within a few business days. I Will definitely be coming back to Lithia Nissan if I ever have issues with my Altima again. They will make sure your car is fixed the first time!! No wild goose chases on what s wrong with your car. They figured it out fast and fixed it. Very pleased. Bought a certified pre owned 2016 rogue from them in December . Very good experience ! They are an honest business that follows through on their promises . I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a quality vehicle and for good customer service . Just ask for Oz and tell them Abe sent you . He took great care of us . We couldn t be happier with our purchase !

No one ever answers phones. Never returns calls. Just bought a lemon of a truck from the dealership. Stay away from this dealership. They are only after money. Not helping you out or putting you in a safe vehicle.
