The staff here are excellent. I was impressed by their friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism. They kept me updated as to the progress of the work and were very informative about what needed to be done. I received an estimate with two options and pricing and was given all the details I needed to make my decision. The work was completed in a timely manner, and they also offer a veterans discount!! I will definitely use their services again. (They also offer popcorn in the waiting area!)

Eugene was a stop on my road trip from Seattle to LA. When a nearby Costco tire shop told us they could only guarantee to fix a simple tire puncture by 10 pm tonight, Les Schwab Tire Center kindly welcomed us. They solved the issue within 3 hours, ensuring that we could continue our road trip without any delay. And what's more impressive? They did it all for free! They even offered complimentary popcorn! A fantastic experience that speaks volumes about their commitment to service and customer care. Highly recommended!

Jacob did a great job communicating with me about upkeep on my Subaru Outback. Had an appointment at 5 for a full alignment service and they had me out by 5:40. Customer service was good

Les Schwab on Division provided me with excellent service. I went in with a low air reading on my tire and a visible nail puncturing my tire. I was expecting the worse news on my run flat tire. Instead, I received great news that the puncture could be patched! They patched it at no charge. While I was there an elderly lady had come in because she was having problems with her battery. They checked it and told her that her battery was in excellent condition and the problem was that she probably was not driving it enough, which she admitted was true. They did not charge her anything either. I am so impressed with the honesty and helpfulness of Les Schwab. This is definitely a business I will recommend and always return to in the future.

Managers need to have a chit chat with their employees. I ve been a customer for decades. Tired of having my doors all left unlocked after they service my vehicle and they park it. And today they parked it with my driver s window rolled all the way down! After I left and went to put something in the back of my vehicle there was the spare tire, the employee didn t put the spare tire under the vehicle!! Thankfully I hadn t driven home 25 miles away. I went back and got it put underneath where it belongs.As for the reply I got on this, I filled out your online emailed review and left my phone # for a follow up, nothing!! So, no I m not going to call your manager.

I just called to ask if they have a particular sized used tire, which all of the other shops, even les Schwab, Have checked for me over the phone.But the man i just talked to at this shop just told me I have to come in in person for them to "look around".How ridiculous! I'm an older woman who just can't drive around a 50 stores to find out if they have tires in my size, That's why am calling around before I go places!That's why people call stores before they go to them that the diet to make sure you have the thing!Bad customer service!

They do a great job on my 5th wheel and my truck. Come he once a year to have the 5th wheel brakes checked and bearings packed. Just wish they had coffee while waiting. They have popcorn! Really, they do a great job. Replaced the 5th wheel brakes and drums last year.

Took my car in for alignment because I got new tires and they said that I didn't need it that it was in the correct specs and on top of that they didn't even charge who does that these days Les Schwab that's who Thank you Les Schwab!!!

My family insists on getting new tires only from this place, because of the service. This time when I was getting tires for my daughter, one of the guys thought he was funny, which turned off and was about to walk out and the tires at Costco.

Justus, thank you for helping me that Sat. morning, fixing my flat tire so I could get back to Portland from Eugene. I really appreciate that you fixed the tire right in the parking lot where a tow truck driver put the car down and the tire is totally empty and does not take air when you tried to pump it up . I really appreciate that you were carefully checking the specs before fixing it, making sure it is safe and it's the right way to do. You helped me to be back on the road while both others refused to help me (I got the car towed to Firestone at 310 Valley River Center the night before, spent a night at a hotel nearby and when they opened the door the next morning I learned that they only want to sell me the new tires which they would not have until 3 days later. Tesla refused to send a mobile service tech there because they said it is too far even though Eugene is the third most populous city in Oregon). You not only helped to fix a flat tire but also rescue an exhausted man who was more than 100 miles from home and desperate for being helped. Thank you.

We were in a tight spot and everyone was super accommodating and understanding! Got a flat at the worst time and they were still able to squeeze us in and made sure we were able to get home safely. They offered us an alternative option when our first one wasn t available. I don t know a ton about cars, but they didn t talk down to me about anything and were super helpful.

The one on Division.. They did a alinement on my truck and didn't get one of the camber washer set back in right witch cause the bolt to be loose and wallard out the plate and bent the gussets over which they could not fix because it's just a lack of experience I finally got it done by a fabricator don't think I'll ever go back to them it cost me a lot of money and time and heartache

I have always had good experiences with this location until this last time. I work close to here. I needed my tires rotated and balanced. I dropped my truck off, and got an Uber to work. I missed a call from them 45 minutes later. The tech refused to perform service. He said tires in front were too rounded. He wanted me to buy 4 new ones. I live in Drain. I took it to Cottage Grove. Three techs looked at the tires and couldn't believe the Eugene store refused to rotate the tires. I will purchase any new tires or anything else from here. I also wasted $26 in Uber fare. Cottage Grove rotated my tires at the last minute without an appointment.

I called and tried to make an appointment but was told that I just needed to bring it in. So I took my truck in for 2 new tires and was told it would be an hour and 30 minutes to do the job. I explained this was a work vehicle and I had 2 jobs scheduled after 4pm. They said I should be no problem since I brought it in at 1:45. I cam back at 3:30 to get my truck and they hadn't even started on it. I asked to speak to the manager who happened to be the one I asked how long it would take since I had 2 othe jobs to still do. Dave the manager told me he was just guessing on the amount of time it would take and that they would get to it soon no apology or anythingfor me havingto miss the 2 jobs I had scheduled. I had to call and reschedule the jobs that I still had left to do. We as a company will never bring our trucks to them again and I would never recommend them for service they are dishonest and a very untrustworthy worthy company. I would give negative stars if it were an option.

I went to have a shock replaced. They then told me that one of my tires was bad, but in order to change that tire, they would have to change all four and they couldn t change all four without changing all four of my shocks. So a little stumped on this I decide to pick up my vehicle and take it to two other places two other places told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with any of my shocks. Les Schwab used to be a really good place last few times I ve been there all they re interested in is upselling me by thousands of dollars for more stuff that I don t even need on my car

Staff is super helpful and friendly. I brought some motorcycle tires that I was struggling to seat the bead on after I changed them and they set the bead, filled them, and checked for leaks for free and I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes. Will definitely visit again when my car needs new tires!

This place was Amazing. We were from Reno and had to lug nuts sheer off. The ordered the parts and did a speedy turn around to fix our issue. This is what customer service is about. Keith(if I remember right) was so helpful. If needed I would totally go back. (He didn't take advantage of me, as I am a woman and out of town, he was the hero of the week!!!!

I ve been a Les Schwab customer for years. Bought many sets of tires from them, had them do my alignments and some suspension work, and have always been happy with the quality of their work and customer service. However, I recently called for a quote on a brake pad replacement. I usually do my brakes myself but don t have a lot of spare time these days and was shocked at the quote, in particular because it included a caliper replacement. I was told it was their policy to ALWAYS replace the brake calipers when replacing pads/rotors. I was pretty floored, but I am editing my review because I appreciate that the owner responded with an explanation for this practice. Personally, I wouldn t pay hundreds of dollars extra on a brake job to replace my brake calipers if there s nothing wrong with them just so I could get a good warranty, but if other customers feel it s worth it that s up to them.

They have always been extremely professional and friendly, but I have no idea how they make any money because they have never once charged me for any inspections or repairs (at any of their locations, actually). I will definitely come back any time I need a service they offer, and maybe one day I'll get to pay for for the great work they do. I hear their prices are very reasonable.

Superb Customer Service! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Despite how surprised I was on how busy this location was shortly after opening, they made me feel as if I was the only one there. The service was fast and was above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciate this visit changing my already unexpected frustrating morning into a great rest of my day. Thank you Les Schwab, keep up the good work.

I had the best experience at Les Schwab. I ordered new wheels and tires for my jeep wrangler. Not only was every one in the shop extremely attentive, they answered every question i had and explained what they did along the way. it truly changed the whole look of my vehicle and the customer service was great. they were so careful with everything they handled as well. I believe we were helped by Seth and a few other technicians. Truly wonderful service!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR AN ALIGNMENT. This location seems like they don t like to do alignments. I went twice and both times they tried to tell me it needed new parts and both times they were different parts than before and one of the parts was outer tie-rods that I put in not even 5 days prior to the appointment. The W11 or junction city locations are way more time efficient and honest.
