My Truck needed at untimely DEF service as well as a few other needed items. Turns out my reserve fuel tank got tampered with and all the fuel got stolen. Cannot be sure where it happened, but the dealership was sure it didn't happen there, but regardless, out of professionalism, they cut me a check for the amount of diesel I lost. I will certainly return to this dealership based on that act. I really appreciated it, as well as the fast service in order to get me and my family back on the road and on to elk camp. No luck on the hunt but good luck at the dealership.

Absolute horrible place!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!Our service advisor Billy would not call us back. He never got us an estimate. We waited for a solid week. They would not tell us exactly what was wrong with our car. I left a voicemail for the service manager about the situation, asking for answers after a week and he never called me back. Yet to even hear anything. Billy, is completely worthless as an advisor. We drove 3.5 hours out there just to say forget it and sold the car to a technician for $885.00.They kept telling us that the first repair would cost a minimum of $2500.00. But that might not fix it. The next repair world cost a minimum of $3600.00 and that might not fix it. The final repair would be a whole new engine. After spend maybe 6,000.00 guessing what s wrong??? What!!! This is on a car worth maybe $5,500.00.The technical who purchased the car was the most helpful. We hope that he can get the car fixed up and have a decent daily driver for himself.But again, if you do use this place . Do not let Billy be your advisor.

Worst service center I have ever experienced. Never going here again for help with a Jeep. They do not actually look at your car and take nothing you say that s happening to your car seriously. They also never answer their phones.

Dealer ship is ok, but the service department is horrid! Billy is awsome, but the ones that actually change your oil are not! They have no idea how to treat someone's brand new 2024 Jeep, nor do they know how to use a funnel so that they don't get oil all over your engine, they set something on the fender and left big scratches, and everywhere the tech touched he left his greasy paw prints! They did replace my fender, but my husband had to clean up the mess they made! Use caution and always pop your hood and inspect your vehicle before leaving!

They have not fixed it yet and have stopped talking to me. They contacted me again as they had received the parts needed to fix my car. We scheduled the appointment and I could not be happier. My car is working correctly now. Great service.

Sales staff was great. Wish I could have only dealt with one person through the whole sale but everyone was great. As far as detailing of vehicle I purchase I give that a one star. Old ice cream stains on side of console, compartments were dirty and stained on the inside. Engine was dirty. Given I bought a used truck, it does not take that much longer to fully detail a vehicle. Likely hood of coming back in future is 50/50 depending if they have a vehicle I want.

I bought my truck cash over 2 years ago including an extended warranty. Shortly after I noticed a shutter in the engine. I mentioned it to the dealership service department and was assured it was a feature which caused the engine to shut off to save gas. The issue continued and was not as described so I made an appointment, that was several months out, I was again told there was nothing wrong with the truck. The issue persisted, I made multiple appointments over a year and a half and was treated poorly by staff; calls not returned, appointments out several months, told there was nothing wrong. Over the past six months the engine shutter has turned into the entire car shaking when shift at various speeds and strong jerking when shift gears as well. After another service appointment I was told to take it to have the transmission serviced. I made the appointment and was told by the transmission tech they would not service my transmission since the shutter was so bad if there was damage they could be held liable, the tech had my truck for 2 hours and were able to determine there was a serious issue. Now the Dodge dealership is saying there is a bulletin out regarding the transmissions on my particular truck and because so many people are having this issue there are no transmissions available. Had the issue been addressed when I bought the truck and asked about the shutter I believe we could ve fixed it. I was lied to, dismissed and treated poorly in my opinion because I am a woman and do not know a lot about cars however I trusted Dodge technicians to inspect my car and give me honest information which has not happened. We had an excellent experience working with Jake and his team. They went above and beyond after discovering extensive damage in our Ram Promaster. Everyone in the service department is caring and compassionate. I received multiple calls updating me on the situation and progress of our vehicle. Service dept repaired my 3500 RAM Deisel Exhaust issue. Service tech was very helpful and addressed my issues. The biggest broblem was being able to actually talk to a live person. I realize they were extremely busy however my wife and I were without a vehicle, had to rent a car, travel back and forth from Florence, had travel reservations. Etc. etc. Attempting to simply get a return call was frustrating. If the dealership was short on personnel I totally understand but it certainly did not leave us with with good overall impression regarding the customer communications aspect of our experience. Our RAM is running fine after our $4,000.00 and most likely will use Lithia in the future in hopes the communications issue will be addressed.RegardsMark BoysFlorenceService: Engine repair

The customer service has always been good but this time after picking up my Gladiator I heard and felt that something seemed to be wrong. It was pouring down rain and I couldn t really figure out where the noise was coming from. I slowly drove out of the dealership and a bit down the road a lady pulled up next to me and she was honking at me to get my attention, she rolled her window down and informed me that my rear tire was bouncing all over and she said it looked as it was going to fall off. I pulled right into a parking lot and my husband called the service department and informed them of the situation. They sent a technician out and he jacked it up and tightened all the lug nuts. He said that there wasn t any damage. But, after talking with my tire guy, he told me what to watch for as he said that I could have some damage. Hopefully I won t have any trouble or issues with it in the future. All of the lug nuts were loose and three of them were barely hanging on. Very thankful that I hadn t reached the Beltline because that would of been a bad situation and my tire would of definitely come off going the speed limit. It was an accident waiting to happen and luckily a Good Samaritan saved me from that scenario!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Used the service because my truck is still under warranty and had a third break light that was leaking and caused my window to crack. Nobody at the service center ever answered my calls and everything I did had to be done online. My truck is still under warranty and worth a lot of money and it is hard to believe that I have still been treated the way that we have acting like. We are inconveniencing them to make sure that our truck is thoroughly cleaned and free of mold and they are really acting like they are put out and they are treating us like trash when we just bought a brand new 2020 truck last year has to be the worst service I've ever had at any Dodge dealership. Never have I ever walked in anywhere and been treated with such unprofessionalism. They fixed the window and break light, detailed the truck (worst detail job ever done) then they used some type of tire cleaner that ruined my wheels and now I have to go back and deal with them again, can not wait, seriously avoid this place in like the plague.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

I was happy with the work they did, but it took four trips to them for the same issue before it was fixed, and I was charged multiple times for what I felt should have cost just the one visit. Scheduling with them was also super challenging. I called five times, leaving a message each time, and no one called me back. So I scheduled online, but when I got there for the appointment they said that I should have called someone instead to schedule because they don t use the online system anymore it was a frustrating situation. But they did, in the end, fix my car so I can t complain too much. I do hope I don t have to go back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Amazing experience! I bought a vehicle online from them. My sales person was Brian Fisher and I couldn't have been happier with him. His communication and availability exceeded my expectations. I took my jeep in and asked to have all systems and fluids checked. They flushed my radiator and it immediately began leaking. I called them back and brought it in to be rechecked prior to my drive to Seattle. I was told they couldn t find any leaks!The next week my front driver s side rug was French with coolant. Took it to a shop in Seattle to be told my heater core and radiator were both leaking.So upset that they let me drive out of town without doing a thorough check.Don t trust these guys!!!

Emergency repair on a water pump and radiator. They got us in right away and we were able to pick up a couple of days later. Only complaint was they left alot of grease on and around the truck and didn't clean it up.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Had recall s done on truck done. They were very fast and kept me updated. Only complaint is more with ram, has a recall on fuel pump but they won t perform recall on my truck, doing only 20 s and 21 s not 19 s guess it s cheeper to fix after pump fails. Hope it s not when I am out in the woods miles from cell service .

We found a listing on line for a vehicle we had been searching for over the past year. We contacted the dealer on line and received a reply, the vehicle was available. When we arrived to see the unit, it was on a lift in the shop with all four wheels off.Trusting that this was a reputable dealer, we purchased the vehicle without driving or doing a thorough inspection. Based on the photos and the written ad, we expected the equipment listed to be included once the shop had the vehicle ready to deliver.However, after some discussion we were informed that the wording of the ad was canned based on original equipment and they would not include the missing equipment. We completed our test drive and left with the vehicle.When we took a closer look the next morning we found that the once silver or gray rims shown in the advertisement had been poorly painted black.We emailed the main office and we're told nothing was painted, and that they do not have to honor the equipment listed in their ad.Needless to say, this was the first and last time we will do business with any Lithia dealership.Service: Painting

Walked in and was told it would be a 90 min wait for an oil change. And it was exactly that, walked out 90 min later. And the price wasn't more than I've paid anywhere else. We will be back! The actual service was great. However while held there overnight, our truck bed was broken into and several items stolen. The service department has not dealt with us about the incident. I took my van in for oil change & to get the emblem put back on that took months for them to take care of. So I took back next day to put emblem on steering wheel & had an oil leak. They brushed me off with saying they must have spelt some oil. So I go home & that's not in Eugene. So called again & had to make a 3rd trip back in a week because of oil leak. Come to find out the plug they take out to drain oil was bad. They also filled my gas tank with gas. Now if I had left on a long trip & didn't know about the leaking oil I would have run out of oil & they would have to replace the engine.Service: Oil change

My car was wrecked a year ago and I have had a difficult time getting it fixed to the condition it was before the accident. After not getting other Lithia service advisors to work thru the issues, I got in touch with the manager. JJ Lawson was wonderful in listening to my issues and working through getting the differential and PTU replaced even when others wouldn't attribute it to the accident.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission replacement, Transmission repair

Will never be returning or recommending them to anyone. I've called three times, left two vm's and a message with receptionist for a call back for service. After no contact back I called Albany jeep. Totally worth the drive. When I called, they made me an appointment that day for, maybe, a week or more out. Friendly, attentive staff in Albany.
