I dropped in for a tire rotation, and even though the waiting room was full, I was out in less than an hour. The tech even filled my tires and reprogrammed my car computer system, all for free. And I'm always surprised to see the techs running from place to place. Great business model, and I hope they are paid what they're worth.

Thank you so much, DJ. You were absolutely amazing!! My husband and I brought a vehicle in that we had just purchased for our daughter's birthday. He made sure that the brakes and anything that needed to be done to keep her safe and on the road was done! We appreciate you more than you know

Such a helpful place! The guys are good dudes and want to be helpful. Their prices can be a bit high but the level service you receive is worth it. Over the last 20 years, the level of professionalism and customer service delivered remains exceptional; inviting. I always find myself going back for their help. And popcorn.

Excellent customer satisfaction and service. Smiles from all employees. Attempts to help you from the time of arrival to the front desk gal, who is a shinny example of the finest in customer service! I went in for a brake inspection but found I needed a front-end alignment. Thank you for the honesty!! I was in and out without a hitch. Car drives terrifically!

Great service, tech came out to my car as I pulled up and asked what I needed. I had an appointment for new tires. I was seen right away and was talked to like a customer should be. I didn t catch his name, but I do know that he was from CO. Nice guy, didn t oversell me something that I didn t need. He let me decide what I wanted. They said it would be an hour and a half and it was barely an hour! I ve been going to Les Schwab since I moved here and I won t stop now after the great service!

Went in for an alignment and was told they couldn t do it because I needed new control arm bushings. They quoted me over $800 for all new control arms. I brought it to a great, independent mechanic (where I should ve brought it in the first place) and they told me my bushings were fine and did my alignment for cheaper too.

I ve been a loyal customer of Les Schwab for over two decades, appreciating their service and quality. However, my recent experience at the 2295 W 11th Ave location left much to be desired and has compelled me to share my frustration.I visited this location with a slow leak in one of my tires, originally purchased from Les Schwab two years prior. I was informed that the tire damage from a screw was too severe for repair and, due to my car being all-wheel drive, was advised to replace all four tires to avoid suspension issues. Fortunately, I was still under warranty and qualified for a significant discount on the replacement.Despite needing to place the tires on credit and being a month behind on payment, I was initially told this wouldn t be an issue. Yet, after waiting over an hour for a job quoted at 30-40 minutes, the situation sharply declined.During the service completion, the representative informed me that my old tires warranty could be voided and due to a lack of tire rotation at their facility. I explained that I regularly have the tires rotated at my oil change service, to which she reluctantly agreed to honor the warranty for the time being. However, her approach made me feel as though I was being held accountable for any issues with the tires.Additionally, when I attempted to use my credit for the transaction, I was informed that I would need to pay for all four tires upfront due to being behind on a payment a stark contradiction to what had been agreed upon before the service began. This discussion about my financial situation occurred openly, within earshot of other customers in the waiting area, which was quite embarrassing. Although I had planned to settle the outstanding payments within the next two days, I was compelled to pay the full amount immediately under these uncomfortable circumstances. This stark lack of communication and disregard for customer privacy is unacceptable. While I have been a longtime supporter of Les Schwab, the treatment I received at the 2295 W 11th Ave branch was appalling. It s disheartening to see such a reputable company falter in its customer service standards.

Its a hit and miss with this company but the west 11 branch in particular. No smiles when I came in, but oh sure did they want my money.. did my alignment they wanted to charge me 100$ extra to do something to make it drive as straight as possible.?? Why the 1 star??? because now to get Proper service I have to go to a different side of town when I can go around the block to them. Shame shame. I swear after (Dave the original founder) these companies turned into greedy corporations. Like what happened to the beef ?

I have been coming here since covid started. I can't give enough praise to this place. They truly care about their customers. I have no power and sleep with medical devices for my heart. I have a system to use camping. My battery is dead. They say no problem. They call me by name when I come in. They know me. They came out to my jeep got the battery and put in on a charger.now even when they are a 2 hour wait. They are 5 star.

The crew here are always incredibly professional, friendly, and make me feel like a valued customer. They're efficient and I don't ever feel like I'm left waiting for a long time. I'm glad to have my car serviced at this location. It's also less than 3 minutes from home so very convenient. Thanks!

Anywhere else can do what you need with better customer service and without damaging your vehicle. I went there asking to have air put in my tires, because they advertise that as a free service. The front desk agent said they would put it in as a "fix a flat" just so they would see me faster. Then I get stuck with a $40 fee, and I had just had some other unexpected bills I had paid, so this was significant and unexpected. Not 2 weeks later my air pressure sensor come on again. I had already decided not to go back there because of their shady practices, but I wanted them to check their work. Was told it was just low due to "the weather". So, same as before, but luckily wasn't charged that time. After my services I noticed these give gouges all over my rims. This is the worst, but they all are scuffed now. I do not recommend this place at all.Edit for sake of response: As I've stated, I was pushed into a service I didn't want. You do not know my financial situation, or that of your other customers and shouldn't push people into services. As I stated, I've had to fill the air up every other week despite any "valve stem" or not, so that is irrelevant to me or this situation. And I'll note that you did not even address the clear gouging of my rims. I think BBB might be my next step, but I can see your rating is very bad already; not a surprise.Second Edit: I had to go through BBB just to get them to respond to the damage to my rims. They claimed it was curb damage and not them. Perhaps if it was only one tire and not all four tires, and didn't show up until after they handled my vehicle. They will continue to deflect and deny. I wouldn't use this company for anything, otherwise your looking at possible damage to your vehicle that won't be fixed, or services you didn't request.

Always a smart choice for tiers. Good mix of workers. Enlightening to see female staff busting it out. As always very prompt, polite and informative. Thank you.

I brought my daughter's car in to have a battery replaced cost $275 and only has a 3 year warranty. That has got to be the worst warranty in the industry not happy at all I will never go back. I have been a customer since the 1980s but I guess that is gonna come to an end.

This shop is amazing! I have gotten new tires and a whole new brake set for the front and rear done on my truck. Not to mention they are also redoing the struts when the parts come in. They are knowledge, like to laugh and have a good sense of humor, friendly, and nice people. Very pleased with the work that was done and how quickly they did it. They even took the time to fully in depth explain why from a quote to the work order jumped in price even with all the questions I asked. They really want to make sure I understood what I was paying for. Well worth the new cost for the new tires, and brake job. See you guys soon for tire rotation, struts, and brake checks so we don't have the metal on metal issue again. Also HUGE shout out to John King! You are the man! But really, thank you to all the staff here.

There is a total lack of respect for your vehicle here just got my tires rotated and the guy taking off the hubcaps just let each one fall and bounce off the concrete leaving little marks and scratches on them. I would not recommend this place and it's sad that you have to watch your rig get worked on just to catch stuff like this happening.

Between multiple locations, and an array of issues we have seen a huge drop in the quality of service. I talked with my family as well and they have had serious issues with service and quality of workmanship. Its to the point most if not all of my family stopped going in. 4 generations of business. Gone.

The customer service at this specific Les Schwab tire center reached a level of incompetence that I didn't think was possible. As someone who handles my own auto mechanics, I came in for a simple alignment after installing a 2-inch lift kit and 1-inch wheel spacers. Instead of a professional service, I received a condescending lecture on how hubcentric wheel spacers aren't "proper" and baseless claims about a loose tie rod that they insisted needed replacement, even though I had driven three miles to their shop specifically for adjustments. Their communication was not just offensive, but also a display of their sheer ignorance, making me more than eager to throw my support behind any other competent competitor in the area.

Great customer service! Not surprisingly, Les Schwab was amazing. They gave me a great deal on wheels and tires for my Tundra and did so with a smile. If you have the opportunity to do business here, I highly recommend it.

Went in for a free break check as I was gonna get my brakes changed there. They said my tires are too wore to take my tires off. I checked my tires outside and all 4 tires still have tread on them. They're just trying to upcharge me to buy 4 new tires when I just got these used six months ago.I'll just change my own breaks.

Was a fan le Les Schwab, having bought tires through them in the past and had good experiences, but that came to an abrupt end today when they refused to honor either the online price I was quoted and had selected, as well as the verbal quote they gave me after that, which is a very shady business practice. Now, I wasn't upset about not honoring the online quote that was given to me when I made the reservation. It did make me wonder why they didn't let me know before I came in that they didn't actually have the tires I had ordered in stock, or make efforts to get them in stock beforehand (the reservation was made days in advance, so there was sufficient time, and the online system said that they'd be ready at the time I selected). But I was informed, a bit condescendingly that that's not what the reservation system is for. Weird, but all right, not the biggest deal. So the salesman then proceeds to tell me he can get me a different set of tires for only a few cents difference in price. I agree to that, and then wait for a bit over an hour while they install them. Only once they are done do they tell me the actual price they expect me to pay, which is over $100 more than the price I'd been quoted online, quote a bit more than the "only a few cents" difference the salesman had quoted me verbally. When I pointed out the notable difference in the price, the salesman very condescendingly explained that the price I was quoted online included a rebate (which I was aware of, and was happy to go through hoops to collect), but the new tires didn't have a ebate, and since the rebate wasn't something the store handled, he decided he didn't need to mention that I'd lose that when he said the price would only change by a few cents. I pointed out that it was notably more than a few cents higher for money coming out of my pocket, and he explained that didn't matter to him because the store wasn't involved in that. Not sure if Les Schwab really cares so little for its customers that how their service affects us really is viewed as not their problem, or if the salesman was intentionally being dishonest, or a combination of the two. Then to top things off, when I asked them to put my old tires back on, they very childishly waited nearly an hour before starting on the task (I could see into the garage where they were working from where I was sitting waiting), holding me and my car hostage the whole time. I'd say I wasted over 2 hours today, but at least I learned the lesson to not do business with Les Schwab again, so I guess it wasn't entirely wasted.Follow up: I received a call from a manager after they saw the above review. They asked if there was anything they could do to still get my money. I let them know I'd already purchased a new tire set through Discount Tires, and they immediately lost interest in talking to me further, and might as well have hung up on me. They didn't even apologize for what happened. Really confirmed that this was not a one off thing, and is how they feel about their customers. Will say that at Discount Tires I was able to get better quality tires for about $100 less, the service was better, the installation itself was way faster, and I still get the free tire rotation every 5k miles.

I'm very upset that I called specifically to ask if I returned chains that I purchased in Washington and paid sales tax on, if I would get a full refund on the total amount INCLUDING the taxes if i returned them in Oregon and I was told yes. Then when I DID return them, they did NOT refund the tax portion and told me there's nothing they can do. First of all, that person should have asked to make sure. Second, they SHOULD have honored what they told me on the phone and returned the full amount. $15 may not be a big deal to most people, but when it's the difference between being able to pay your bills or not, it's a big deal. Especially since I DID try to return them when I was in Washington, but they "couldn't take them back until the 1st." I was two days early. I am very disappointed in the customer service and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I've been coming here for years and the customer service is not what it used to be.

I ve been going to Les Schwab, since I started driving at the age of 16. I ve taken my cars to them for over 35 years. Always wanted to support a local company. I ve spent thousands of dollars on tires, brakes, lift kits, and batteries. Got the free beef a couple of times. Hell, I ve even read Les Schwab s book. Loyal customer until today. No loyalty from them in return.Recently, I purchased Continental tires (absolute junk that they highly recommended) that had a sidewall issue after barely scraping a curb last night. Tires have less than 800 miles on them. I took my car in today and they refused to do anything about it and said it was a cosmetic issue , even though the sidewall ripped. Obviously, a defective tire and a safety hazard. I ve never asked for any sort of warranty/guarantee work before and the one time I do they refuse. I m now going to take my five cars and RV to Discount Tire. Losing my business over the wholesale cost of one tire oh well, their loss. Not a smart business strategy.Rodney T, who I guess you could say helped me, was about as helpful as a liberal arts degree. He gave me a condescending lecture about how side walls don t stand up to curbs and that this is normal funny as the Toyo s I used to buy from them did. Sorry, Rodney, a sidewall shouldn t tear from scraping a curb. Sad to see how far their customer service and product line has plummeted. Service is on-par with the DMV. All of the long-term employees at the West 11th store are gone telling in my opinion.Les Schwab built his brand based on customer service. He used to say in commercials, "If we can't guarantee it, we won't sell it." Torn side wall on a subpar and defective Continental tire doesn t count, I guess. He also said, Our business is earning your trust. Well, after 35 years you ve lost mine. Maybe, all of the new staff at the West 11th location should read Les Schwab s book. Good place to start.Terrible service, terrible product (Continental Tires do not buy them), and they don t honor their guarantee (dishonest). Not the Les Schwab of old. They shouldn t be allowed to use his name. Buyer beware! Be smart and take your business elsewhere Discount Tire, Goodyear, Auto Pros, Point S, Walmart, Costco all have better customer service and will honor their guarantee.

I would recommend only tires from these guys. We had a problem with a grinding sound from our brakes and the several times we took it in (3 times in a year), they said your brakes are fine and that was it. No troubleshooting to find the real problem. When they finally found the real problem (the VSA, part of the ABS system), and only because they changed the rear brakes, they wanted $2000. So, needless to say, when we had our VSA fixed ($145 used part and 1 hour labor), our mechanic, without ever touching the car yet, noticed the left rear bleeder valve was left loose by their mechanic, leaking on my left rear wheel. Tires? Great! Go see them! Anything else? Risky.

These guys are awesome. I trust Les Schwab to give me the straight scoop on what needs fixed without phony added charges. I don't think there are many car shops you can say that about.

After going to the LS in downtown Eugene I didn t receive much care for my concerns so I stopped at the location on 11th. What a huge difference in customer service. I have been a LS customer for years and know how much they care about providing superior service. Thank you to the 11th team. I will be coming back to replace brakes and tires when I am due.
