I am in the process of moving from Central Oregon and have been back and forth a lot with appointments and applications. Central Oregon was completely booked to do my seasonal changeover. Not only was I able to book an appointment from only two days out, I embarrassingly had card/payment problems because of all of my travel activity. The crew was so nice and helpful. I've always been a Schwab's customer, but this just solidified it even more. Highly recommended.

This entire staff was absolutely amazing to work with. All the way from Salem I was able to have them coordinate to have them dispatch someone out to help my dad, who was in a rough spot. Such knowledge you all had and demeanor and empathism... I won't forget it! Wanted to specifically give a shout out to Trevor. Thanks bro and God bless!

guy left my brake fluid cap OFF!I put my car in here for a break inspection, because my brake light is on & called first. I was told that they would check the brake pads and brake fluids and also the parking brake. The guy who works on my car was seemingly in a hurry and told me the brake pads were just at the place where they recommend replacing.he gave me a quote (around $570)I asked him If he looked at the parking break, as the other guy who checked me and said would be done and he said that he did not. (I was told at check in that the parking light wouldn't come on from just the brake pads & that it was likely the parking brake causing the light to be on, even though the parking brake was not engaged. He supposedly went back and did that, then came back to me saying parking brake seemed fine. He seemed rushed and I had a feeling that he didn't actually check the parking brake. He also told me that his first quote was wrong and there was a new quote which was a bit less.No it's been two or three weeks and I just discovered today that the guy left the brake fluid cap off!I just found it sitting up by my windshield that it's been off for two or three weeks, maybe a month.I've been wondering since that encounter if I should take my card to a different shop to check the parking break because I had a suspicion that I did not do it that now a feeling that suspicion was probably true.Leaving the caps off of fluids in the car is such a ridiculous mistake and could potentially cause people serious damage.2 stars because they fixed my tire before & charged my battery overnight once before i got a new les Schwab battery(though the guy in the morning incorrectly tested the charge & said it wasn't charged, said it was drained after being charged all night....but then it started right up & I took it to another less Schwab and there are tests showed that it was charged fully, but there was a bad cell) ...I think that guy didn't have the tester hooked up properly

My tire had a nail and a slow leak in it so I took it into the E 18th Les Schwab location. They greeted me in the rain and took my tire while I went to the counter to pay. They said it s a courtesy fix, no charge even though it was not a Les Schwab tire purchase. They had it done in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Amazing service. Highly recommend, and will be buying tires and having them take care of my tire needs in the future.

I stopped in here without an appointment. I was leaving town and wanted to make sure my breaks were good. They did a safety check on my tires and brakes and a couple of other things without charge. They have a huge lobby where you can read a book or watch TV or even charge your phone.

Pulled in with low air pressure sensor light on. A young man (so sorry I didn't get his name) immediately had me pull my car up to check all 4 which were a little low. He even went to the trouble of checking the sensors in each tire and seeing if my spare in the back had a sensor. The whole thing took less than 10 min and I was so grateful as I had just gotten new tires so couldn't figure out why the light was coming on. They didn't make me feel like I was a problem - just helped and sent me on my way. I did tip the guy - he was worth 10x what I gave him. Les Schwab has been nothing but nice to me in the occasions I have used them - thank you.

Extremely disappointing service, took over 4 hours to change two tires. They had had to get them in a city 20 minutes away so I am unsure why it took over 2 hour to get them back to the shop before they even started to install them. If you feel like waiting hours for a job, this is the place to go!

I am questioning the honesty of this company. I bought a 2003 honda crv, who had a life long, honda dealership services. The car was inspected by my garage. They were surprise in how good of a shape it was, like new. A few months later, after having put 3000 miles on the car, I went to les schwab so they could do the alignment and rotate the tires. When they came back to me, they said it needed a complete set of new brakes on the back. Estimation over 800 dollars! I was surprised because the brakes worked just fine. A few days later, I had it checked by a friend, he agreed that the brakes worked just fine and that they did not need to be replaced. The disks are fine, I see no difference with the front disks, which les schwab told me did not need to be changed. I hate to be taken for a fool, just because I am a woman and I hate dishonest people ! I have been driving for over 40 years, I know what bad brakes sounds like. So, no thank you, but I will not have my car service by this company!

Rating: I recently visited Les Schwab tire shop, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. When I brought my car in, they discovered a nail in one of my tires. The staff promptly patched the tire, ensuring my safety on the road. Not only did they take care of the nail, but they also went above and beyond by filling all my tires with air for free. The level of customer service and attention to detail impressed me greatly. The team at Les Schwab was efficient, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. Their dedication to providing top-notch service was evident from start to finish. I left the shop feeling confident and satisfied, knowing that my tire had been expertly repaired.I highly recommend Les Schwab to anyone in need of tire-related services. Their quick response, complimentary tire filling, and exceptional customer service make them a standout tire shop. I will definitely be returning to them for any future tire needs. Thank you, Les Schwab, for a five-star experience!

Quickly replaced my flat tire. No complaints about service and everyone is very friendly and helpful. However, before agreeing to a brake job I remembered to stop around and saved about $200.00 by going elsewhere.

Lowered my rating. Over the years the service has gotten worse and worse. Total inability to estimate how long it will take, leave you sitting in a parking lot for 2 hours after saying it will take 1 hour. Don't have the correct tires in stock, ect probably going to try Point S next time. Kind of bummed because I've always loved Les Schwab. For every additional half hour I am waiting past the 2-hour mark, after I was told it would be 1 hour, I am dropping my rating by a star. Sitting in the parking lot starting to get really hungry...After 2 1/2 hours I left and went to Point S. It saved me over $100 on the exact same tires. I'll never be back.

So, we were traveling from out of town. We were going from Astoria OR to San Francisco. Somewhere caught a nail in our tire because I notice we had a slow leak in the tire. These guys fixed it, no charge. Just saying next time buy my tires from Les Schwab. I would but unfortunately, they are not in the Phoenix area. If I'm ever on the road & need tires, I will in a heartbeat.

Bought four tires from them. Not long after my rear left was low(about 20 psi). I went to the les Schwab on 11th and they looked at it. They told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it so they put it back on and aired it up. Not long after the exact same tire is low. I take it in and they tell me the exact same thing. Today I brought it in for the 4th time to the 18th store and said that I wanted to talk to a manager about them giving me a new tire.I also asked them to show me a screw or nail if they found one. Manager never talked to me. They never showed me a nail or screw. They just aired it back up and pushed me out. I asked the technician who rang me up if he saw the nail. He said he never did.Les Schwab doesn't care that my tire keeps going flat and making my truck unsafe. They know it's a slow leak that they can't fix. They just don't want to admit it.Response:Why would I waste more of my time doing something that I already did. I already asked to speak to a manager. He never spoke to me. I already asked to be shown a nail if it was found in the tire. Your claim of documentation is dishonest. I was never shown anything. You lost my trust and my business

If I would give them less stars I would! They don't even deserve one. This is the worst experience that I have ever had. I have been taking my car(s) into Les Schwab over the span of 20 plus years, I will never trust them again. They damaged our car when we got our brakes done, never repaired the damage even though they said they did. How we found this out was by taking it to another shop, to get our breaks done, after we had just gotten our brakes done by Les Schwab in March of this year, they went out in November of this year. After the amount of money we paid them for brakes in the spring, those brakes should have not went out within 6 months. Further, when the other shop did our brakes (for a third of the price) they alerted us to the damage that was still there, that Les Schwab said they fixed! The managers Gabriel and Jeremy, were horribly rude, said it was no longer under warrantee, and basically told us we were SOL. I will never get work done there ever again. As a business owner myself, I would never treat my customers like that. Good customer service is the key to a good business. They are over priced, their work is shoddy, and they are not trustworthy when it comes to my car. The amount of damage they caused to our car and the stress we went through trying to get it fixed, they have lost our business for life. I suggest you stay far away from this shop. This was negligent on their part, and not a safe shop to bring your car to, especially for the amount of money they charge. I will take it to a smaller shop from now on, and filing a formal complaint to the BBB.

Had my car towed in about 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday because one of my tires was so flat it was all the way off of the wheel. I expexted to just hand over the keys and come pick it up on Monday. However i was pleasently surprised when they stayed late just to make sure everyone who was in the lobby got taken care of before they closed. I was able to drive away with fresh tires the same evening! Great customer service guys!

Not the usual LS customer service I am accustomed to. I came in with concerns for my tires and was rushed to out to just get my air checked. I later took it to the LS location on 11th and got proper LS customer service. I got all new tires and sensors replaced they will be my go to from now on. Highly recommend driving to the 11th street location for service.

Made issue of normal maintenance items and tried to claim $500 in necessary repairs over a nut tightening on a bushing during an inspection. Didn't cause any damage so they get 2 stars... grudgingly.

I popped my tire on a curb last night- was very stressed and fearful of spending a ton of $$$.These folks made my day 100% better. Amazing customer service, and so very helpful. They were informative about the best maintenance decisions to make to prevent further damage to my car and they helped me get set up with their credit line so I could get the work done and do monthly payments. I left with 4 brand new tires and an alignment. Overall VERY satisfied with my experience at this Les Schwab location on 18th in Eugene :)) Thank you for your hard work.

These guys rock. Super fast, good prices on used tires, they ve also patched my tire for free a few times (a tire I bought from them- not sure if that makes a difference).A few weeks ago I popped my tire on a curb and had to call AAA. They kid they sent from a local towing company to help me put on my spare (I didn t have jacks with me) he totally messed it up and ruined my wheel bearings. The folks at les Schwab handled everything- they explained to me what happened, (I don t know much about cars but they did this without being condescending, which I appreciate), called the towing company and got them to cover the cost of fixing their damage, coordinated all that, and had my car back to me in 4 hours with a new tire and bearings fixed. Thanks guys!!!

I was in Eugene moving my daughter in for her Sophomore year at UO. I got a flat on my one if run flat tires. I was worried about my 8 hour drive home, as I needed to get back to work. The staff in Eugene were amazing from start to finish! When they fixed my tire with no charge I was in shock. I cannot thank them enough for their great service.

Les Schwab is usually the gold standard for service. This place is pretty good, but very busy. They can't get to your vehicle in under an hour and a half, so you need to plan on dropping it off or have an appointment. But they will not make same day appointments (yeah, weird right?), so plan ahead. They will, however, air up your tires on the spot with no fuss. And, at my appt. they got me in on time, did a thorough job, and didn't charge me to repair a nail in my tire. Plus, my car has to have a suspension switch flipped in the trunk before being jacked up, which is unusual, and they caught that, too. I love this place!

Just took my car in because the tire check light was on (after buying new tires at the Les Schwab store). After trying to fix the problem they made it worse!!! I now have four warning lights lit up on my dash, a bag with the old sensors that were taken out of my tires and the guy at the shop said they can't fix the problems they caused. Thanks so much for making my car worse than it was before.

Went to this place for a alignment and they told me that I needed other parts done adding up to 700 plus from the original 100... I told them I'm going to have my mechanic take a look as I had just replaced other parts. I have my mechanic take a look and I did find a problem... a 150$ problem an outer tie rod... simple fix... went to another shop and got my alignment for 10 bucks cheaper. I FEEL like they tried to take me for some parts and services I did not at all need. Be aware. Don't take their word for it and always get a second opinion.

LOVE THESE GUYS. Driving up I5 and worried about a squeaky wheel on our new van build. They told us to come on in and in less than two hours had checked out rig and let us know everything looked good. Really appreciate their availability and reassurance. We grabbed lunch at the Bier Stein and did our laundry while we waited.
