I ve gotten my oil changed here twice and it s always quick. They check fluids, brakes, alignment, etc and provide a thorough video documenting the condition of everything. They also offer to pick up and drop off your car if you re located within a certain distance from the service center and I ve used that option both times. Super convenient. I will definitely continue bringing my car here.

Had an amazing experience here! Audrey was so helpful when there was a mix up with the parts department. There was another salesperson that was amazing although I can t remember his name. I d definitely recommend going here if you re interested in buying a Mazda. I love my CX-5 (and its roof cross bars )!

I had an issue and brought it into the shop. James took AMAZING care of me and handled the problem with grace, professionalism, and kindness. Got us back on the road in a hurry. Also, turned out to not be the car's fault. James if you read this thanks so much!

My experience so far has not been the quality of service that I would expect from a professional car lot. I bought my first car from a car lot here. The detail job was very poorly done. There were certain things under the hood that one would think they would have looked over prior to putting it on the lot that clearly were not. But I guess that's why they have you sign the. " purchase as is" waiver. A month or so ago I took my car in for the 80,000 servicing. I sat waiting 3+ hours! I finally went to ask the guy at the service counter and apparently my car had been done over an hour. I assumed they would come and get me like I had sat there and watched them do with every other customer. Since my first servicing my transmission seems like it's been slipping. So I took it in on the 28th of Dec and told them what was going on. It took them 3 hours again for them to finally tell me they were going to have to keep my car. They offered me a shuttle but I live 30 miles out of town. They couldn't offer me a loaner car because none were available. It's the 8th today and I still don't have my car back because they said it just needs a new transmission mount and they are still waiting on the part. It's been almost 2 weeks and when I asked about the availability of a loaner car again so I could get to work to keep my job they said the most they could offer me was a $20 discount on an Uber, how insulting! Their lack of communication is appalling and their unwillingness to make me happy as every other customer seems to be on all these reviews is really making me regret getting a car from them in the first place. I am questioning whether this company has any idea of what proper business etiquette entails. I work hard for my money and all I've expected is to be treated fairly like every other customer and for them to follow through with certain things that they have advertised on their website. I personally DO NOT recommend buying a car from here or taking your car here to get serviced.

Had to have my miata get a sensor for the airbags. They were super helpful and easy to work with and will text you a video of a walk around visual inspection upon completion. Typically this is where they tell you a bunch of things that need attention (maybe even if it doesn't) but they were honest and said everything looks great, so that was good. It was under warranty through carvana so I can't speak to the prices.

Communication could improve - I scheduled an oil change with a valet pickup a week ago for today. I also confirmed with someone via phone on Monday this week. My reservation time came and went today, the car was never picked up and I didn't receive a call, text or email. I called in 45 minutes later to check on it and they said there was a mixup in scheduling. My choices were to either bring the vehicle in myself now, or reschedule for tomorrow - both incredibly inconvenient given that I planned this to coincide with a tight work schedule. I also specifically schedule for Tuesday/Wednesday for the $5 discount you offer to drive mid-day, mid-week business. I did ask the service tech if he would honor the discount for my service on Thursday, and he said yes, but not before saying "I mean, it's only $5." Ultimately, I don't need someone's thoughts on a discount, either honor what you offer or don't offer it. The service is $90, if you don't think $5 is valuable to the consumer, then you probably don't really care about the $85 I was gonna spend either. I also understand mistakes happen, but I'm not pleased that after purchasing a brand new, top trim CX-5 from this dealership in 2021, and having all of my service completed here, that there was no alternative to bringing the car in on my own and waiting for it to be completed, or having to rearrange my day tomorrow. Just really felt as if this was no big deal.

I've always felt like they treat me right at Kiefer Mazda's service department. Never felt like they were wanting to replace something that didn't need to be. Never felt pressured to do any service. They text you links to a video of what they're seeing so you can see for yourself the issue they are noticing. I've been very happy taking my vehicle here.

Really amazing service! I get my oil changes done here, and they always return my car looking great, washed, and they get the job done efficiently! They have very speedy service, even when they're busy! Scheduling is easy and convenient. And when you are waiting for your car, they have a great waiting area; tv, chairs, and even some kid toys available (in non-Covid times!) They moved their waiting area around a little bit too once the pandemic happened, so there is lots of room between groups of chairs, and social distancing is made very simple and easy. Additionally, they also have vending machines available, which is a life saver when you have hungry kids! I've never had problems with their service, working with them on my warranty, or been treated poorly/talked down to (as a female). I would highly recommend!

The service department is amazing and I will be seeing them exclusively for any work I need on my Mazda6. I worked with Dustin and was in a panic when my car needed a part replaced on a Saturday afternoon just before they closed. Since I was driving from an hour away he even offered to stay late to meet me there. The entire service team went above and beyond to help me. Dustin and the technicians were able to get me in and back on the road way faster than I expected.

I didn t buy my car at Kiefer, but they have been taking care of my 2017 Mazda CX-5 since I moved to Eugene. James did a great job. Everything from a simple oil change to warranty repairs. I ll keep bring my car to them as long as they keep up this great excellent service.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. I came in to get the recalls taken care of on my vehicle and they made suggestions of services they recomended but did not pressure me into anything. Clean and kid friendly waiting lounge which coffee, tea, water and a vending machine was available. They also offered me a ride to the mall while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and they offered a free car wash too. Overall this was one of the best visits I have ever had when getting my vehicle serviced.

My wife bought a used car at Kiefer Mazda. There was a dash warning light on when we test drove it and they said that they would take care of it as part of the purchase. Four days later after hearing nothing from them to schedule an appointment I scheduled my own appointment with their online scheduling tool that is on their website. That was really handy and easy to use. Took the car in and they had the issue (brake light out) fixed in 20 minutes and me back on the road. They were friendly and no nonsense which I appreciate. I would have given them 4 stars because I had to schedule my own follow up, but that likely has nothing to do with the service department, more the dealership as a whole.

Mazda has always taken great care of us. The service department is very thorough and takes their time to explain everything they are doing. They even send you a video of the inspection!

They seem to have communication problems. I got a call saying I needed to have work done on my car after I was already completed. I am also missing an ice scrapper that was in my car prior to having the work done on it and they've yet to call me about about that to say it's either gone or they have it
